Join dLeña, as featured in the 2022 edition of The MICHELIN Guide DC, at our signature chef’s table tucked behind the main bar with an exquisite leather banquette facing directly into the open kitchen. Chef will prepare eight courses for 160.00 per guest, with an optional beverage pairing for 75.00 per guest. Each of our guests will receive a take-home surprise to enjoy the morning after. ¡Salud!

    *Please note before booking menu substitutions will not be allowed & we will not be able to accommodate dietary restrictions* Indulge in a luxury chef’s table experience Tuesday through Saturday nights. With two seatings per night at 5:15pm and 7:30 pm Tuesday through Thursday and 5:15pm and 8:15pm Friday and Saturday nights, chef’s table diners will enjoy an eight-course menu for $160 per person with an option for a coursed beverage pairings for $75. Enjoy off-menu items and other surprises. dLeña’s chef’s table is located behind the main bar with an exquisite leather banquette facing directly into the open kitchen. The perfect all-inclusive experience for a birthday, anniversary, proposal, or gathering with loved ones.

                          The Chefs table provide an excellent meal and quality experience. The kitchen staff were wonderful to watch and engaging when appropriate. It was truly eye opening to have a selection of dishes that I wouldn't normally eat, presented in such a sensational fashion. This was an anniversary experience for me and the wife, but it's a VIP experience that can fit any occasion. Hands down one of the best organizations within the DMV area. A "Must Do" for anyone seeking a top tier experience. My thanks to the chef, management, and staff for a job well done!!!

                          First, and most importantly, the food was wonderful. Just about every one of the eight dishes was well-conceived, beautifully constructed, and often presented with some dramatic surprise. I enjoy watching our dishes being plated before our eyes, and am always impressed by the extreme attention to detail that goes into that effort at this level. Service was everything to be expected in a Michelin-star restaurant. The interactions with Chef Carlos were an important part of the evening, with information about the inspirations for some of the dishes letting us appreciate the art more fully, and the descriptions with the wine service were very good. dLeña is highly recommended by all four of us. Really, the only significant negative about the whole experience was the ambient noise level. The restaurant is very noisy, and for me it was loud enough to distract from all the other wonderful things going on. If not for the noise, I'm sure all the rating factors would have been full fives.

                          We had incredible time! Chef Carlos’ service, menu, and experience are one of a kind. The food was not only delicious and beautiful but also entertaining. The wine pairings were a perfect match. The chefs table is a must do in DC!

                          Booked a table for 2 at the chef’s table. It was an 8 course meal. Each course was AMAZINGLY delicious! Never had Mexican food that tasted so delicious. We felt very special with our very own chef. The ambiance and decor of the entire restaurant felt warm and welcoming. We would definitely go back.

                          Chef Carlos Camacho and Sous-Chef Victor, were so attentive and provided a carefully thought out experience. We knew from reading other reviews that the meal would taste good, but were blown away by the complex, unique and flavorful aspects of each of the eight courses served. When you factor the superb food, amazing service and drinks…it truly amounts to an incredible experience.

                          We simply loved the entire experience! We felt like royalty. We had our own private table facing the kitchen and our own personal chef preparing our 8 course meal right in front of us. Each course included the highest level of creativity, artistry and flavors. We opted out of the wine pairing. We will definitely treat ourselves to this experience again soon!

                          My husband and I are so happy that we chose DLena to celebrate our anniversary! The Chef Table was worth the money paid. We were treated like VIP celebrities from the time we walked in until the time we left the restaurant. I was surprised how crowded it was on a Tuesday evening but the noise level did not bother us since Chef Table customers are seated in a private booth. Watching the magic culinary artistry of Executive Chef Carlos and listening to his explanation of each dish was such a treat. Every dish Chef Carlos prepared was mouth-watering delicious. We love the mango fruit drinks. What a surprise to get an unexpected restaurant gift to take home at the end of our delicious meals! Special thanks to our Server Jaime and Assistant Manager Mike for providing outstanding service and helping to make our 46th wedding anniversary at DLena Chef Table a great memorable experience!!
