Always top notch. Never disappoints. My wife and I choose 401 for every special occasion. The food is fantastic and the atmosphere is very classy.

Bread was good. Side dishes are large and big enough to share and delicious. Our Steaks were not cooked to our liking and request, waiter never asked if our meal was ok and he disappeared. Slow disappointing service. Would NOT go back.

We began our evening with drinks at the bar. The atmosphere and service there was wonderful. I would not recommend a Lemon Drop martini, but my husband enjoyed his martini. We loved the wedge and wasabi Caesar salads. We both had steaks for dinner which were good, not great. The asparagus was delicious. We were celebrating our 46th anniversary which the restaurant confirmed ahead of time, but there was no celebration, while there were numerous celebrations around us.

LOVE the atmosphere and service at 401 Prime! The drinks I've had are delicious. We've enjoyed most of the food we ordered too. The staff is super friendly and helpful!

This restaurant is top notch in all ways. We had an awesome waiter, Andrew, who was very professional, attentive and knowledgeable about the drinks and, wines, and food. His enthusiasm was very appreciative and he made our experience a great one! Speakers were a bit loud. Highly recommend this place!

Great food, excellent service. My Lobster tail was a little undercooked, they took it right back and prepared it to my liking. They also took money off the bill. Definitely recommend this place fir a special occasion.

My party and I enjoyed our first visit to 401 Prime. The ambiance was amazing and was not loud like some restaurants. They were late in seating us for our reservation but when we got to the table they had a complimentary charcuterie board for us. It was a delicious surprise and was gone in minutes. My party had the meatloaf, sea bass, scallops and the filet along we 3 sides. Everyone loved their entrees. The portions were more than enough and we ended up taking home leftovers. We all agreed we’d come back again. So, if you haven’t given 401 a try, please do. You won’t be disappointed.

The food was amazing. Beautifully presented and delicious. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was pleasant and the table setting was lovely. It was our anniversary and they treated us so special - printing out menus that said "Happy Anniversary" with our names on it. We were also treated to a little dessert at the end of our meal. This restaurant is top notch. The food is definitely worth the price. We loved everything about our experience at 401 Prime.
