   This was our 1st time to the new location, it was absolutely horrible! We were seated the waiter walked passed us for 30 minutes without even looking at us, nor introducing himself and offering water, finally he came gave us water and took our order, our food came out pretty fast, we’ve had this entree 3 times before! For our appetizer was warm cornbread, it was cold ! Our crab cake entrees which is 65$ a plate came and the crab legs was old, small and taste bad like expired! And then boiled in water! Horrible! Not to mention I killed to big knat with my hands cuz they were flying all near my food, go in the bathroom, there is no paper towel or hand drying, so I used toilet paper! Send the crabs back they took off 25% off the bill with 35$ gratuities, when we literally never seen the waiter again since he took the order! The hostess actually got us some more water and took the crabs! And then spilled the water all over the table and said give us grace we are overwhelmed because it just opened and it’s Mother’s Day! But who’s gonna give us grace with the 200$ bill! Service and food was horrible! Between the bugs and food and lack of a waiter, overall it was super unpleasant!

   My family and I dined at Amina's for Mother's day. I have been several times at the other location but it was our Mothers first time. The restaurant is beautiful and spacious. The decor is amazing. Our Food was Delicious. There were some issues but our waiter resolved them and that was to be expected on such a Busy Holiday as Mother's Day. Highly Recommend!!

   Overall a terrible experience we were there for Mother’s Day and we had a 5:45 reservation and we didn’t receive our food until 7pm terrible

   Atmosphere was great!. Live singers were official!. We had the brunch menu which was average and lack luster. Service was A1. I will repeat but i will probably be ordering from the dinner menu next time.

   Great Mother’s Day brunch. Breakfast turkey burger was seasoned to perfection. Oxtail omelet was great. Drinks awesome.

   I was really excited to try and enjoyed my experience however, our initial requests weren’t met and had to send a plate back to fixed and the replacement was rushed and not cooked down well. However our waitress was awesome and did accommodate us I just hoped from more of the brunch experience my oxtail omelette was okay but had minimal meat and has two big bone as well making it more of a cautionary bite instead of enjoying

   I went to Amina for brunch on a Sunday and sat at the bar. The bartender on duty was personable and attentive. The music was good and at a decent volume that still allowed for conversation. I ordered the Yard Bird & Waffle Flights, which is described on the menu as crispy chicken wings, red velvet waffles, 100% Pennsylvania maple syrup, powdered sugar. The chicken wasn't crispy and could've been better seasoned but I threw some hot sauce on it and I was fine. The waffle wasn't something I'd ever want to eat again. It just wasn't good. It was bright red, lacked red velvet flavor and was chewy. I also had a side of collard greens. The greens were seasoned with smoked turkey and the flavor of the greens was pretty good but the greens were just short of being overcooked, or they were canned. Overall, it was a decent experience and I'll likely come back, l'd just try different menu items.

   Even with a reservation we had to wait 30 mins for a table. I think they forgot we was sitting there waiting cuz they walked over to ask if I had reservations again. Our waitress seemed kind of agitated. Our appetizers came fast but our drinks and entree took forever. My boyfriend had turkey wings and didn’t like them… said the first one was fresh but the other one seemed kind of old tasting. My salmon was cooked ok, just didn’t taste like much. The Mac n cheese was not good at all, it tasted like nothing but cheddar cheese with no flavor. Overall the atmosphere was nice, the music/dj wasn’t really called for because the place was so small. We couldn’t really enjoy our conversation because the music was sooooo loud.

   We tried Amina before at the other location but wasn’t completely satisfied. The new location was a much better experience. Hands down the food was great the music was great the entire experience was a vibe. Love the new space it’s beautiful.

    Great experience. Food was amazing, really enjoyed the music. Parking was the only thing that was difficult so plan ahead.
