   Great ambiance. Greeted at the door by a smiling hostess who seated us. Our smiling waitress came and introduced herself and explained the menu. She took our drink orders and quickly filled the orders. Waitress was friendly, very knowledgeable about the menu and very accommodating. Our waitress took our entree orders and asked if there was anything else she could do for us. Food was served at right temperature, very appetizing and everything was phenomenal. We enjoyed watching the chefs cook our meals. All the staff was very professional and we enjoyed our meals. Several staff members asked how we enjoyed our meals. The hospitality made us feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend Bistro 1400.

   Very polite, attentive and energenic staff communicated well with each other and worked as a team. From entering the door to exiting, l was treated professionally and enjoyed my time in the dining area. It was also nice to watch my meal being prepared. The food was delicious and served at the right consumption temperature and there was ample time to enjoy it all. The quality and presentation of the food rivals many luxury restaurants in the area. Thank you, Bistro 1400, for a wonderful experience.
