We were amazed by the overall experience. It was extremely romantic, the space and decor were exceptional, and the service just put it over the top. I would come back again in a heartbeat, especially for another date night.

The food was unbelievably tasty - everything was good. Every dish is very artfully laid out, and the black and white souffle was filling and tasty. Very romantic as well, and the service was great - every waiter helped out - not just one.

I love the relaxed feel of this place - very grand and open feel. I definitely would return to try more dishes. The arugular salad was very refreshing. Grilled scallop was very tender and all the ingridieat well blended. Everyone loved the black & white suffle dessert. Service was well-timed and friendly, wines list was very extensive and were affordable.

The atmosphere is wonderful, the service was outstanding and the decor is beautiful; however, the food left something to be desired, we had fois gras as an appetizer - I've had better, and venison - it was mediocre and not memorable. The food used to be wonderful a couple years ago, but it has definitely gone downhill.

Absolutly lovely! We had a wonderful dining experience at the Georgian with top notch service and an exquisite meal. The service left no stone unturned, and left us wanting for nothing more. We completed our meal with an absolutly delicious and decitant "Black & White Souffle" which was the perfect conclusion to our evening out. Kudos to all at the Georgian who served us!

Charming turn of the century hotel restaurant gives service fit for royalty. Greeted by a hostess that took our drinks from the bar to our table on a silver tray and then pulled out everyone's chair to seat them. Live music in the background along with the candles set the romantoc mood. The chef delivered a sample of delectable salmon to our table, courtesy of the chef. The entrees were delivered to the table with impeccable presentation. My husband salivated over his 16 oz New York steak and everyone enjoyed their meals. They ended the meal with a complimentary anniversary dessert. Wonderful service and delicious food make this a winning combination for your special occasion.

The Georgian was exactly the perfect choice for our 10th wedding anniversary. It had a quiet elegance that is hard to find elsewhere. The service was prompt, accommodating, and unobtrusive. The food was well prepared with interesting and unusual combinations that worked very well together. In particular, the live music was just right for evening; we were very pleasantly surprised. We will definitely return on future special occasions.

I really enjoyed the experience. The Georgian is a fantastic restaurant and much better than other restaurants of similar price in Seattle, which seems to have better food deals in the $10-15 range. Our dinner for two cost $130 plus tip and that included a bottle of Biodynamically farmed wine. They also have a selection of organic wines. We did not order apps or desert, but complimentary crackers and candies were given to us and more than sufficed!

My husband and I celebrated our 25th Anniversary with dinner at this restaurant. It was absolutely wonderful. From the time we walked in we were treated very special. We decided to go with the three course dinner. We liked that the wines were paired with the different dishes - it saved us having to guess - and we were able to try a variety of Northwest wines. All of our food was excellent and I would eat it all again. It was a very romantic, amazing evening. We will definitely go back to the Georgian Room.

The staff was very accommodating. My nephew has a dairy allergy and we found out that the scrambled eggs in the buffet contained cream. So the kitchen made him a serving of eggs with no dairy and we all really appreciated it. Our server was excellent; the entire staff was. My dad has a wonderful Father's Day brunch. I was impressed with the selection of fresh fruits in the buffet as well. Thank you! Tiana

When given the menu and wine list, w were not given the Seasoned Seattle menu, which was rather worrisome. When we asked for it, the waitress brought it immediately, but, strangely, the price was not listed! We have dined at a dozen different restaurants during Dine Around Seattle and Seasoned Seattle months, and they've all included a page of the special menu (2 or 3 courses for $25 or $30). I think this is a wonderful opportunity for people to try new restaurants, but the Georgian somehow doesn't seem to be presenting the Seasoned Seattle menu readily. Regarding the meal, the scallops were cooked to perfection. The wait staff was attentive but not overly so. Excellent martinis from the bar!

The room: Outstanding. The food: Very good. The service: Somewhat off key. Although I am not a fan of being asked "how is everything" by the wait staff every five minutes, we were not asked once by our server how everything was. The only time was towards the end of the meal when (apparently) one of the managers checked with us to see how everything was with us. It did not give the impression that our server, once everything was delivered to the table, did not particularly care how things went after that. A somewhat jarring impression, given the high quality of the dining experience in general.
