   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Perfect Evening at Trilby's My wife and I had dinner at Trilby’s last night, and from start to finish, it was nothing short of extraordinary. The atmosphere strikes that perfect balance of warmth and elegance—inviting, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Every detail felt intentional, from the lighting to the service. The food? Absolutely phenomenal. Each dish was expertly prepared, full of flavor, and presented with care. You could taste the quality and creativity in every bite. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel like the evening was tailored just for us. We left feeling like we’d discovered something truly special. Trilby’s isn’t just a restaurant—it’s an experience. Easily a 5-star night. We’ll absolutely be back.

   We arrived on time and our table was open and available. Our server, Samantha, was friendly and attentive. It was obvious that she had extensive experience and training at the restaurant. The food was exquisite. Personally, I had the Trout Almandine and it was exceptionally prepared and delicious. Everyone at my table of six had the same experience. We dine for the experience and Trilby’s will definitely be on our “GoTo” list.

   We had the figs stuffed with goat cheese snd wrapped with bacon. Delicious! We both ordered the chicken pot pie and side salads. Best pot pie I’ve ever eaten ! For dessert we had crème brûlée to die for! Waiter was excellent! Can’t wait to go back.

   When I first started eating there, the trout Triby was awesome. But, overtime, it’s become dry and less tasty. I’m hoping they can rebound and get back to where they were.

   We dine here frequently and the food is always good. There are several appetizers we love, the tuna, crab cakes, and bacon wrapped figs are delicious! My husband had the snapper almondine and he loved it, I almost always get the chicken piccata and it is always wonderful. The wait staff here are all very friendly and helpful.

   Our incredible server Jill was friendly and helped us with our dinner selections. The service was quick and the food was delicious including our desserts. Trilby’s has quiet, beautifully decorated atmosphere. This was only our second time here, but Trilby’s has jumped up to one of our favorite restaurants on the coast.

   Trilby’s has a wonderful atmosphere! The food was not as good as we expected for the price! The fish for both of us was tough, like it had been frozen, then cooked too quick! Mashed beets and potatoes were excellent! Waiter was excellent and attentive!

    Stopped in only having read some of the reviews and quickly realized it was as good or even better than expected. Great service at the bar by Kevin for both food and drink. Will definitely make another visit hopefully in the not too distant future.
