would not go out of my way to go again. Typical Hotel Rest. Meal average with above average costs. Service very bad. Servers attitude was what you expect at a fastfood joint. also, reservations would not allow the time I wanted which so I moved up to another choice and the place was empty. They could easily add accommodated the appropriate time.

Not quite up to par with a prime steak house. Felt that with a $20 coupon, almost good value. Full price wouldn't have been a good value. Better choice if you don't want to leave Parker, but there are better choices near the Denver Tech Center.

We arrived at sunset and the views to the mountains was gorgeous. It was on a weekend so they had live music which was good but was very loud. The noise level from the bar that was open to the restaurant was REALLY loud. Add to that the conversation level in the restaurant alone since it was one open room was overwhelming to us. The food was really first class and the service was excellent. If we go back, it will be during the week when it might be more quiet and we could acutally talk to each other.

The food was very good, much better than our first visit when it was under the previous management. The prices are what you would expect to pay at a steak house but the service was not up to that standard. We started with an appetizer then a salad, which used the 2 forks. As our server took away the salad plates, she told us to keep our forks for the main course. We were so stunned, we did! Then at the end of the meal she brought the check immediately. I would have expected her to wait until we asked for the check. If you're looking for good steak go to Brooks, their service matches the prices.

My husband and I went to Trapper's for our aniversary.. We wanted a new place to go. We got there and was seated.. We ordered our drinks. My husband got an Iced tea. Well that wasn't the only thing he got. There was food or something on the inside of the glass. Then we checked our silver ware and that also had something on it. We were not inpressed with the service. It took way to long. We also notice that the other people were dressed in jeans when, it asks for business casual. It would take alot for us to come back. Thank you

Enjoyed the dinner so much. Our first time eating at Trapper's, but not our last. A little under staffed. Our waiter, Steve, was also tending the bar which made for a long wait for drink refills and other service. He handled both quite well.

Very disappointed. The waitres was new and had no clue as to what to do. Our stakes were both over cooked. After we had our first course, soup for me and a salad for my wife, we waited one half hour for our main course. Mind you we were the only patrons in the restaurant, although there were about five people at the bar that might have ordered food also. I do not think that Parker is ready to have a restaurant that considers itself in the same class as the Chop House or any other fine dinning. The help staff is not up to par with those at fine restaurants. I used one of four cupons that gave us a 2 for 1 and I do not think we will use any of the remaining cupons even though they are good for anothe year.

This was our third visit. When first opened we really enjoyed, but when chef left we were disappointed with the food the second time. Now glad to see new chef prepared a delicious meal (starters, soup, salad and main course...were too full to try dessert!).

    OpenTable Diner Since 2008

I am on the fence as to whether to try Trapper's again. First, they sat us in an area that shielded us from the great view. Secondly, they refused to honor a coupon that in extremely small print said Sunday through Thursday (we were there on Saturday 3/15). The print was so small that the waitress couldn't read it at the table. Finally, the entertainment couldn't play due to a technical glitch. All in all, I spent $150 for two people and didn't get the special night out I thought I would. It's a shame because the potential for Trapper's to be a special occasion stop in Parker rests with their ability to make you FEEL special-which they didn't. I would wait until the management kinks are worked out. The waitress provided good service
