  • Our mistake to go on Mother's Day

When I made reservations there were still plenty of tables available so I was disappointed when our family of 5 was stuck in the back room separated from the main dining area. We sat at a 4-top table so there wasn't a lot of table space. The service as slow far as supplying drinks. We had our food and one drinks for quite a while. The restaurant was understaffed for the celebration. They should have assigned people to walk around and refill waters/drink orders. The food was very good.

I've eaten at a different Harvest for dinner so I know it can do better. I went with a party of 12 for brunch and was sadly disappointed, more so since this was my choice. We had a good selection across the menu and no one was impressed. My Dad had the best meal - the Bison burger, but it came out a good 10 minutes after the other dishes. "Sorry they forgot to bring it out." At least he liked it. Several times we asked for syrup and never got it. The Stuffed Brioche French toast should be better. The bread was very dry and had a small amount of filling in the middle of the bread. The bacon was fatty and not cooked crispy as was requested. The Mango Mimosa was good, but the Bacon Bloody Mary was so-so. The list goes on...

We have eaten at Harvest six times for dinner. The food is outstanding and the atmosphere is great. The portion sizes are just right with most entrees equal or less than 500 calories. The desserts are very good. We like the fact that they get their food from local sources. We highly recommend this restaurant!

My sisters, niece, mother, and I went here for the first time for our annual Mother's Day dinner. My sister came into town from Florida. The food and ambiance were good, however, we felt rushed throughout the meal, and were even told by the waitress that she was being given the dirty eye by the manager to rush us along. We were extremely insulted! We were there for just over 1 hour and 45 mins. We paid $300 for the meal and could not believe the lack of customer service!! There was not even a wait! When I informed the manager, he apologized, but said we could continue our conversation in the "lounge", totally missing the point. We'll never go back! Everyone knows a successful business = quality product and excellent customer service!!

I ordered spicy calamari with pita as an appetizer, salmon with asparagus, carrots and fingerling potatoes for my entrée and had key lime dessert. Every bite was flavorful, delicious and perfectly prepared. It was though I was tasting asparagus and carrots for the first time. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly and made some excellent suggestions. The atmosphere was relaxing. Noise level was acceptable--was able to carry on a conversation without raising my voice. Already anxious for my next visit!

I took my mother for an early Mother's Day lunch and it was perfect. They have an interesting menu and we both had a hard time narrowing down our choices. We both ended up with main course salads and we tasted each other's selection. Delicious all-around. The waiter, Frank, was attentive and friendly, but he also left us to enjoy our meal. We also enjoyed two of their perfect-sized desserts. Needless to say, we were very content when we left.

It is a convenient location and the atmosphere and service was good. The food was under seasoned and pretty bland. It was a nice neighborhood "in-a-pinch" place, but there was a disconnect with the prices and level of food execution.

The waitress was very bubbly and expounded on the virtues of the "organic" "local grown" food. Get real! Broccoli is a fall veg. We were not that much impressed. The food was ok, good, but not memorable. My duck was cooked properly, but the two cold veg piles were some kind of mix of oriental and Mexican. I didn't get it or really enjoy it. My wife had the chicken which was pretty good but very red near the bone. They tried to cook it right; but didn't quite make it. They are making a big deal over their organic flare, but let's face it there is no scientific backing for it virtues. We can find much better quality and less pretentious food not far away. The portions were to our liking. Not likely to return or recommend.

I've yet to get a dish at Harvest that I've disliked. The food is consistently tremendous. The smoked salmon flatbread was unbelievable. If I had to nitpick about this visit, it was just that the waitress was a bit slow checking us out, but I was frustrated with my kids at the moment, so that might have had something to do with my impatience.

Portions are small so you really need to order a salad and/or appetizer. Many entrees do not come with vegetables. The wine list is impressive; fun to try something different without buying a whole bottle. Service was excellent. Food is very interesting. Items are not the same as at every other restaurant.

We've eaten here several times before. The food is usually very good. My only complaint is about the short rib flatbread that we split for an appetizer. It had chimichurri sauce. We didn't think it was a good combo. Would have liked some caramelized onions maybe.

Was our first time at this restaurant Front desk declined to seat us in booth - said you had to request this ahead of time. Woman did not even look at us while speaking, no smile or apology just flat affect. We could have walked out and it would have been the same to her. There were so people in the place, I figured it would be no problem. She said all the empty booths had been requested already Our waitress was great and made up for that a little. Still not sure I would go back

The noise was not Vibrant to me, just too loud and I could not hear my dinner companion. We very much enjoyed our soup and first appetizers, entree and desserts. We however did return one appetizer which lowered my score. The restaurant was very good about replacing it. The food is well prepared and with fresh ingredients overall. We will go again, just time it when it is less Vibrant.

The atmosphere is great and the idea of most things under 500 calories is a plus. The food here is very good, but the few times I have been here there has been a problem with a meal. This time I ordered the gluten free pasta with zucchini, tomatoes, asparagus and fresh mozzarella. When I started eating it I saw that it was missing the asparagus, my favorite vegetable. I had to ask the waitress about it and she said it should have been there. I then had to wait a while until she brought me out some asparagus to put in the pasta. At that point the meal was great and I would have never guessed that the pasta was gluten free.
