At this second location, David Chang rethinks his iconic noodle shop. The Columbus Circle Noodle Bar serves a constantly changing roster of noodles, steamed breads made in-house, soft serve, and daily dishes, in a sleek wood-accented space. Bar-wise, there’s a full selection of beer, wine, sake, and cocktails, with a focus on highballs. Stop by for a quick bite at the kitchen counter, or book the private dining room for a celebratory event.

Noodle Bar Uptown accepts reservations 30 days in advance starting at 10 am. Although making a reservation is recommended, walk-ins are welcome and can be accommodated at the bar or at tables if space permits.

Our Whole Roasted Duck Ssäm feast originally hit the menu at Ssäm Bar in the East Village back in 2011. As we celebrate 20 years of Momofuku, we’ve revived this fan-favorite large format and are now offering it alongside our bo ssäm at Noodle Bar Uptown. The Whole Roasted Duck Ssäm meal includes one whole dry-aged, roasted duck stuffed with duck and pork sausage. It’s served over duck fat rice with confit duck legs and comes with scallion pancakes, lettuce wraps, hoisin, Korean-style barbeque sauce and crispy shallots. This meal serves 4 – 6 people. It is $225, exclusive of any additional a la carte food or beverage, tax, or gratuity. Reservations are offered at dinner at 6pm and 8pm.

The noise level is deafening. You have to shout to have a convo. Quality was not the same as original east village location and not good value for high price point.

Have dined here many times. The menu has expanded in the last 2 years. Everything tastes great. You will lament not having a bigger stomach because you won’t need a bigger wallet. Difficult to imagine a better place in NYC for a casual night out. Even the music is well- considered.

I order the spicy mushroom miso ramen....it was swimming in oil...no spicy at all...and if there was miso it was lost in all of there'd greasy oil

It was 100 degrees outside but we still couldn’t miss an opportunity to have the Momofuko real deal Ramen. There is nothing else like it, and it continues to be the best anywhere on the east or West Coast. Everything they serve there is exceptional.

My son turned 16 and we had his surprise dinner party here. Servers and waitstaff were so wonderful!! The preset menu was delicious and they even had the menus printed with - happy birthday (his name)!!
