   The pizzas and salad were delicious. Nice ambiance. Using the QR codes to order food and drinks was annoying.

   Our server-I forgot his name was an excellent host. He was an African American young man who worked to give us an exceptional experience thru his service, movie hook up and friendliness. We enjoyed your restaurant and will definitely come back!

   We enjoyed our experience. The service was excellent. The only disappointment was that we thought the menu had been more varied the last time we were there. What we ordered was very good, but not as unusual as we remembered. We will be back for sure.

   Wished for a quick bite before the concert at the Civic Center... we found the seating uncomfortable...high top tables are difficult for older people...also very cold and drafty. Our "reserved" table was in front of a permanently open door. The menu was interesting and the food and service quite good. The cocktails however were virtually absent of liquor...and added $30 to the bill! Overall, we'll choose differently next time.

   Ordering was disorganized using their app. Too loud to hear conversations without shouting. If one person starts ordering through their app and leaves their tab open, the order from everyone else at the same table end up on the first person’s tab. How hard is it to break down the orders based on different phone numbers?

   Red flags from the start when the person "greeting" us had no idea if they accepted reservations. We were seated in a dimly lit back area that was filthy and reeked of stale burned frying oil. The phone app menu system was impossible to use for ordering. We should have left at this point but the waiter who eventually showed up took our order after almost half an hour. We didn't order much but the food took another half an hour to arrive. I must say it wasn't bad, but it was so dark that you couldn't really see what you were eating. One of the dishes took so long that we canceled it. Another waiter then brought the dish and we told him we had already canceled it. Zero team communication. Our waiter was in way over his head, though he was trying hard. Just couldn't get it right. Sad. The check we got was clearly for another table so we had to waste more time straightening that out. In the meantime we both were grossed out by the grimy disgusting bathroom. Gross. Both of us said it was the worst restaurant experience we'd had in years. Would NEVER go back. AWFUL.

    The place had a great vibe…we were with my mom for her 70th bday and they could not accommodate her with a real menu. They only had the QR code. I believe this is such a hassle for some folks and takes away from The customer service aspect of the experience. our waiter did the bare min to help explain. And we were the first folks in the place. More needs to be done to help navigate this issue. The food was good not great. Seemed our waiter left us to tend bar without communication and since it was all done via QR code we barely saw him. I was hoping a movie was playing but nothing. Never The less a Good spot before catching a show at the at sf jazz center
