This restaurant is very pricey for what you get. I wanted to order something ala carte. I couldn't so I ordered the all you can eat. Only smoked meats of very poor quality. Over cooked and cheap meat. The server said it came with a side. I had mashed potatoes that took 15 minutes to get there and were cold and clumpy. A meal for that price and not even comparable to Golden Corral. Golden Corral we would have saved a ton of money and had a better meal. Recommend you go somewhere else.

Great food, service, and atmosphere. While the food was a bit salty, it's supposed to be that way. The salad bar was continually kept up with. It was stocked with great fresh salad/toppings. They had a really nice cheese selection as well (The white/goat cheese was super delicious). The meats and vegetables from the grill were expertly cooked and seasoned. The only thing that I would recommend not getting are the ribs; they were a bit tough/dry. Over all experience was great!

Food was very good. Service was okay but expected being in the tourist part of Orlando where all service isn't top notch. Needed more to drink but never saw our server after we ordered but then I was at the grill line waiting. Grill was good, would be helpful if they had the meats listed by the grill so you knew what you were asking for, instead of relying on the menu you are giving when you arrive and then is collected once you order. Standing in line to get the meat from the grill was really slow and time consume spent most of the time doing this. Cold bar wasn't something I was thrilled with, the other diners with me liked it but wasn't overly impressed. A better system to get the meat items from the grill would help.

We recently tried The Knife restaurant in Orlando for the first time. My wife and I were antisappating a great meal, but were disappointed in the food. The pork ribs were dry, the sausage very salty, and the flank steak was average. I love charcoaled meats but was not thrilled with this meal. We could barely understand the Spanish cook as he explained what meat was what. Our server was good, but the sides that came from the kitchen ( fries w/skins & sweet pot. fries ) were nothing special. The salad bar was pretty good as was the included dessert ( i had choc. mousse ) but for $28 per person and after reading about this restaurant online we had EXPECTED BETTER TASTING FOOD.

Reservations were easy to get and we were seated immediately upon arrival. The ambience was very nice and our waiter was very attentive. The salad bar was excellent with a lot of variety and fresh items. The beef and pork was very tasty when we went through the line the first time; however, the veal was very fat and lacked flavor. When we went back for a second helping of meat, the beef that we were served was the fatty left overs even though there was plenty of uncut beef available to be served. Overall a good dining experience.

I took my husband for his birthday, the service was horribble and the bill was completely off and when we told the waiter he argued with us and said that if we had a problem to talk to the manager who never came. It was way to expensove bad service and horrible time over all I will never return there again.

I was disappointed to say the least. I've been to Texas de Brazil, and this is nothing like it. Was most disappointed that it was self-service. Brought my fiance there for our engagement dinner and realized it was very casual. We won't be back. I can enjoy better food at a local restaurant and know my food quality will be better.

The food at this restaurant is served like a cattle call. You're supposed to walk up to the pit and request meat but there's no clear idea as to what meat they serve. Unfortunately the meat was extremely bland and I was very disappointed. I spoke with a lady that is a manager there and she brought me meat with much better flavor but great lengths of speaking to the manager shouldn't result in better tasting food, the quality should always be there. I would go back to visit the manager but doubt I'll spend my hard earned money eating at this restaurant again.

The food was very god for an all you can eat, buffet style Argentinian grille. A wide selection of meats and poultry, en extensive salad bar, and plenty of additional food items. The price is right and for a few bucks more, you get your choice of beverage (including beer and wine) and dessert. Definitely not a quiet romantic place, but rather vibrant, energetic, and a truly fun atmosphere. The wait staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I would definitely recommend it to others and will be returning in the near future.

We found, not enough items on the salad bar and was hard to choose the correct type of items due to items being mislabeled. When brought the mislabeling to their attention, the staff did not put the correct labeling on the food. As for the noise level, the table we had was very noisy. while we were talking to each other, the adjoining tables were very loud, seemed like people were yelling at each other and kids running loose.

I do not want to say all of the food was dry and inedible but the chicken and Argentinian fries were particulary unpleasant. The beef was very good but service at the meat bar was a very unpleasant experience for an Enlgish speaking patron. I would not recommend it to travelers unless you are bi-lingual (spanish being second language)

Although the service waitress and hostess were wonderful the food was awful. Salad bar was mediocre, no cold cuts or cheese selections just mostly selections of pickled veggies, potato salads and awful seafood medley mix. Noone in my family of 6 enjoyed dinner and we are pretty adventurous eaters. Grilled veggies were very dry and so was the meat. Thought we could save a few bucks by coming to what we thought was just a scaled back version of texas de brazil or fogo de chao but it wasn't even close.

So --- we checked out the Knife in Orlando. Just a note -- it is in a section of Orlando with a lot of other chain restaurants. I would say that it is great for families as it is pretty kid friendly. The price per diner is fairly reasonable and the staff is friendly. However, I have been to so many more Argentinian and Brazilian restaurants that do this so much better. Price includes sides and salad bar. It was ok -- but I won't be running back there. I don't require 5 star dining every time -- but the meat should be flavorful -- it and sides seemed rather blah to me. So if you don't like your meat heavily spiced -- it might work for you.

The food and the waitress were great, but the older gentleman in the grill/ meat area was very rude and disrespectful to my daughter and son and then when I questioned him about his attitude he gave me an attitude back. If it wasn't because the food was actually good and my waitress was nice I would have just picked up and leaved. The food is great! Watch out for the older Argentinian gentleman in the grill/ meat area he is not pleasant to kids or adults with kids!!! Will not ask him to help me at all!

Booked on Open Table. However when we got there we had to wait for 45 minutes before we were seated. The manager just said he had overbooked and offered no apology. My kids fell a sleep and they would not even let them eat for free even though they only had a drink and no food. Waiter was very friendly and serviceable. He made a difference since we already had a bad experience. Food is mediocre. I have been to the one in miami and can tell the difference.

Service! While it certainly a different way to dine, the service was lousy. Our waiter had 6-8 tables, some large parties. Always had to ask for drink refills. Desert was an extra long ordeal waiting to give order then waiting to get desert. The place could be a hit, if the service was better. The food was OK, just need to watch the meats and get them how you like. The fries were great.

I have nothing but excellent comments for the overall services, food, ambiance, maitre, music, very friendly environment. We met people for many other countries, Portugal, Germany, Holland, and of course Argentina, the exquisiteness of the BBQ Argentina Style is definitely a big catch for all of us. I most definitely would recommend to anybody that like to enjoy a special occasion or just a friendly drop in.
