It was really amazing. We decided to go with tasting menu. Of course, each dish was a masterpiece. But still a lot of food and after 4th course we couldn't eat anymore. My suggestion is: do not choose tasting menu, just go la karte. Plus be aware about prices: it is very expensive restaurant. We chose the tasting menu of 5 courses. The wines chosen to accompany the meal was perfect except for the Pinot Noir.
The different courses were selected by the chef with great choices of local shellfish and duck.The cheese selection was cheeses from across Canada making us discover cheeses we had never heard of.

They accommodated our reservation after flight delays and lost bags, kept cooking a tasting menu for us until well after midnight even though the kitchen was supposed to close much earlier, and didn't make us feel rushed at all even when we were still seated after 1AM.
