We had a table in an alcove and could look out upon the entire room and bar. It was our 61st anniversary and a most fitting special occasion experience. My husband ordered the short ribs, as he always does at restaurants, and these were the best he has ever eaten. He was pleased with the baby veggies. He isn't a vegetable lover. I had the salmon and it was perfect, crisp and flavorful on the outside and moist and delicate on the inside. The server described it as medium rare. Perfect. It rested upon a green risotto of fresh asparagus with surprise bites of tiny asparagus tips within. The zin and the sauvignon blanc were perfect.
