The Fois Gras "Experience" - with it's five different presentations - was truly outstanding and not to be missed when you're in town. The "black cod" with almond topping was fantastic as was the "Quebec Venison" for main dishes. We ended our meal with a remarkable array of cheeses. The wine list was very extensive.
