A very nice menu with many choices for table side flambes. They have team service so there were multiple people waiting on us; a couple were outstanding. I had the table d'hôte which included several nice choices. My wife ordered À La Carte and enjoyed whiskey flambe shrimp prepared table side. They have a nice wine list with some good choices at reasonable prices. Overall, the price was very reasonable for a fine dining meal complete with before dinner drinks and wine.
The restaurant is steps from the Chateau Frontenac so very convenient if staying at the hotel.
