This was the best of all, and the most fun. The classic style of the past is there, for the ones who love great service and the feel of French hospitality at its finest. We had a Caesar Salad prepared from scratch table side. Just the best ! The Veal Tenderloin and the Dover Sole were impeccably prepared. The wine list has a good variety.
The waiters all wore white coats, and were all very helpful, and extremely professional. They did not miss a beat.
We highly recommend this finest of fine restaurants. Making a reservation well in advance is probably a good idea. A very nice menu with many choices for table side flambes. They have team service so there were multiple people waiting on us; a couple were outstanding. I had the table d'hôte which included several nice choices. My wife ordered À La Carte and enjoyed whiskey flambe shrimp prepared table side. They have a nice wine list with some good choices at reasonable prices. Overall, the price was very reasonable for a fine dining meal complete with before dinner drinks and wine.
The restaurant is steps from the Chateau Frontenac so very convenient if staying at the hotel.
