Restaurant Gwendolyn is a fine dining establishment where the chef pays remarkable attention to the selection of fresh, flavorful ingredients. The taste combinations in my frisee goat cheese salad and my shrimp fettucine were exquisite. Service is skillful but course changes can proceed at a languid pace if the table seems content to converse and not finish their plates. The wine pairings were innovative.
