WOW best describes our reaction to the signature dinner. Each course was memorable and full of taste, texture and surprises. The classic French ingredients were turned into exquisite tasting courses. My favorite was the artichoke and black truffle soup served with the mushroom brioche. Absolutely delicious. My husband raved about the all around chestnut course. Impeccable in his words. Just when the last dessert was consumed, an additional dessert cart came around for our picking: assorted macarons, madeleines, sorbets, tortes, panna cottas, cheesecakes and flavored marshmallows. What an unforgettable dinner from start to finish. Compare with the other Michelin two star in Vegas, I much prefer this one! Will plan on a revisit in the future to Guy Savoy.

Guy Savoy is one of, if not, the best French restaurants in which I've had the pleasure to dine. From the moment we were greeted and seated everything flowed perfectly. Impeccable service and attention by the entire staff. I've eaten at many of the best restaurants in most major cities but the presentation and taste of the food here may be the best. I had the white truffle tasting menu and my wife did a la carte. When I thought it couldn't possibly be better Guy Savoy himself came out to ask how we enjoyed the food he prepared himself. My favorite French restaurant has been Le Bernadine in NYC, until now.

Our party of 4 chose the Signature dinner with wine pairings and we were all extremely disappointed with every course. We decided to do this because we were recently in Paris and had a wonderful experience with the same type of dinner and wine pairings. This was not even close. Additionally, the staff seemed condescending and acted like they just wanted us to leave. It would be one thing if just one of us didn't like the food, but all four of us did not like it. We paid a lot of money for poor food and service.

We tried the 9-10 course degustation menu, from which only 2 were exceptional. All others courses were average-good. Big big dissapointment on the desserts! Definitely not a good experience for the value and i would not recommend the restaurant to anyone. Dinner at this restaurant made me question what 2 star Michelin stands for (?). We also had the wine pairing and at some point they forgot to serve us the wine for one course, hence we ended up eating the course with no wine. All in all an experience way lower than what was expected of this restaurant... On top of that... extremely expensive!!!

Come hungry for the 15 course Innovation Menu! The service was as expected for a top notch restaurant and the food a delight for the senses. The ambiance with the high ceilings was slightly imposing although I felt I wasn't in Vegas (which is a definite plus). Timing out of the kitchen was absolutely precision perfect. Would I come back? - Tough to say as there are many restaurants in Vegas I have yet to try. However, I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a heightened culinary experience and well worth the price.

Restaurant Guy Savoy-Caesar's Palace is one of the best, if not the very best, French restaurants in the USA. The quality and creativity of the food is always astonishing and pleasing at the same time. We had the truffle dinner, and each dish was perfectly attuned to the enhancement of the taste of the beautiful, fresh white truffles which were shaved in generous amounts over it. One phase of the two part scallop dish included an enhancement of the gorgeous truffle aromas that was fun and effective. The staff is very attentive, gracious and pleasant. The chef is very talented and personable. We had a wonderful dining experience there, as always.

For those with a discerning palette & fine dining experience, the impeccable service & perfect wine parings here will exceed your greatest expectations. We dine out often, but Guy Savoy, their staff & the amazing & inspired food has set the bar higher forever. Highly recommend any of their tasting menus! The sommelier Phil Park matched their grand & extensive wine list to the craft of cuisine offered perfectly. As I've been lucky enough to have trained from Culinary Institute LeNorte, I especially appreciate the exceptional detail in the food & the great consideration taken by Chef Mathieu Chartron, providing an outstanding dining experience. A must - we will return every time we are In LVNV & will book the Chef's Table!

The food was great, even some of the items that didn't sound like they'd be good...were very good. Nice little interjections of pallet cleansers between courses. The bread cart was awesome! The menu for alacart was somewhat limited but good variety of proteins. We did not do the sample dinners which are only for the entire table if they order the same selection.

What a wonderful way to start a Vegas vacation! From start to finish - including when I needed to move my reservation back about 45 minutes - the Guy Savoy experience was incredible. I arrived and was shown to a pre-set table for one (I was dining alone) and was provided a stool for my purse and a candle was lit for me. I started with champagne and sparkling water. Within 45 seconds of sitting down, I was brought a fois gras amuse bouche on a tiny silver toothpick. I ordered artichoke truffle soup, mosaic of poularde, and pan seared quail. The entire experience was top notch: superior service, incredible food; I felt like a princess.

Just when I thought the best French restaurant in Vegas was Joel Robuchon( as I have been there on (10) ten different occasions ) I was seduced by the charm of Executive Chef Chartron and his team and the white truffle menu while seated in the Krug Room disguised as the Chef's Table. at Restaurant Guy Savoy. Just an outstanding evening, full of delectable surprises, great wine and superb service. It was truly an emotional evening to start, as it was my 10th wedding anniversary and continued to elevate with emotion, as we were in the most capable hands of Chef Chartron with "his" white truffles from Alba and his tremendous passion for the craft which he has mastered under "the" master himself, Chef Guy Savoy. Bon Appetit !

My second visit to Guy Savoy, in October 2014, was as good as my first. I've dined at many two- and three-star restaurants in the UK, France, and the US, and the tasting menu at Guy Savoy is among the two or three best meals I have ever had. It isn't cheap (no one would expect otherwise), but it's worth making a trip to Vegas just to dine here. The staff is superb -- helpful, attentive, welcoming, totally without pretension, and the food is equally superb. The bread cart alone is worth the visit. If it's in your price range, don't miss it.

Food was top 10 I've ever had, but service was probably the best I've ever received at a restaurant - I would give 6 stars if I could. The attention to detail is superb. My wife didn't like one of the dishes from the tasting menu that we ordered, and the waiter insisted on replacing it with another comparable dish - my wife didn't complain or ask to replace it, the waiter just noticed that she did not appear to be enjoying the dish and offered the replacement dish, which my wife loved (foie gras). Whenever you step away from the table, someone from the waitstaff will replace your napkin/cloth with a brand new napkin (using spoons, so as not to touch the napkin with their bare hands). Slightly overpriced, but highly recommended.

This was our second time here. Good, the Signature Menu with wine parings is the only way to experience Guy Savoy, but forget being gluten free because the bread pairings are phenomenal. Bad, my first appetizer course, the Colors of Caviar, I had a curled, long, thin hair in one spoonful. Embedded in the layers of caviar, it was a VERY UNPLEASANT experience to pull this hair out of my mouth. The maitre d' was horrified and insisted on replacing it even though I was willing to skip it. This delayed the course 15 minutes. Worse, aside from an apology, there was no other offer. I likely would not have accepted, but still an offer would have been a nice gesture. I will likely never go back. There are too many other fine Michelin Star choices.

Guy Savoy is regularly rated one of the best restaurants in the world. Deservedly so. It is a dining experience like few others. If you like or want to experienc French fine dining, you will do so at Guy Savoy. Service, food, flair, it has it all. As they like to say, it is where artistry meets food. So true. Obviously, it will be one of the most expensive meals you ever had but I'm guessing you knew that. The Guy Savoy at Ceasar's was top notch from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Had the signature tasting with the wine and bread pairing. Amazing tastes. The staff was so friendly, helpful and explained each step of the dinner process making it all the more fun to enjoy. In my opinion this is the best restaurant in the world.

Just like everything else in Las Vegas it's a show fake and gimmicky. I've heard the original in Paris is unbelievable however if that's the case the vegas location needs a lot of work. $850 dinner for a group of 4. Two $65 bottles of wine. Two appetizers and four main courses. Thee $85 black truffle soup tasted like Campbell's canned soup. The filet mignon and braised beef was good. But not worth $85. I could have gotten the same quality for far less from 100 other restaurants in NYC. As for the $100 veal tasting my brother in law ordered the only memorable part was the veal cheeks. The sweat bread according to him was bland, and the slice of veal chop had the texture of ham and the flavor of cardboard. Save your money and skip it

The food was excellent, and the service highly professional and friendly. Still, I didn't find the food particularly extraordinary, given the very hefty prices. Le Cirque and Twist have both provided more memorable Las Vegas meals. Guy Savoy is absolutely top-notch. Just not...extraordinary. What was extraordinary were the wine pairings, brilliantly chosen by the sommelier. Although seriously, he couldn't be just a bit more generous with his pours?? Geez
