  • Restaurant Eve "Nourish the Palate" offers modern American cuisine highlighting the freshest of regional and seasonal products. Guests have two dining options from which to choose: the less formal, a la carte Bistro or the culinary showcase of Chef Armstrong’s 5, 7 or 9 course tasting menus. The Tasting Room dining time is approximately 3-4 hours with three prix-fixe menus beginning at $110 per person. Reservations are taken up to two months in advance to the calendar date (i.e. Reservations for April 1st are available starting February 1st). Jackets are required. No Jeans, Shorts or Tennis Shoes please.
