Restaurant 4580Wonderful Brunch in BoulderThis resturant was a real find. It was highly rated on opentable and the people were not wrong. The food was great the service was really good. We had the bacon wrapped dates that were absolutely phenomenal and wontons for appetizers, flavors were spectacular. The salmon was done to perfection, flavor enhanced with the horseradish creme fraiche. The coconut bread pudding with caramel and white chocolate was literally to die for. Service was exceptional and the meals and their presentation were excellent as well. We were quite impressed with how "polished" the restaurant and its procedures were for being open just a short time. The owner, James Cimino, has created a gem! We all heard each other and had a wonderful evening. Our waitress was great but a number of times our water glasses were empty for 10- 15 minutes. There was alot of help and I was surprised the busboys/ hostesses didn't come back more often to check on the water situation. Everyone seemed pleased with their meal. Staff was very apologetic for problem with their cooler this night. They were not able to serve some of their menu items. We had the bacon wrapped dates and crab wonton apps. Both were great. I had the prok chop (steak was unavailable) and my wife had the risotto. Both were well prepared and tasty. Good drinks and wine.
