The service was incredible and the food was impeccable. I only wish I had more time to experience it all!!

Easily the best restaurant
Easily the best restaurant - food & service - in Las Vegas and the U.S. Expensive, but worth every penny. When in Paris and Las Vegas, we always make sure to dine here.

Good but EXPENSIVE!
Yes, this is a wonderful restaurant but not sure it's worth the money. We had the preheater dinner for two and one glass of wine, the bill with tip was $360.If that doesn't bother you, go there! It is a gastronomic experience. The Bread Cart is the best, lemon bread, olive bread, chestnut bread, cheese bread, caramelized onion bread and more! They give you little tastings of food compliments of Guy Savoy along with your dinner. If you order a tasting dinner pairing with wines you could easily spend $1000!!!

Good Food, Amazing Service!
We really enjoyed our entire experience at Guy Savoy. The service there was truly TOP NOTCH, and the food was delicious. The artichoke/truffle soup was a guilty pleasure, and the desserts were to die for! I got the chocolate sphere, and my partner got the chocolate/hazelnut noir. The bread trolly was fun, and the post-dessert trolly was AMAZING. However, the downside(s) for the evening were (I hate to say it) the entrees. I got the lobster, and my partner got the veal 3 ways. Both were nice, but lacking quite a bit of flavor. They were something you could have ordered at a lot of places. Our time was limited (due to a show), and the staff could not have been more professional in rushing things. Can't say enough good about them!

If food is a celebration of life, life doesn't get much better than dining at Guy Savoy's restaurant.
Chef Matthew Chartron executes Guy Savoy's food beautifully.
The staff is very subtle in their attentiveness and very knowledgeable when explaining in a simple manner the complexities and subtleties of the
dish you are enjoying. Wine list choices are excellent.

We went to Guy Savoy knowing
We went to Guy Savoy knowing it was expensive but it was even pricier than we had previously thought. Tasting menu started at $260 per person without alcohol and since we weren't hungry, we went with entrees.
Two of us got the sea bass which may have been the best sea bass we've ever had. One got the duck breast and the other got the beef tenderloin. Everyone loved their meal and the service was superb.
Overall, loved it but couldn't afford the tasting menu!
4/17/2013 4:00:00 PM
Better than excellent.
The service was the best I have ever experienced on every level, and each dish was exquisite. It is very expensive, but hard to argue about the value.
4/30/2013 4:00:00 PM
Food was fabulous but even so, much more expensive than expected. I planned on spending around $250 for just me but when I got the bill is was $439.97! Host did not really explain the menu well but otherwise very attentive staff. However, it seemed a different waiter came with each course....I would have preferred to same person, but not a huge deal. Would go again but only if money to burn......then again it is Vegas!

Wonderful meal: creative/innovative
We're foodies and our bucket list is to try every AAA Five Diamond rated restaurant in the world at least once. We enjoyed the Innovation/Inspiration menu.. We opted for wine pairing which is available although it's not listed on the menu. We were particularly impressed by the enormous wine menu which is presented sitting on its own stand. As expected, the courses were wonderfully different and we always appreciate being treated to flavor combinations that we would not normally think of. The presentation of each course was gorgeous. Perhaps the only minor flaw of the evening was that the wine pairing was a little off for me. Having eaten at Le Cirque more than half a dozen times, I have never been disappointed w their pairings.

One of the mst spectacular meals of our lives! Food was impeccably prepared to a higher standard of quality with amazing untapped flavors I never thought possible. Service was beyond compare, and the staff was incredibly knowledge. The long tenure of the staff speaks mountains for an amazing restaurant.

Guy Savoy Still Shines!
Great dining experience. Our fourth time dining at this super high end restaurant. The cost makes it truly a special occasion, but well worth it. If you dine here, you'll never forget it. Go for one of the prix fix menus. You won't be disappointed.

First time at Guy Savoy
My wife and I had the Signature menu and inquired about a flight of wines as it wasn't listed on the menu. The sommelier put one together for $150 each for 9 different, wonderful, and perfect pairings. The menu, bread cart, cheese cart, and dessert carts were all amazing with my favourite dishes being the Peas All Around, Red Mullet, and the Coconut Six Ways. The best thing about this restaurant is the service. Excluding the sommelier, we counted 6 different waiters and every one was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable about the food. No stuffiness at all and we would have been happy if they had sat down and joined us (as long as they paid their own bill! :)
Yes it's expensive but well worth the experience.

Great food and wine
Guy Savoy was great. The food was innovative (we had the Innovation Menu) and tasted great. They easily made some substitutions for some things my girlfriend didn't care for and were very nice about it. The wine pairings were great. The portions were perfect for a many course meal and I didn't feel overly stuffed at the end. It was certainly pricey, but as a special occasion, it was a great choice. I think the foodies would be happy (we were!) and more traditional eaters could also be happy.

BEST RESTAURANT IN VEGAS!
This is absolutely the best restaurant in Vegas and I've eaten at them all. The service is outstanding and the food is to die for. I don't visit Las Vegas without going to this restaurant at least once if not twice while I'm there. I love it!
5/25/2013 12:00:00 AM
Guy Savoy menu bring the perfect blend of tradition and innovation. Dining experience at its best with very attentive service.
6/7/2013 12:00:00 AM
The wait staff was wonderful. They made you feel very special and were always checking in on you. A definite must when you are in town. I can't wait to come again.
6/28/2013 4:00:00 PM
Pricey but worth it
Food was beyond excellent!! During your dinner you are greeted by many different waiters, tge manager and the chef.
All of which were informative, helpful, and polite. The menu is limited and expensive but I felt it was worth it.
Due to price it is prob best for special occasion. It was my fanciest dining experience ever.
6/29/2013 12:00:00 AM
french gourmet oasis
We had a 8 course tasting menue, it was an outstanding experience, the service was friendly and highly competent, the fabulous wine list rivals in size the New York phone book. The perfect french prelude before seeing Celine at Caesar's palace !
( we will be back !)

OOO La La Yummy
My husband and I recently took a vacation in L.V. During our planning, he allowed me to select one "really nice place" for dinner, no limit. After reading the many exceptional reviews about the Restaurant Guy Savoy at Caesars Palace, I chose this as our featured dinner location. It was a very yummy, and surprising experience from the fresh bread trolley to the Grand Marnier after the meal. Beautiful presentations, exquisite flavors and excellent customer service. A very memorable experience!
7/5/2013 4:00:00 PM
An incredible experience! Even though the fire alarms went off and the lights went off later, I couldn't ask for a better experience! The service is absolutely impeccable. The food is amazing and different, not like anything you will experience anywhere else! Be warned, dinner for two will be expensive- $1200 expensive. If you can only do it once in your life, it's worth it!!

Did the 14 course innovation
Did the 14 course innovation taster and was blown away. Artichoke soup + the brioche was the best thing I've ever eaten. I will dream about that soup. Service was amazing and the executive chef offered to show us the kitchen, which was great. It was a Sunday night so kind of slower, maybe that's why he took us back.

Best in Vegas
Guy Savoy is a classy and very fine dinning experience...and you pay for it. You know the saying, "you get what you pay for" at Guy Savoy you get it all and more. Very friendly yet profesional service from a tenured and very knowledgeable staff. The chef circulates through the dining area several times during your meal. The menu selections are prepared to perfection with little exception, flavorful and executed perfectly. Over this is a must visit restaurant for fine dining in Las Vegas.
9/4/2013 12:00:00 AM
Inventive food with impeccable service. You will drop close to $1000 for the evening but it is well worth it.
9/7/2013 12:00:00 AM
every year we are going to Guy Savoy, Paris or Las vegas, and every time we are amaze by the quality the service and each plate of this degustation menu is absolutely perfect, the service is top class, no doubt this is perfection.
9/11/2013 12:00:00 AM
My party of six had an outstanding dinning experience, next time in Vegas, Guy Savoy will be a must.

Chef is very gifted and talent. Food was terrific. Huge wine list!
9/18/2013 12:00:00 AM
I've eaten in a lot of great restaurants in my time, but I'd rate the signature degustation at Guy Savoy in Vegas as the top of the tree.
Best service, absolutely stunning food combinations, totally unforgettable.

The Best of the Best
Without a doubt one of my most enjoyable dining experiences - EVER!

Culinary Experience in Las Vegas
First, make a reservation in advance to guarantee the perfect day and time for your experience.
From the moment my date and I checked in, we were attended to and seated immediately. Then the true experience began. Fine, formal dining has never been more comforting than my first time at this restaurant.
Our head waitress recognized our personalities (we are not true foodies nor are we wine experts) and she was welcoming, professional, and enjoyed laughing with us during our stay. Her recommendations were spot-on.
If you chose this restaurant, you should be prepared for fine dining and it is worth every dollar spent. For those of you with big appetites, don't let the serving sizes fool you as you *will* leave satisfied and not hungry.
9/27/2013 12:00:00 AM
Out of this world experience!!!
More than a dinner they provide a full sense experience!!! It was unforgetable, unbelievable!!! Amazing

Fantastic for a special night out!
This was our second time going to Guy Savoy, and our experience was even beter than the first, if that could be possible. The service is fantastic, with everyone, including the manager, helping serve the courses, clear the tables, and chat with us. The food was wonderful, and the wine pairing with dinner was spot on. This has now become our favorite place to eat in Las Vegas.
9/28/2013 12:00:00 AM
The food was perfect, and so was the wine. The artichoke and truffle soup was delicious. Then ,
I had the quail and my husband had the lobster. Both were perfectly prepared and
Could not have been better. The sommelier did an outstanding job of selecting a red burgundy to compliment
Our meal. Without a doubt, a meal that easily compares to the best Paris has to offer.

Best Food in las vegas
If money is no object and you simply want to taste the best food in Las Vegas then this is the place. My wife and I went twice during our last trip. Our second meal was eaten at the Krug table which is an incredible experience for anyone who is interested in how a top of the line kitchen is run. The table is in the kitchen itself and you are able to follow the action by looking directly or through an ipad connected to 4 cameras throughout the kitchen. The executive chef will stop by your table frequently to chat and make sure that everything is going the way that you like it. The noise level at the krug table as opposed to the normal dining area will of course be louder because it is in the kitchen. Wonderful experience!

10th anniversary celebration
Couldn't have been more pleased. They made our special event outstanding!!!
10/17/2013 12:00:00 AM
This was one of the greatest dinners Ive ever had -- not just in Las Vegas, but anywhere. Everything was impeccable -- the food, the service, the ambience. it is very pricey, but if you (as I did) think of it as "going to a show", then it makes it a worthwhile investment. Perhaps the best thing is that it doesn't feel as if you are in Las Vegas; it feels as if you are in Paris. Located far above and away from the casino din, this is the experience you want to have if you find yourself in Las Vegas for a conference or on business and you aren't the sort of person who is charmed by slot machines, go-cups of frozen drinks, or "entertainment" that might otherwise be found on a cruise ship. This is elegant dining, and it is special.
10/17/2013 5:00:00 PM
I once again had the opportunity to dine at Guy Savoy located in Caesars Palace. It has been one of my favorite places in recent years when I am in Las Vegas. We were received warmly and then were treated to a series of spectacular food and drink items. One of the treats that is presented to a diner at Guy Savoy is the number of little treats that are offered in addition to what is ordered from the menu. Although we did have a three course meal, there must have been six or more other small offerings that were brought to us while we dined there. They just kept coming from the beginning amuse-bouche to the coffee cake that was offered as we headed out the door at the conclustion of our meal. The service is great and extremely friendly.

A perfect restaurant for special
A perfect restaurant for special occasions. The food was beautifully presented and every flavorful bite was amazing. Plus, the staff were attentive without being annoying. Best in Las Vegas!
11/1/2013 12:00:00 AM
Everything is the result of a consummate chef's extraordinary mastery, thoughtfulness and aesthetic vision. Not to be missed if you don't mind a $500+ tab for two.
11/6/2013 4:00:00 PM
Outstanding service and impressive
Outstanding service and impressive food. Would go again just to admire the bread display. Highly recommend wine pairings for the set menu. Chef went out of his way to talk with every table and was kind enough to give us a tour of the kitchen at the end of ours. If you are looking for a kitchen experience, the Krug table would be worth your time.
11/6/2013 4:00:00 PM
We had a wonderful meal at
We had a wonderful meal at Guy Savoy. It is very expensive, but worth it for a special occasion. We had wonderful service- the staff was not at all pretentious for such a fancy restaurant. The tables are spaced far enough from each other that you feel a bit like you're on your own little island. The food was delicious-all In all it was a great experience.
11/7/2013 4:00:00 PM
Every bite was 5-stars
Amazing food. The artichoke truffle soup is to die for as was the terrine of foie gras, chicken and artichoke with truffle mustard cream. But what I was truly impressed by was the service. We wanted to taste as many dishes as possible and ordered a la carte, and the waiter, rather than letting us order more than we could possibly eat, told us when we had made enough choices to be satiated, since the food is very rich. I really appreciated that. The sommelier gave us a reasonably priced wine to go with the meal (and he could have easily steered me to a bottle upwards of 3x what that one was) and the entire staff was friendly and very welcoming. Three hours flew by with wonderful foot, beautifully presented, and truly fun.

Another Great dining experience
Simply amazing food, ambiance, service, etc........ Chef Guy was there (a rare visit to LV) and was great to talk with which made the experience extra special. The Artichoke/truffle soup was superb, the risotto with fresh white truffle was ethereal, and the sea bass was perfect in every way. A great experience.
11/14/2013 4:00:00 PM
Wonderful night in LV
Wonderful night out for a meal. This is a dinner and show in one plan on taking time to enjoy the full meal. Very nice time and they made us feel at home.

A Frenchman's French Food
This is our yearly pilgrimage to Guy Savoy. We have never been dissappointed with the service, the food or the wine.
All Excellent. Only one thing, I would like to see more menu changes in the 2 set menus. I love his signature dished, but the others could use and update.
11/22/2013 4:00:00 PM
I can't really fault this place. We've eaten at some nice restaurants (LA, NY, London, Vegas) and this definitely is up there as one of the better places. At the beginning, the place felt oddly empty & quiet even though there were diners there but the food is what we came here for and it didn't disappoint. It was absolutely delicious and presented beautifully. A couple still sticks in our mind- the lobster & "egg", artichoke & truffle soup & the foie gras. The service staff was formal & yet friendly at the same time. It was a truly memorable experience.
11/22/2013 4:00:00 PM
Guy Savoy is outrageously, insanely good. But don't fill up on the bread.....
