This was the most wonderful
This was the most wonderful dining experience I've ever had (my wife also loved it, but wasn't as enthralled as I was). Every bite was lovingly prepared, elegantly presented & a delight for all senses. The staff are great & the room is beautiful (we were on the "patio", which was fabulous). JR's right there with Alinea, Fat Duck, Taillevent, French Laundry, Vetri etc - you cant do better!

Best Meal Ever
My wife and I spent a romantic evening at Joel Robuchon in the MGM Grand to celebrate our anniversary. This without a doubt the best that we have ever had. We were expecting to be underwhelmed, especially after having enjoyed a sublime lunch at Thomas Keller's The French Laundry 3 days prior. Where Keller's flavors were clean, fresh and spotlighted the quality of the seasonal ingredients, Robuchon's dishes seemed slightly more inventive and with a greater melding of flavors. Case in point: Robuchon's spaghetti with sea urchin, soft-boiled egg, and caviar...or his amuse of corn soup with duck and marshmallows. This is not meant to be a Keller vs Robuchon review, as both restaurants are surely worthy of your visit at least once in your life.

Did the degustation menu, aka the big one. And while several of the 16 courses featured some of the best versions of those things I'd ever had, and while many of the preparations were inventive and subtle, and exhibited real mastery in thought and execution, it somehow left us (my wife and I) wanting, just a touch. Maybe it was the price point. Maybe at 1/4 the cost, it would have been as satisfying as most 5-star restaurants we've experienced. Again, there WERE things like the chocolate souffle which are almost always just average elsewhere, but here... divine. Absolute perfection (didn't know it was possible!). And yes, that's worth something. But when tax + tip are more expensive than a place like Osteria Mozza, you kinda have to shrug.

Have to live it at least once
Everything is extremely perfect you might find the staff too servicial if you are not use to it
Even the butter is custom made just for them
The food is extremelly good you might eat a couple of flavors or textures you are not normally used to it
The desserts were to die for
If you want to live the complete experience make sure to be very hungry and try the 14 course menu
It changes every day or maybe share it with our love one
You might find it a bit over price 450 each menu but you can go as low as 600 for 2 with wine plus tip and taxes 31%

Simply amazing; it's a must do. The ambience, the service, the food. All incredible.

Great but pricey
The ambience was great as was the service. It was obvious that quite a bit of effort had gone into the details: great art, décor, Baccarat hooded-candlestick on the table, etc. The waitstaff was very friendly and extremely professional. The food was very good but, for the price, the portions were quite small which is my only criticism. I'm not the typical American wanting a pound of over-sauced pasta, for instance, but do wish to feel that an entrée priced at over $100 should be more than can fit in a child's cereal bowl. Dinner for two with at $169 per person (amuse bouche, appetizer, entrée, desert selection) plus cocktails, 1/2 bottle of wine, and port ended up costing, with tax and tip, about $324 per person.

It couldn't have been a more spectacular celebration for Lori Ann's 50th birthday! The food was beautiful and delicious. We were also amazed and impressed with the bread cart, the cheese cart, and the finale sweets cart. The service was impeccable, and the decor exquisite. It's not a place I can afford very often, but it was truly an unparalleled experience in dining, and if we make it to Tokyo for the Olympics, we'll have to try one of Robuchon's other restaurants. Hard to believe this is his only restaurant in the U.S.
And the surprise birthday cake they made for Lori Ann was deeply appreciated. To top that off, as we were leaving they gave us a delicious lemon cake to take home!!! Thank you Joel Robuchon!

We were absolutely delighted with this restaurant from the minute we walked through the door. The food was incredible as was the service. Our only criticism was of the sommelier who didn't appear to have a huge amount of knowledge of the wines we wanted advice on.
A truly amazing experience as a special treat whilst on holiday.

This restaurant is expensive but it does not disappoint. The service is impeccable. The food is creative and tasty. The atmosphere is decadent. We especially enjoyed the amazing selection of the bread cart as well as the petit fours at the end, all made in house, beautifully presented and something for every taste. Especially outstanding was the appetizer Le Caviar, and the beet gazpatcho amuse bouche. Also very wonderful is the chance to tour the kitchen at the end of the meal and met the executive chef!

This is an outstanding dining
This is an outstanding dining experience. We enjoyed the Menu A with two appetizers, two main courses, and dessert. With the bread cart, cheese cart, pastry cart selections, and amuse bouche in addition we were well satisfied. The staff is very attentive and the smaller rooms feel intimate for a very romantic evening. We decided to travel to Las Vegas just to dine here and we were not disappointed.

Outrageously expensive & worth it.
The 15 course meal and a wine pairing will set you back $800 to $1500 PER PERSON. You could get away with spending less, of course (order just two items from a la carte and just one well chosen glass of wine for ~ $250 per person). But when coming to such a great place, why not spurge and get the full experience?
This restaurant can safely be placed in the top 5 restaurants in the world, not just from the level of service (very nearly perfect without being stuffy), but from the ingenuity of ingredient pairings and the technical flawlessness of the cooking execution. Each dish here is perfection and oftentimes a revelation of gourmet creativity. I would gladly eat here 4 times a year and consider it money well spent.

My First Michelin Star Experience.
It was profound. I'm a recent graduate from culinary college and have never had the chance to enjoy fine dining at its best. Canada has no Michelin stars yet and I am only 23 years old. I was extremely excited for this. At times I can be a fussy eater but every single bite of food was simply exquisite. The ambiance and decor are divine and plush. The tables are few and the rooms are intimate. You can hear your neighbours on either side of you but it was nothing but pleasant. You are sitting at a table for a few hours, why not share the experience with some wonderful conversation? Each table has a purse stool! The maitre d', servers, runners and hostess were all extremely friendly and helpful. I felt luxurious in every sense, so pampered!

Expensive but very good value
The food was as expected superb as was the service and ambiance. I had the 16 course menu and my wife 6 courses. It was a lot of food. It is now two days after the meal and some of the dishes still come to mind. After finishing super, I had thought that, well that was it, I have now experienced a really great meal and don't need to go back. I was ready to return the next day.
The price is about twice what we pay at an excellent restaurant in NYC but the preparation was more complex and required more attention to appreciate. We left feeling that we had had very good value for the price.

Overall the Best
I went to 5 of the top Vegas Restaurants and this is by far the best one. Dinning is a great and enjoyable experience, so much you will want to go back. Other restaurants this good in food tend to be overpretentious, but not this one, which makes the ambience and service specially good.
The food was excelent, I recommend getting the Menu variants, if you are hungry go for the 2 appetizer and 2 main course menu, as the portions are smaller than what most American restaurants serve. Still the portions are big enough to have any regular person satisfied.
The wine list is huge, their sommelier told us they had over 1,900 different bottles! Their prices were also varied.
This is a must if you truly enjoy fine dinning.

Everything was amazing. Highlights:
Everything was amazing. Highlights: Light green pea velouté with ricotta ravioli and extra virgin olive oil; Caramelized plume of Iberico pork, creamy polenta and golden Belgian endives; and the mini deserts. Everything was spot on - even the beet gazpacho L’Amuse-bouche, and I don't like beets. They were very accommodating with my allergies, and the sommelier picked perfect wines to go with each of my courses - top notch service!

The experience exceeded all my expectations, and they were pretty high. One of my most memorable meals, and certainly worth indulging in.

Best meal ever!!!
Brought My Niece here Friday night 08 Nov, 13 right when the restaurant opened. The entrance from the mansion area to the restaurant was incredibly dramatic. My niece had no idea I was taking her here and she was in total awe. Everything from the beets which I normally hate but ate this to the mouthwatering candy trolley was incredible. My niece had the 250 dollar prixe fixe and I had the 198 one. Her only problem was that she could not cut her veal dish so well. Took a bit of work but then again the knives we were given had no cutting ridges. It turned out quite good. In the end I have no other fine dining restaurant I could compare this with. I've been to Picasso in vegas and Bull and Bear in Orlando among others and this on top

I had the 6 course and chose
I had the 6 course and chose the caviar and scallop appetizers. The caviar dish was too salty. The scallop dish had too much radish that I didn't taste any scallop. For the main dishes, I had the lobster and sea bass. They tasted better than the appetizers. The sea bass was smooth and soft but the lobster was hard. Personally, I like it better if the seafood is undercooked. I had the famous Sphere for the dessert. It was pretty good. Their bread and sweets carts are very impressive. We paid $1000 for two people including tip and I believe the food absolutely doesn't deserve the price. I liked dining at Baume in Palo Alto much better. I would not want to go back and dine again. The ambience and the service is fantastic though.

Piece of Heaven
Despite their level of expectation to be high, the food will surprise you. You will go to paradise in every bite.
