Very happy with this meal. Good overall value in an upscale category.

Food was great, but thought
Food was great, but thought the selection was great except it did not offer chicken. This was not a problem for me but some of the diners who were not as adventurous minded ended up getting the lobster for $60+. I enjoyed the wagyu ribeye, but also very expensive at $10 per ounce.

Excellent but too expensive
Masa is known for creative sushi/sashimi presentations and high quality cooked Japanese standards. Tetsu continues the tradition, but in typically expensive Las Vegas fashion.
Services from the sommelier, waiter and teppan chef were all professional, quality was also excellent, but probably 50% overpriced for comparable quality at other high-end sushi /teppanyaki restos.
It is fine for a special occasion, but if you are just needing a good fix of Japanese cuisine, save your $$.

We were in Las Vegas for our Fourth Anniversary and choose to go to Tetsu and we could not have picked a better place to celebrate. Our wait staff was great and the food was exquisite. When we celebrate our Fifth anniversary we would definitely go back to Tetsu.
