Phenomenal mix of flavours - not just mixing flavours, but mixing different flavours. Fish taco was perfectly seasoned. Wasabi foam perfect for sushi!

Not only did TAG prove outstanding with the service by way of timely seating and friendly staff, but our servers were exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Their suggestions proved to be delicious and we loved every bite.
I would STRONGLY recommend the kangaroo tartare and the ostrich. Both were divine. And for dessert...? Chef Noah outdid himself with the chocolate bar and carrot cake cheesecake. Beyond worth coming off the diet for an evening!
Overall, we had a wonderful and deliciously outstanding evening!

Music was a little loud for a lunch hour - but food was great. Server was a bit rushed in getting us out of there (even though the place was pretty empty).

Tastes Good, But Shy on the Crab
We thought everything tasted great. However, the Brulee Avocado didn't have much crab. So way over priced for an avocado with lettuce.

A nice surprise
I was skeptical about this place with all the odd and end reviews, but I was very pleasantly surprised. Our service was not bad, it did take a little longer than usual for them to check up on us, but the servers were all very nice and I didn't mind. Kangaroo tartare was very good and so was their sushi. I enjoy a meal when you don't need to add soy sauce or any condiments to your food because it tastes delicious without it.

First time was a real pleasure. So great that spice is used where noted and not toned down for the unadventurous. Definitely worth a return visit.

We tried TAG Raw Bar with a Living Social deal. On the pricey side but we ordered a ton of delicious food and had a great meal. Good service. We clearly went before the place was busy so we were a or to have a nice quiet date together.

Went to TAG Raw on a Living Social deal. I was confident it would be great as I have been frequenting TAG for a couple of years now. I was not disappointed. We had a couple of sushi rolls, the sushi tacos (we've had numerous times at TAG) the kangaroo tartare with quail egg which was delicious and the ceviche shooters. Holy summertime in a shot glass! This was by far the best ceviche I've ever had. Limey but sweet, tempered by the onions and just a flash of heat. When the server asked if we wanted dessert, we both ordered another shooter!!

The service was great - we arrived 30 mins late, But they still were able to accommodate us and serve us some great unique food! Everything we tried was delicious. Pricey, but very yummy

Great place to meet a friend for lunch. I haven't been there for dinner yet. Food was very good! Service was ok, but the server wasn't the friendliest. Would definitely go back.

No way to choose poorly
Tag Raw Bar's staff was professional, knowledgable and friendly. The chef created creations that I will be dreaming about for some time. There is not a thing on ( or off ) menu that I would hesitate to try, if they are anything like the sampling I tasted on Saturday.

TAG was a nice change from our usual sushi restaurants. It would have been nice to try the tasting menu but it is not served without 24 hour notice. The sushi tacos were our favorite but everything was delicious. Service is good, not great which was a little disappointing, especially because there were few other diners at the time.

Had a blast!
Went with my husband for our 23rd wedding anniversary before a show at DPAC. It was a Tue night so the restaurant wasn't busy. We chose to sit at the bar and we proceeded to get the royal treatment from Shane the Chef. He took us on a foodie voyage taking our personal tastes into consideration. He made us feel super special for our celebratory evening. Will totally go back and look forward to it.

TAG Raw Not a Raw Deal
Creative dishes beautifully prepared, incredibly tasty and a darn good time. Really helpful staff and efficient service. We'll go back for sure.
