This restaurant is hidden
This restaurant is hidden away in a beautiful location with breathtaking views. The service was also amazing and the staff did a great job making you feel at home there, even giving us a tour of the place after we were settled in. A great opportunity to get away from the city without having to drive to Banff.

We are still talking about
We are still talking about the cheese, olives, salmon and bison burger. Service from Steve was amazing. We will be back on a warmer day to enjoy that view from the patio.

Incredible Food, Amazing Atmosphere
Simply put, Azuridge is stunning. This dining experience is truly one that everyone should experience. The occasion for our dinner on March 22nd was two-fold. First it was to celebrate my Mother's birthday (she was visiting from Newfoundland!), and secondly to have dinner at our wedding venue (we are getting married at Azuridge on December 28, 2013).
The food at Azuridge is incredible. The Chef took many opportunities to talk to us about the ingredients and his preparation. He is a passionate food architect. The service staff were also fantastic. We were encouraged to sit by the fire to enjoy our first bottle of wine and were afforded the time to truly enjoy the atmosphere. To say Azuridge was amazing is an understatement!

Overall a great experience. Great views, ambience, staff and food. This was my second time there and I'll be back again.

absolutely fantastic meal,
absolutely fantastic meal, ambience, view, and service...doesn't get any better than this!

Azuridge is an experience in itself, because of the elegant Danish architecture, beautiful furnishings and finishes, and outstanding setting and views. The dining room is serene and spacious, with a welcoming fireplace in the centre. The Easter Brunch was nicely presented and the service was friendly and prompt. (Brunch is not a good way to judge a restaurant. We found that the easier dishes to serve, such as roast beef and ham, were well prepared. The food which has to be kept in chafing dishes was not ideal. Better breads and pastries are available, and a bit of warmth would have improved what was offered.) We look forward to future visits as the restaurant becomes more established. It is a refined and lovely place.

We recently dined at Azuridge
We recently dined at Azuridge on our anniversary. It was a last minute decision to go there, but we were blown away by the overall experience. It's a short drive from the SW. The view and scenery are beautiful, and the facility is amazing. Our server, Michael, was outstanding. He took us on a tour of the main building, including some of the hotel rooms. Michael was very knowledgeable and welcoming. Once the other diners had left we were invited to sit by the fireplace for dessert. We had an opportunity to talk to the chef and see the kitchen. After dessert we went upstairs to play a couple of games of pool. Overall a wonderful evening - delicious food and wine, amazing view and service. This experience can not be replicated anywhere else!

Unexpected gem that has it all - fantastic food, service and view! We're going to be looking for a day that is a bit warmer and we will be there again to sit on the patio in the afternoon.

A romantic getaway
Food was excellent, staff were entertaining including the chef though sometimes he becomes annoying trying to be nice with us. It is too pricey as in way too expensive.

Favourite Restaurant EVER!
Chef .... Brilliant!
Michael (waiter) ...... attentive, friendly and kind!
Thank you for making our anniversary so special - the location is dreamy, the food WONDERFUL! We immediately regretted that we had not booked a room for overnight at this luxury location.

You must go!
I love this place! Every time I think about my dining experience at Azuridge I get a big smile on my face; it is my happy place. I have dined there twice and each time the experience has been delightful. If you have anything to celebrate don't delay doing it at Azuridge. Had a bad day? Go to Azuridge. Want to share with friends? Go to Azuridge. The flavours are alive and bright.
Service is friendly and fun without trying to be your "BFF". The restaurant is an architectural delight. The scenery? Fugetaboutit!

Fathers Day Brunch
Father's Day BBQ outside was a good idea. But it seemed that they were not properly prepared for the event. Food often ran low, out of plates. Mot much selection for 55.00 a person. Still a great place overall. This was the first time it was subpar for us. Service to our table was good as usual.

The food is only surpassed by the views. This place is amazing! Our server told us at any time we can go check out any part of the resort even the kitchen, their place was our place. After or meal we walked all around the resort...up the water tower etc. We will be going back!

The food was great, the setting spectacular, and the service left me wanting nothing!

Great once we got there...
Birthday Dinner Sat. nite. First time at the restaurant, used Mapquest to direct us. Their directions took us a half hour out of our way before we came to the conclusion that the farmer's field with the big black dog barking at us was not Azuridge. Finally phoned them to discover that we had gone way too far and that Mapquest wasd totally wrong with their directions. Apparently Azuridge has been trying to get them to fix it on their site with no luck. Other than the frustration of getting there the evening was wonderful, food exceptional and service good. It has a spectacular setting for a romantic dinner or special family ocassion. Pricey, but well worth it.

Delightful surprise tucked
Delightful surprise tucked away in the foothills and valley. Took us a while to find it because it does not do well with the google maps or nav systems. Food was wonderful. We had a brunch, but will definately return for an evening dinner. Peaceful and quiet a nice get away from the city rush.

A very nice evening as always.
A very nice evening as always. Although still possible to get a reservation at the desired date/time, the restaurant felt a little busier and less relaxed/personal than on previous visits. Staff were helpful and friendly, but the personal touch/interaction was not quite as obvious as on previous visits.

It was a great night out for us on our anniversary. We were greeted at the door before we got to the door by the resident butler. We were seated at a table with a great view as requested. The menu is a 3 course menu (with plenty of choices). The wine list was superb. Between our courses we were able to tour the grounds which are spectacular. This place is a must visit for dinner. I would definitely stay the night there as well and use the spa services.

A hidden GEM
what a magnificent place - the drive alone was worth it, let alone the food and ambiance. I absolutely loved my experience with this resturant. I can not wait to go back! Service was fantastic and the view is breath taking. My new favourite place in Calgary!

This is a great place to relax and unwind. Only 20 minutes from the city but as soon as you drive up the short winding road your stress already starts to fade. The service is outstanding, you literally feel as if you have been invited to a friends for dinner.
The food, oh my!!!!! Try everything, but be careful the portions are quite large.

As always, the food was delicious
As always, the food was delicious and the service attentive, but the hilite of our visit was to see the beautiful view. The fall colours made it even more breathtaking than usual.

The food was very good however,
The food was very good however, we waited very very long time for the appetizers to be served, even though the restaurant was half empty. Likewise for the main course. We asked if we could get bread, crackers, or anything else while waiting, but apparently they don't serve those. Have to say that the server was very attentive and constantly filled our glasses with wine and water. The portions, once they were served, were very small. So at the end, the whole experience was a bit disappointing.
We came home and had a sandwich for dinner.
Too bad. It's an amazing place and has great potential.

Azuridge a real treat!
The view of Priddis Valley the Rockies is spectacluar. The service was very attentive but relaxed. Both my husband and myself throughly enjoyed the mushroom soup and the Lamb (both a rack and a shank in a soufle tye pastry. We couldn't even eat it all. As this is definitely a pricey venue, especially with wine, I recommend it for a special occasion. Great menu!

Great time at Azuridge
After a bit of a drive (GPS navigated us most of the way)...turn left at the Azuridge sign and keep going on the road, over a bridge, cattle gate and you will arrive on the right side...our first sighting was three white-tailed deer munching away. The grounds are beautiful and would love to stay overnight to enjoy the entire experience. We were greated at the door and the service for the rest of the evening was fabulous. Food was top notch, flavourful and we were the first to try out the new menu. First course mushroom soup was tasty, second course King crab cake...not a seafood fan but I devoured this, third course AAA tenderloin was very tender and sides were plentiful. Overall a great experience and definitely will dine there again.

I have been and will continue to recommend this place to everyone!!!! Very good service and amazing food!!!!!!!

Although it is very expensive
Although it is very expensive due to a set 3 course meal, it is well worth the experience for a special occasion. It is a lovely and comfortable setting with a great view. Due to the setting it is very relaxing. The staff were friendly but helpful and courteous. We would definitely return to try the Sunday breakfast as a special outing for our family.
