We'd been wanting to try Parts of Paris for a while and it did not let us down! the food was amazing. The lamb was sweet, tender and perfectly cooked and the duck was succulent and tender. The wait staff are excellent.

The mussels were great. The duck was also very well prepared but a bit small in portion. Pate appetizer was wonderful. The escargot was pricy for what we got. Other than that, a great restaurant.

A petite surprise
A cozy, bright white, fine French style bistro in Safety Harbor.

Rare North Pinellas French Bistro
White linens, attentive service, fullsome wine selection (albeit pricey) are the best features of this restaurant. The food quality ranges from acceptable (chicken confit) to superb (lamb rack), with interesting starters such as tasty escargots, and the servings are sensibly generous in size. The menu is fairly wide-ranging except for the three types of beef steak that could be reduced to two and offer another interesting French dish instead. It is a pleasant dining experience that deserves a visit.

Exceptional Dining Experience
The beautifully renovated bungalow on a side street in the heart of downtown Safety Harbor, is the setting for an exquisite culinary experience.
We chose to dine inside at a charming window table, covered with crisp white linens, and a candle. The room is reminiscent of a bistro in Saint Michel section of Paris. Our server was welcoming, and reviewed the menu with us. We shared the charcuterie of pâtés and warm toast points, then a salad of fresh greens with warm goat cheese on crispy toast. For the main courses, we chose rack of lamb and the special trout. We enjoyed a fine wine from the Cote du Rhone region of south of France. This truly was an exceptional dining experience, prepared by a young talented chef, in a lovely setting.

A bit overpriced but 2 of us enjoyed our selections. The other 2 found the beef bourguinon to be quite bland.

This was one of the best dining
This was one of the best dining experiences we have had in the Tampa Bay area. It is classical French cuisine that is presented in a terrific environment. We even enjoyed the PANDORA music that was selected!

Linens & things, great Paris upscale bistro atmosphere, unobtrusive service, superb food, and all in Safety Harbor!
Don't miss this one!

Great food with a personal touch
Surprised my wife with a birthday dinner at PoP. Chris, the owner, greeted us wishing her a Happy Birthday. The staff was aware and did the same. This place has a friendly elegance about it. It's open and bright, simple and elegant all at the same time.
The service was attentive without being obtrusive. The wine choices are top notch and priced right. The best part is the food. The portions are right, the presentation is excellent and the preparation, freshness and overall taste experience is first class.
By the way, this is one of the few places I've seen where smokers are given a separate outdoor section so they don't bother non smokers as they dine.

Our second trip to Parts of Paris.
We save this wonderful dining experience for special occasions.
A bit expensive, but certainly not overpriced.

Wonderful menu; lovely ambiance
This was our first time - after reading about the restaurant months ago. It exceeded our expectations. Will put it on our short list of favorite restaurants. Service could be improved - they need to be more knowledgeable about the menu and more attentive. I am certain that will improve over time.

First visit and we were impressed with the menu, food, and waiter. Lamb chops were thick and flavorful and NY strip was cooked as we like it.

Delicious food in a lovely setting
This restaurant is a favorite of mine despite the 40 minute drive from my home. Just off the main street in Safety Harbor, it is a perfect blend of artsy small town and sophisticated sensibilities. The food is thoughtful and delicious. My favorite is an appetizer, Pork Belly, Cured Egg Yolk and Apple Mostarda on Braised Collard Greens. My only wish is for more greens, which we ordered at a small price. Our salads, Roasted Goat Cheese and Beets, and Jamon with Poached Egg and Marcona Almonds were wonderful. Steak au poivre and beef bourguignon were perfectly cooked and flavorful. We sat out front on the breezy covered patio and half way through our entrees, friends walked by and joined us for a glass of wine. A perfect night!

Both of the people at our table ordered the lamb, which was a very generous portion and delicious! The French onion soup was also great. The lemon dessert was a little disappointing as we wanted it more tart, but it was nicely done. We went early and were glad we did because as it filled up it became noisy. Outside would have been preferable on a day when it wasn't raining. I will definitely go back!

This was our 11th visit since August! Every experience has been better than the last. I can't imagine ever being disappointed.

This was about as close to a French Bistro experience as you can find in the Tampa Bay area. Great menu and preparation. The steak frites is fabulous. And don't pass up the pork belly appetizer.

Foie gras and frog legs were fabulous! Casual but elegant

Romantic Birthday Dinner
I agnozied whether to give this a rating of 4 or 5. I would say 4 1/2 but I enjoyed everything, icluding the bread. I took my wife there for her birthday. The setting is both stylish and charming. We had the bouillabaisse and the boeuf bourguignon. After dinner we had les fromages, creme brulee and double espresso. This all was accompanied with a bottle of the "Heritages" Ogier, Cotes du Rhone. Everything was excellent.
The bouillabaisse broth had a very interesting "sweet" flavor. It was better than the bouillabaisse we had in both Paris and San Sebastian. We lingered more than twp hours and had a very romantic dinner.

Great date night!
My hubby and I were going on our first date night in a long time so we really wanted it to be more special than burgers and a movie. After reading reviews on Yelp, I was excited that this place was right in Safety Harbor and got high marks. There were only a few other parties that night, and if I have any complaint, it was that the atmosphere could be a little cozier and feel more french. That being said, our meal was great from start to finish. Our waitress, Wendy was excellent, letting us taste different wines after giving us her recommendations. We had the pork belly app, hubby had lamb, and I had moules frites for dinner. The dessert, chocolate mousse, was good but not great but by that time we were also pretty full. Highly recommend!

Real French Cuisine
Finding a good French restaurant in the Tampa Bay area is a challenge. This place met the challenge My wife had the Boeuf Bourguignon, which was perfect. I had the rack of lamb and it was so tender you could cut the meat with a fork. Even the salads were creative. The desserts were OK. My wife had the chocolate mousse. It was light. It was good, but ordinary. I had their lemon tarte, but it was not a tarte in the traditional French, style. It came out as a wedge with an oreo crust. It tasted good, but would have preferred the more traditional tarte. Service was excellent. Our server, Wendi, was knowledgeable about the menu, was friendly and attentive. The place itself was quaint and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place.

I wanted to find a place out of the way a little and quaint for my Wife's and mine date night. Parts of Paris was that and much more!!! The staff was delightful, and the food was spectactcular. The restaurant is very accomandating to your needs and they even let you bring in your own special bottle of wine. Although their selection was very good. Try the Muscles as an app, instead of entree. Very nice place!!!

We will be back
We have been hearing for a year how good Parts of Paris is and we finally found the time to go. We were not disappointed. Our table of four had the rack of lamb, the filet, and the the duck. All were excellent. While the cost was on the high side of average as everything is ala carte (appetizer, salad, soup, entree, dessert), it is a very fair price for outstanding food. We will be back, and soon!

We have dined here several times and have found it to be consistently excellent. This time we did not want a heavy meal so we ordered seval appetizers with wine. The standout was the foie gras which was perfectly seared. We also enjoyed the charcuterie and the gravlax.
7/5/2013 12:00:00 AM
It was Bastille Day; and we needed to be in a French restaurant. We are fortunate that it was a very good French restaurant. We've dined there before and enjoy the whole undertaking. They make one of the best Kir Royales in the area. It is a bistro, so the ambiance is delightfully low key. The food, however, it top notch. Oh yeah, we'll be back.

Delightful for special occasions. Helpful staff and nice price range in wines. Excellent frog legs! And the French onion soup is not to be missed. Not for the sodium restricted diets.

A 5 Star Gem
Having been to Green Springs many times, we spotted this place next door, and WOW we are glad we gave it a try. We were blown away by the food and the service. The wine list isn't long, but the ones we tried were extremely good and reasonably priced. We don't give many restaurants 5 stars. This one should have 6. +. The French Onion soup is the best we have enjoyed anywhere, and everything that followed was equally outstanding. The chocolate mousse that has drawn criticism on some sites was also top notch - certainly not pudding as one writer described it. Perhaps not as airy as some prepare it, but still flavorful and light. If you like French, this is the place. Leave your calorie counter behind and be prepared for a treat.

So much like Paris
Loved it .Four years we lived in the area moved from NJ our first dinning experience that reminds us of restaurants back home. BRAVO...

Our Second Visit
Our first visit to Parts of Paris was outstanding in all respects, so we wondered if they could validate that experience on a repeat visit. Indeed they did. Out of this world food. For West Florida, one of the very best; perhaps equalled in Sarasota, but we haven't found an equal. We will be back soon.

This restaurant is off the beaten path but definitely worth the trip. Food was amazing and unique but beware of the large portions. My husband and I were stuffed before the entrees even made it to the table, which was too bad because my duck was AMAZING! I would recommend this place to anyone and foodies should certainly check it out!

Great Find-Highly Recommend
Was more than pleased with the service, ambience, and food. Went for our anniversary dinner. Great duck entree and fois gras appetizer! Was not only efficiently greeted but received a warm and appreciative departure. Desserts are fantastic... Will return

Interesting menu but as I know , very fatty, creamy and caloric foods.

Ideal for special occasions
Parts of Paris is located in a vintage house in Safety Harbor and ideal for special occasions. White linen table clothes give a touch of elegance. The staff is friendly and attentive. The menu is a la carte and pricey. We ordered the Jamon salad and Bisque de Homard (Lobster Bisque) and Steak Frites (steak and fries) and Cassoulet au Poulet (a chicken breast with cooked carrots and beans in a broth). The steak was cooked to desired doneness; added greens were fresh, and fries delicious. Chicken breast was moist, and served on a bed of beans and orange and purple carrots. The presentation was attractive. Dessert was Tarte au Chocolat --a slice of rich, dark chocolate infused with orange on an oreo crust, a rich finish to our dinner.

Wonderful French Bistro
Before going to a concert at Ruth Eckard Hall, we had dtnner here. Appetizer of escargots, mushrooms, trffle butter was delicious. Entrees well-prepared with great service. Ambiance was very nice. We also enjoyed a delicious bottle of rose form Provence.

The food, wine and service
The food, wine and service were AMAZING. If you go you have to try the crembruley, best in Tampa
8/31/2013 12:00:00 AM
From the moment we were greeted by Chris, the owner, until our departure the dining experience was exceptional. The sauce accompanying the moules frites was exquisite, surpassing those we've had in Belgium. It is evident that Jeff, the chef, and his staff strive for perfection in every dish prepared. It is, indeed a part of Paris without the flight!

One of the best duck dishes
One of the best duck dishes we have ever had, however, very small portions for an outrageous price. The portion was perfect for me, but way too expensive.

Charming French Bistro
Excellent food & service. Relaxed yet professional environment.
9/27/2013 12:00:00 AM
Food and service were top notch. Bread was excellent as was onion soup (bigger bowl than last time but could fill it a little more). We went with friends and fish of the day and the steak frites was excellent (asked for medium rear but was closer to medium). Only negative was the lack of liquor options - we didn't notice our first time since we drink wine but our guests did not - maybe need to add 1 or 2 additional beer options to the France/Belgium options. We would return next time we visit.
10/3/2013 12:00:00 AM
Chevre chaud salad was delicious, and I enjoyed the steak tartare. The steak benson and wild boar ribs were both excellent. My favorite dessert was the tarte au chocolat.
Service was attentive and the restaurant atmosphere is great.

Great night w/ a great price
I took my wife here for her birthday and we showed up about 20 mins early to have a drink at the bar. Bartender (maybe the owner) was welcoming and helpful in choosing our wine. He heard that it was my wife's birthday and put a reserved sign on a nice table by the front window to ensure no one else would take it! Wendy was our waitress and she was a delight. She helped us through every course and made great recommendations. We had the poached shrimp app, French onion soup, Roasted Seabass (fish of the day) and the Filet. For dessert, my wife ordered a chocolate cookie tart and the owner gave us a Creme Brulee to celebrate her birthday. Every ounce of food was delicious. We only ate 75% of each plate and left stuffed.

What an excellent find! I
What an excellent find! I stumbled on this place while walking through downtown Safety Harbor; I was surprised to find such an authentic-looking place. I dined here early on a Sunday night, the place was empty when we arrived but filled with a few more tables later in the night. Our waiter and the chef were very helpful in accommodating a dietary issue, and improvising a meal. We had the yummy Charcuterie appetizer, I liked the combination of pate and pepper jam most, oddly enough. I ordered the braised lamb belly, which was amazing, like little bites of fluffy clouds. My mother praised her roasted duck dish. I hope to come back and try the steamed mussels, my only complaint is the price makes this a place for occasions only.

Very relaxed atmosphere, clean and friendly staff. I would return for dinner this time as Brunch was my goal this time.
