Corea Kalbi - Korean BBQ
I love a BBQ in the table. It allows you to cook your beef to the right degree of rare. Both the short ribs and the brisket were very good, with the right amount of fat and virtually no tough portions. The sides were pretty good although more spice was needed for the KimChee, a little too bland for my taste. I didn't have any room left to try the rib steak, perhaps next time, as this is definitely a Korean restaurant worthy of a return visit.
