Perfection in every way!
From the time I walked in the door until the time I left, I felt like a Queen. Every single staff member I came into contact with could not have been more gracious and welcoming. The tasting menu was exquisite. The portions were perfect and it is the only way to go so that you enjoy the variety the Chef has to offer. I had high hopes for the dinner and they exceeded all of them. I would definitely tell everyone to go and have the fantastic experience that I enjoyed. I cannot wait to return!!!

The reason why this restaurant
The reason why this restaurant didn't get the five stars was because of the cuttlefish appetizer. The cuttlefish was suppose to be charcoal grilled. When it arrived at my table it looked as if it was boiled and put on the grill for about thirty seconds and then covered it with some sauce on top. It had no taste all of being grilled on a wood fire so that was the only disappointment. The penne with scorpion fish was delicious and so was the spaghetti al astice. I ordered the occhiona which is the big red eye sea bream was cooked perfectly and also was delicious. Overall it was a great dining experience and would go back again

This was our 3rd or 4th time
This was our 3rd or 4th time at Bartolotta. Our dinner was outstanding, as it always has been. HOWEVER, there was a problem. We made the reservation (using OpenTable) a couple weeks ahead. When we arrived at the entrance, the young ladies told us we had no reservation. After much discussion with them and a manager, their computer was able to determine that our reservation was for AUGUST 17, not APRIL 17. Fortunately there was a suitable table available. Your confirmation had indicated APRIL. This was clearly the restaurant's mistake. It did cause some distress, if briefly.

A don't miss experience
In a word:FANTASTIC.
food is excellent, especially the pastas and sauces. When we stay in Las Vegas we always make sure to eat at Bartolotta twice in our normal 4-5 day stay.
Although all of the servers are very good, Ray is one of a kind.
The outdoor seating is a very nice setting.

Our trip to Vegas had been a little disappointing from the point of view of food......... until we found Bartolotta. Chef Paul Bartolotta was at the desk when we arrived. We had one of the three chef's tasting menus, with fresh fish flow in from the Mediterranean. We are very critical of many restaurants, because my wife is a spectacular cook. I always tell her should could go on The Taste and win!! This was a top five in a lifetime find.

Bartolotta is one of a kind
Bartolotta is an amazing dining experience from start to finish. Our first time, but by no means the last. Eat outside if at all possible, very romantic. Had the Bravo's Top Chef Dinner Menu. Each course is served family style, so no elaborate plating designs, just great food, expertly prepared. We loved everything. The menu consisted of: seared sea scallops, sautéed tiny clams, Ligurian octopus salad, Scampi Vivi, risotto ai frutti di mare, tortiglioni con moscardini, rigatoni con scorfano e melanzane, ravioli di ricotta con caciotta Toscana, pescato d’amo al forno (orata). Followed by a symphony of desserts. Service was impeccable. This was more than a great meal, it was an incredible dining experience. Bartolotta will not disappoint.

Brings me back to Italy
One of my favorite memories of my trip to Florence was a fantastic waiter carving a fish tableside like it was nothing. This really brought me back. This authentic Italian dining experience was truly special. The flavors were spot on. The waiters truly understood the menu making perfect suggestions at every point. The menu took some artistic liberties while staying true to the flavor profiles of Italy. Though a bit pricey, it was worth every penny.

Italian seafood ROCKS!
We thoroughly enjoyed the "Top Chef" tasting menu. Lots of delicious small plates to share. The main dish, a salt crusted, sea bass type fish, looked to be enough to feed an army, but when the delightfully seasoned crust is removed, the fish fileted and deboned, the small, delicately flavored fish is amazing. Then, to top it off, a sampling of wonderful desserts arrives. What a dining experience! Oh, by the way, VERY EXPENSIVE! Worth every penny. The service was spectacular.

Amazing dining experience
I tried the tasting menu, which included a langoustine, clams in tomato sauce, seafood risotto, octopus, an amazing sheep cheese ravioli and a broiled fish filet.
The ravioli was really to die for and next time I will order a full portion. The langoustine flavor and texture is truly one of a kind. Succulent, sweet and tender, but not enough to make a meal. I recommend the jumbo, which provides about two full forkfuls of heaven.
For desert, an amazing assortment of fresh made gelato and Italian ices that capped of a wonderful dinner. The service was superb and all in all we had a most amazing evening.

The service was outstanding.
The service was outstanding. We had the Top Chef prix fixe menu and it is well worth it. All the best shellfish, pasta, fish and desserts to taste. We felt like we were guests on Iron Chef tasting an assortment of well executed dishes.

An amazing meal
Have the tasting menu, it's expensive but worth it. The seafood selection is vast and the preparation is delicious. My favorites were the scallops, langostines, octopus and cuttlefish. My husband's favorites were the scampi and squid ink risotto. Our server, Adrian, was great. He was very knowledgeable about the mediterranean seafood. Don't miss dining at Bartolatta.

Bartolotta at the Wynn Las Vegas
We ate here last year and decided it was so good that we would eat here on our wedding night this year. The food is better than excellent. Our waiters were Antonio and Robert (same as last year). They were very friendly and treated us extremely well. They helped make our wedding dinner very memorable and enjoyable. We love Bartolotta and we highly recommend it. We believe it is the best restaurant in Las Vegas!!

An Incredible Meal!
I had dinner here with a group of coworkers and I have to say that it was one of the best meals of my life. Whole fish prepared in a salt crust, langoustines, ricotta ravioli, it was all wonderful. Great service and knowledgable staff as well.

$220.00 DINNER FOR ONE
food and service was outstanding no doubt, langostine, veggie risotto,Lamb, two glasses of wine and ice cream $220.00, the restaurants in the big casinos on the strip are really out of control with the over the top prices now. so i cant just single out this wonderful restaurant as being way over priced, right now they are all 25-35% over what you would pay for the same meal in NYC. that was not the case just a few years ago.

Food ordered was pricey
Had to request outdoor seating on a monday which wasnt full. Basically 100-200 a head for two courses and one drink per person. We ordered a super jumbo langoustine which barely had any edible parts. Supposedly the best tasting in north america if you can taste it. Waste of $45.
The octopus salad was amazing. I ordered it after reading reviews. Went with a chicken entre which was pretty delicious as well.

I have been to many of the country's finest restaurants, and I say that without question, Bartolotta ranks in the pantheon of the best restaurants in which I have eaten. The freshness and simplicity of ingredients transports you to the Amalfi Coast. The service is outstanding and the setting is beautiful. I can not think of a finer example of Itslian seafood on this country

Bartolotta's is the best on the strip, this man really cares about what goes on the table. The fish selection is always outstanding.
The pastas delectable and sides creative and delicious. We should have eaten there every nite.

My wife and I having been frequent diners at Bartolotta since it opened. We continue to be amazed at the quality of the food and the excellence of the service. We visit Vegas at least three times a year and always include a dinner at Bartollotta. I can honestly say that here you do get what you pay for. You are always well taken care of - Jennifer, the wine manager, knows her business and can always find an obscure Italian wine that you've probably never heard of for a very reasonable price that will only add to the experience.

Over the Top: The Best
This is far and away the finest seafood restaurant in which I have eaten. Everything is perfect: the food, the sides, the wine pairings, and the service. Our waiter to selected a seafood smorgasbord and wines for my birthday dinner. I am gluten intolerant so I know the chef had to be careful and he still managed to deliver an array of appetizers, small plates and a main dish that was to die for. Scallops, Octopus, shrimp, sculpin, seafood pastas and grilled mediterranean purple snapper; every dish was amazing. Octopus in particular is easy to ruin by cooking it too hot, turning it into a chewy piece of rubber. Our octopus dish was a highlight; tender and delicately seasoned in a sauce that complimented it to perfection.

Stunning experience for the senses.
"We loved the understated elegance and relaxed feel of this place - like a comfortable dining room in a friends home, yet set in a stunning retreat amidst the chaos of Vegas. We definitely will return to try more dishes. The fresh fish and seafood, as well as the lamb was simply amazing! The service was perfect and first class. Everyone was friendly and wine list was incredible.

Bartolotta Ristorante di Mare
We dine at Bartolotta every time we visit Las Vegas. It offers a refined although expensive dining experience. Their specialty is seafood imported fresh daily from the Mediterranean. They also offer typical Italian food as well as some meat dishes. It is a two storey restaurant there is indoor seating on both levels as well as outdoor seating around a lagoon. The menu is extensive and changes according to the variety of fresh ingredients available, they also offer three tasting menus. Every dish contains a wide variety of ingredients which makes the meal interesting and delicious. Service is flawless and I highly recommend it. FYI: Bartolotta will undergo renovations and will be closed from November 4 to December 21, 2013.

Seafood and Pasta at its BEST!!
Realize when you go here that you're still in Vegas. You're going to feel like you've stepped into a restaurant along Italy's coast when you begin browsing the menu. The service was amazing from beginning to end, especially with bringing the still moving seafood in a chilled refrigerator with a window so you can see what the offerings were. The best part is to get a seat outside by the water with the view of the Wynn casino while sitting in the garden area....BEAUTIFUL!! The cocktails were delicious and the Gnocchi was the best we've ever eaten at any Italian style restaurant. The experience was top notch from the moment we entered the door to when we left the restaurant, including every worker greeting us as we walked in and out.

Great food but even better service!
Our waiters, Adrian and Rich were superb and were well versed in the menu and were gracious very helpful. Our table attendant, Jaime was excellent and you can tell he works very hard! Thank you for a wonderful time!

Top Chef menu is amazing!
We were greeted warmly and had a drink at the bar before being seated. Since it was raining, we were near a window table indoors. Since the rain stopped, we were moved outdoors. Our head server was Declan, and his crew was terrific. We had great suggestions. The Sancerre wine was perfect. The Top Chef menu was as good as it gets. Our entree was a whitefish encrusted in sea salt and baked for an hour. So tender and delicious. What a memory!

good food, overpriced
This is a good restaurant but for the price, I've had better. If I spend over $100 a person (NOT including the alcohol) I really want to come away with a feeling of "wow, that was awesome" instead it was more like "that was good but did it really cost that much?" We were just a little underwhelmed.

First Class Fish!
The food was great and the service was excellent. We were fortunate to have the special menu featuring the truffles - magnificent! The fish I had may have been the best ever - but you should expect that since the fish are within 48 hours of fresh caught in Italy and they were obviously flown first class as you do pay for that experience.
