Loved this place. I was looking
Loved this place. I was looking for a place with a stellar beer list on the strip, and was pleasantly surprised. It also has a pretty good wine list. The food was also all excellent. What I particularly liked was all of the beer flight options, of which I tried two. The chef was also kind enough to provide complimentary dessert, recognizing that I was a beer connoisseur, which made the experience that much better. Even without that, however, I'd have given this place 5 stars. Best meal I had in Vegas, which is saying something, as I went to some top restaurants. Highly recommend.

The burger was hands down the best burger I have ever tasted. Service was impeccable! Great place for a hang out spot with the guys post-conference.

Food and service were great. The pub burger was juicy and cooked to proper temperature. Fish and chips was delicious although the chips were actual chips and not fries

The beer, wine and drink list
The beer, wine and drink list was exceptional, as were the menu options. The southern fried chicken with jalapeño cheddar grits was to die for. The ambiance was great, although the noise from a bar/club across the hall was a bit loud. That was our fault for having a late dinner, though. We would absolutely come back again.

Will come back next trip to Vegas
Food was amazing. Beer list was extensive, and staff was very knowledgeable regarding pairings, etc. Possibly a bit pricey for certain beers but expected when dining at a strip hotel restaurant. Music and ambiance were outstanding. Would recommend the pork belly, short rib, and burger, as well as the ricotta fritters. Pass on the banana bread beer.

An excellent drink selection
An excellent drink selection complements the simple but well made pub-style fare. Execution is decent, and very fresh. Accommodated a dietary restriction well.

The Public House in The Venetian
The Public House in The Venetian was recommended by others for beers and good dinner food. It was all that. Enjoyed I pad menu on drinks, wines, and beers.
Food was great!

Great for Craft Beer Lovers
In a city full of juxtaposing chains and celebrity restaurants, this place stands out. Decent selection of craft beers that pair well with classic, but quality pub foods. The abundance of wood gives it a warm atmosphere but the styling of the fixtures and the staff gives it a cool prohibition vibe. It's everything a gastropub ought to be.

I made a reservation here thinking it was a different Public House (for Mother's Day brunch). But the service was so sweet and accommodating that we decided to stay. We had kids with us as well as my mom (not a foodie), but we all found something we loved. Our server was the bomb! And that fried chicken was juicy and tasty. And I didn't even start on their extensive beer offerings, although the Bloody Mary made my top 10 list.

upscale Pub-style restaurant
Best beer selection in Vegas with a large wine list as well. They offered flights of beer and wine so you could try several. Great interior. Scallop appetizer was great as well as all the food we tried. Service was attentive although a bit pretentious.

Great beer selection & fab food
Our waiter was very knowledgable with the wide variety of beers that were offered. The selection was fantastic. The food was fabulous. We shared the poutin with fried egg and the braised short ribs. I would highly recommend both of these.

Gastropub with a price
We enjoyed our meal, albeit with many menu adjustments to accommodate dietary restrictions. I was attracted by the grass-fed burger which was ordinary. I was dismayed at the lack of vegetable options and not happy that "chef" asked to charge an additional $10 for a few slices of grilled zucchini. None-the-less, the location was extremely convenient to our hotel and for catching the free masquerade fun in the Palazzo. The kids' menu was very well priced, unlike the overpriced adult fare. TIP: Use Four Square and you may get a free draft beer.

Arrived one hour early for reservation and were seated without delay. The bar was very noisy and we were concerned that the dining room would be, too. However the noise level was acceptable where we were sitting even though we were not far from the bar area. The menu had a good range of selections in each area and the prices were about right for a casino restaurant. The wait staff was attentive and efficient. We enjoyed our selections and even though they were both classic "comfort food" selections (pub burger and fish n chips) they included interesting variations. Our waiter, Hector, was very friendly and provided additional information about the menu that helped us make our dinner selections.

Had a reservation for a group of 5, we showed up early and they sat us right away. Great service, great drink list, good option of beer flights. Food was very delicious. No one was disappointed, not even the picky eater of the group.

Good food. Good atmosphere.
The food was very good. It is a very energetic atmosphere. I expected more with regards to the beer, given that this is their big claim. Beer flights were ordinary, they included a Stella and something that tasted a lot like Bud Light. That was pretty disappointing. You are better off ordering a glass of something than a flight.

Of all the places we dined while in Las Vegas, we enjoyed the Public House the most. Our waiter, Matt, was personable and very knowledgeable about the brews and the food. The food was outstanding! I had the best burger I have ever had, which is saying a lot. The others in my group had steak and also raved about their meals. The noise level (thankfully) was not as loud as most places in Las Vegas and we appreciated that too.

Some of the best food we had in Vegas.
How can you go wrong with Poutine, french fries, cheese curds, smothered in brown gravy with a runny egg on top.

Awesome beer menu!
This place has the best beer menu I've ever seen! And the staff knows what they're talking about.

Great food and service..
All the food tasted great! If you love beer, you will love this restaurant because of their extensive beer selection.

Huge bar list!
This place was so much fun for our last food in vegas. Great, vibrant scene and about a million beer options. Great find in the Venetian!

We came here for our daughter's birthday. What a wonderful time we all had! The food was amazing, the ambiance was great and our waiter Steve was the best! Will definitely be back.

Great Food, pretty good Service
Good food, never fails that the food is always fantastic. Our waiter was pretty good, as is always the case here.
Slight miscommunication between people taking calls on the phone, and the wait staff, which needs to be improved.

Great beer selection!
The beer selection here was outstanding. Pricey, yes, but it is Vegas after all. We each tried a few different beers and the staff was great at recommending beers based on your preferences. We started with the poutine, made with duck confit and it was excellent. I was so full from that I just ordered another app for dinner, the pork belly. It wasn't as crispy as I expected and I didn't care for the maple glaze. My husband had the scallops and he said they were delicious. We shared the lobster Mac and cheese and it was good. Overall it was a fun place for dinner, though the location within the Venetian is a little boring. The restaurant itself has a fun decor and great staff.

The Ribeye was Excellent but the Halibut was just ok because it was deep fried. Would not order this again. A friend ordered scollops and only got 3. She was still hungry after dinner. If you are eating here I would stick with the steak!!

Public House was amazing and did not disappoint during my first visit. I took two vendors there and they were so impressed with both the service, vibe, and food. We had an amazing time and tried everything: The oysters, steak tartare, bone marrow, & ahi... all fantastic. For dinner, we ordered the scallops, the filet, & the short rib. The short rib was my absolute favorite and everyone at the table wanted to keep trying it! For dessert, go all out and order the Baker's Block... so delicious, but our eyes were bigger than our stomachs at that point.

Great Restaurant on the Strip
Limited menu, but great food and even better service plus an outstanding beer list. Reservations are probably a must on the weekends (the place was packed!). Perfect place for a meal before see one of the shows at the Venetian since they're all just down the hall from Public House.

Fiancee's scallops were "best she ever had"!
My short rib was wonderful. Best au jus gravy I have had.

My husband and I decided to have a date night to go somewhere new and chose The Public House. We were welcomed by the hostess and seated right away. Our server Hector was super friendly and made us feel right at home. He helped us in choosing the right cocktails as well as appetizers which were all excellent choices. We will definitely be going there for dinner again.

Beer, beer, beer! Craft beer
Beer, beer, beer! Craft beer is what this place is about!

A great place to try something new!
My husband and I visited Public House in celebration of his new job. We often try to break away from the chicken, steak, burger, wings, pasta routine and did so with our visit. We started with the $16 Steak Tartare which is described as "tenderloin, shallots & capers with crispy bone marrow, tendon chips & sour beer mustard". These ingredients might scare you, but seriously try it! It was delicious! Another appetizer we tried was the $9.50 potted duck rillettes which is something I normally wouldn't do (not a huge fan of duck) but it was quite delicious! I did acquiesce to having a fantastic fillet mignon ($41) and my husband had the pork belly & clams ‘portugese style’ which was amazing! I could write more, but there's a character limit.

My client and I dined here during an industry show in the Sands Expo center. I'm glad I had the reservations and adored the gastro-pub fare. Our favorite was the Duck Confit Poutine. You must request an extra gravy and honestly can make that your lunch. I'll return.

Nom Nom Nom
This was our first time eating at the Public House. Their food was delicious. We had the cheese platter, a burger, lobster mac and cheese, Yukon mashed potatoes and a beet salad. The burger was perfectly cooked, mashed potatoes were just that, mashed. :-)
Cheese and bread with cranberry sauce, oh yes...it was sooooo good. Toasted bread with fancy cheese (truffled cheese to be exact)....can't go wrong there. The lobster mac had chunks of lobster. Let's just say we didn't go home hungry.
It wasn't very loud, the staff was efficient and we didn't have to wait long to eat. Overall an awesome time.
