First Date @ Cin Cin
I met a (first) date here. I hadn't been here before and was happy with the overall experience. It was pretty loud but we were able to carry a conversation okay. I ordered a red wine flight, Date Night, which was wonderful. We had the little plate of Crispy Goat Cheese balls; a large plate of pork tenderloin and a large plate of mushroom risotto. We had some kind of lemon sherbert over a crumble (something) for dessert.
Our waiter was not the best, but not the worst I've ever had. He definately did nothing for our dining experience for sure! This is why I did not rate a five overall and the service a three.
Wine and food was yummy and I would reccommend this place and go back.

Cin-Cin is definitely a place that I could frequent often. The cocktails are my favorite & the bartenders are awesome. Matt the bartender makes excellent drinks and always provides great service :) Came to Cin Cin for my birthday celebration with a group of 9 people. Our server was super nice and she made my night with the awesome service she provided as well. The desserts are delicious... Especially the blackberry cheesecake.

Always enjoy Cin Cin
While the wine list isn't the most expensive, nor is it full of wines with eye-popping price tags (thankfully) the wine list is very interesting, and both the staff and the bartenders are pretty well versed. Equally, they take good care of their wine and know how to handle it, so have some fun with their wines. Also a fun and eclectic cocktail menu - always something new and interesting in the cocktail department.
But I always come back for the food. The menu is creative and tasty with a bit of something for every palate. Prices are quite reasonable and there's great food to share - or keep to yourself. Some Asian flare, some Mediterranean influences and of course California eclectic thrown in for good measure. Haven't been? GO!

Virtually all great!
Small plates delicious!!! (roasted beet salad, heirloom tomato and burrata), everyone really nice and attentive. a wonderful basil gimlet -- did not know that was what I exactly wanted, but my waitress did! dessert - delectable (tart apple sorbet, over apple crumb), Thought the mushroom risotto - a bit too salty for my taste - but still very good. Definitely will go back and will recommend.

Much improved since our last
Much improved since our last visit under the new chef. Short ribs were excellent and the halibut was very good. I think the menu has been adjusted with much improvement.

We had a fantastic dinner
We had a fantastic dinner here, as always. Love the wine flights so you can try different wines. The food was delicious!!

Sins of Cin Cin
The resturant is a good place to dine in LG. Food is excellent though pass on the pork tenderloin its disinteresting. Don't miss the truffle french fries or korean tacos. The fish salmon or halibut which is served in a broth is usually good as well, I also ask for the fish less cooked which helps;). Generally the food is good and interesting. Cocktails...the martinis are sub par and small pours. Its best to stick to mixed drinks or a glass of wine as I find the wine list limited and bottles a tad overpriced. Its best to get reservations as well.

Good time for a group
We hit it right, half off wines on Monday night. Small plates makes it easy to share and be social with entire group. Overall great experience. Waitress could have been a little more attentive tho.

A great experience!
Cin Cin is an amazing find. Perfect for small groups of 2-4. The quality of each dish was amazing. Our server was incredible. Energy was high in the room but not too loud to carry a normal conversation. It really could not have been a better experience. We'll be going back regularly.
7/19/2013 12:00:00 AM
We've gone twice now. the food is delicious. I love the different offerings of cheeses. And its great to be able to drink flights of wine, a glass or a taste. the heirloom tomato and burrata salad was outstanding. definitely recommend!

Made reservation on Friday for our date night. Very cute & cozy & the food was very good as well. Will go back soon ;)

Teeny tiny fried chicken
I love this place. The menu is exciting and fun, without seeming pretentious and the food is delicious. The appetizer sampler was wonderful. The pork belly and shrimp small plates were cooked perfectly. The star was the fried quail... I was apprehensive ordering, because quail usually comes out tough or overlooked or dry, but this was amazing. So succulent and juicy and the maple breaking was lovely and crispy. Can't wait for our next trip!

Unfortunately the previous
Unfortunately the previous Chef took the recipe of my favorite dish with him and it is no longer on the menu. Initially it took a while before someone paid attention to us and even the bus boys came to check and wondered if someone had stopped by yet. Soon thereafter the server showed up and after that all went smoothly. We discovered some new favorites on the menu and still love the food, albeit the "special" was somewhat underwhelming. Definitely will be back

Loved the opportunity to try a wine flat with our meals.
8/3/2013 12:00:00 AM
Great food & wines
So many excellent small plates that we never made it to trying an entree
8/6/2013 12:00:00 AM
Wonderful small plates
We returned for our 3rd visit with a party of 4 this time, and we were able to sample more wonderful dishes. We began with a sampler, with every taste a treat, and then ordered 5 small plates: asparagus flatbread, roasted beet salad, mushroom empanadas, steamed bun, and shrimp & grits. Every dish was great, as were our cocktails. Once again, Cin Cin did not disappoint.
This visit was a bit later in the evening than our previous ones, and so my only caution is that the noise level was really high at 7:30, making conversation difficult. Earlier or later would be quieter.
8/8/2013 12:00:00 AM
Nice food and service but very loud.
Overall I loved the Place and the food excellent
8/10/2013 12:00:00 AM
CIn Cin...one of my favorites
Although the food and wine list are killer it is very difficult to hear yourself and other speak. Not a good place if you need to engage in important conversation unless you are there early or more toward closing hour
8/22/2013 12:00:00 AM
Great place to meet with the Girls
Need a little back to school get together with wine. This is the place. Lots of little nibbles to choose from and the wine special they have on Mondays is the BEST.

My To Go To Spot in LG
Love the food, the staff, and ambience. Always a great experience

We enjoy coming here for the Happy hour once per month - my husband and I use this a a date night out with a stroll in the park after having an early dinner. The happy hour menu is limited however, most things on it are delicious. We order 5 items which is plenty filling. Try the Soba Noodle Salad - to die for!! Great atmosphere, fun neighborhood restaurant, great wine list.
8/31/2013 12:00:00 AM
Great from start to finish
My SO and I are new to the area but I think we've already found our favorite restaurant. Our dinner at Cin-Cin was consistently delicious, atmosphere was laid-back while still nice, and our server was very attentive. We will definitely be returning!
8/31/2013 12:00:00 AM
Great Food! Nice size portions
Great Food! Nice size portions to share. Recommend this restaurant highly for a couple or a group of people.
9/10/2013 12:00:00 AM
It was our first time to this restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised by the unusual menu. The service was excellent and the server was very helpful in recommending what to order and explaining everything. We will definitely come again.
9/17/2013 12:00:00 AM
Noisy but loveable...
I'm a frequent guest at Cin-Cin and always love their fun and eclectic menu with creative and flavorful dishes, well prepared and presented. Noise level is always too high, and some further steps to mitigate really should be taken. Noise level keeps it from being romantic, wich it otherwise could be. The wine list is not extensive, but the wines are reasonably priced, properly cared for, and the selection is big enough to satisfy most palates. It has a very nice bar, but Cin-Cin is not about a "bar-scene" it's about good fun food, reasonably priced and always very tastey... with good wines and coctails to accompany...
9/17/2013 12:00:00 AM
Cin Cin never disappoints! It has been consistently outstanding every time I've eaten there.
9/17/2013 12:00:00 AM
Absolutely my favorite restaurant. The
Mushroom empanadas & Korean tacos
are fantastic!! I have recommended Cin Cin
to everyone. Also, very good wait staff & service.
9/18/2013 12:00:00 AM
Awesome as usual
Happy Hour is the best deal here. You get to try lots of small plates that are fantastic and reasonably priced. The mushroom empanadas are fantastic. So are the sliders.
9/23/2013 12:00:00 AM
We love this place!
We love sharing the small plates- it's fun to try several items. Everything was delicious! Fun atmosphere!

Amazing food! We love this place! Everything was so tasty and well prepared... Everything.
10/11/2013 12:00:00 AM
Cin Cin - great Happy Hour
We enjoy the 4 to 6 pm happy hour at Cin Cin. The food is wonderful and at a great price. We also enjoy Cin Cin during regular dinner hour. The location is great - ambiance good and they also have a good wine list with reasonable pricing. Highly recommend this neighborhood gem.
10/17/2013 12:00:00 AM
This is one of our favorite local spots. The Soba salad and Carolina pork sliders are seriously delicious. The banana bread pudding was amazing, and free for our anniversary. Thank you!
10/19/2013 12:00:00 AM
Great for Gatherings
Good place to bring a group for small or large plate sharing with good wine.
10/21/2013 12:00:00 AM
Way Above Average Chinese Food
We liked everything about this place. First, it wasn't too noisy--not super quiet either, but quiet enough so that we were able to carry on conversations. We loved the food. Frequently Chinese food is greasy, but not here. My favorite was the seafood flower basket. Not only delicious, but we had fun eating the "basket," which was constructed out of crispy noodles.
10/23/2013 12:00:00 AM
very fun, could be a new favorite
Los Gatos has lots of great choices, but the food & atomosphere at Cincin is unique - it's fun, innovative without being pretentious.
It's also a good value.
10/24/2013 12:00:00 AM
Loved the environment and services. A delicious Malbec and cold cuts for apperitizer! I was there for my b-day and I had such a good time!
10/26/2013 12:00:00 AM
Cin-Cin was decorated for Halloween and looked fabulous! The food, as always, was delicious and varied.
Although we did not order, Cin-Cin offered themed drinks and food selections to honor the evening. It was a very enjoyable evening.
10/31/2013 12:00:00 AM
While the food was great, we were shouting at each other because it was so loud. Too many groups made the experience poor. We've been to cin cin before and it wasn't as loud, so I hope this was a fluke.
10/31/2013 5:00:00 PM
good food mediocre service
we really enjoyed Cin Cin. We arrived at happy hour and had cocktails which were adequate and a mushroom flatbread. We each had a piece of that when our dinner arrived. the service was rushed and lacking at the same time. Our server had a very laid back manner which made me feel like we were bothering him. The food was wonderful; the flatbread, Pan Seared Cod and Market entrée (quinoa and vegies)
I would definitely go again and hope for a different server.
11/2/2013 12:00:00 AM
Perfect for date night
Awesome dining experience. Went here to celebrate my husband's birthday. The soba noodle appetizer with crisp tofu and mushrooms had just the right flavors. They had run out of the cod but offered to make salmon with the same sides as the cod, and the fish was cooked perfectly. My husband had the korean tacos and loved it.
As it's a wine bar, we decide to order the wine flights to sample. I had the Date Night flight - the pinot was just ok but the other 2 were good particularly the petit syrah/zinfandel. He had the Adventurer flight and liked all his wines. Great selection!
Finished off with the molten chocolate cake dessert that was paired with chocolate ice cream - again, fantastic.

A little rushed
I took my husband to Cin Cin for his birthday. We visit here about 4-5 times a year and typically sit at the bar. It's always been an outstanding experience for us!! This time, I reserved a table. I'll never do that again! We waited 20 minutes for our waitress, once she came she took our cocktail orders and appetizer order. Both can at the same time. We barely finished our first course, and our dinner was served. Then, we had a little dessert.. From start to finish, it took a little over an hour from start to finsh.
We both said to each other, " we had an uncomfortable full feeling"
Again, the food is always consistent!! Excellent!! We will always continue to go! From now on, for us, the bar is the best seat in the house!!!
11/2/2013 12:00:00 AM
Great group dinner
Met work friend for a semi work yet social dinner. One person was a vegetarian & the server helped get different plates that work for them plus the entire table.
11/7/2013 4:00:00 PM
This is one of our favorite places to go. It is a little too busy on the weekends, but OK during the week. We celebrated our anniversary here, the food, service and atmosphere were fantastic! The waiter asked us what is the reason for us that we came (he saw the gifts that we brought) and we got a free desert!
11/12/2013 4:00:00 PM
rare find good food
The flat bread really impressed me, though it's a simple dish but it was done just right. I had that for my main dish.
My son had a sea food pasta and was one of the most appealing seafood dishes I've seen. He said it was good.
They gave him a reasonable amount of quality seafood, most restaurants only give a couple of shrimp & inexpensive
squid which hardly worth any money for a cost of $18-24.
Although this little restaurant is not big, their insulation is done right so that noise is confined. I is not loud or noisy at all.
The second time we came here purposely to try their happy hour. I loved the nibbles, and the price encouraged us to
come more often just to enjoy a light dinner or early evening snack.

Wine and Appetizers
A great place to go for a glass of wine with excellent food in the form of nibbles, and small and large plates... Excellent service along with a great ambiance complete the package at Cin Cin!
11/20/2013 4:00:00 PM
Reliably wonderful & innovative
Cin Cin has a menu filled with little gems! From their imaginative wine flights to their appetizers & small plates, it's always fresh & interesting! We had their Korean tacos for the first time ever, and they were a true winner with delicious blending of flavors & heat. My favorite remains their unique soba noodle salad. It's buttery / nutty mushrooms are always spectacular!
11/21/2013 4:00:00 PM
My wife and I have been to Cin Cin twice and were impressed both times. The wine list is amazing. The food to die for and the service is impeccable!
11/22/2013 4:00:00 PM
Cin Cin a winner
We were four for an early dinner. We all appreciate good food and Cin Cin did not disappoint. Plates are small and intended to be shared like tapas. Our cheerful waitress promoted the great wines at amazingly low prices and flights of three wines were $15. Crispy empanadas, risotto with kale, and a hot and cheesy flat bread used mushrooms in different ways. Warm marinated olives in a citrus marinade provided a tart counterpoint. Truffle fries were piping hot, crispy with a tasty sauce. A grilled salmon on grains served four easily. Several glasses of wine, tapas and two shared desserts (hot chocolate cake and three gelatos) were about $50 per person. Parking was easy behind the restaurant.

Go early for quieter dining
This was my first visit to Cin-Cin. The wine, food and service were all quite good, but the experience was marred by a very loud, large party next to us. There was one person who was particularly obnoxious. I suppose you cannot blame the restaurant for this, but at some point you would think the manager might step in. I will go again, but closer to 6 pm in hopes of avoiding the noise.
I did find an amazing red wine that I had not tasted before. The soba salad and mushroom empanadas were delicious!

We love this place!
A regular location for dinner dates with my wife. The food and service is always top notch!
