We really enjoyed our dinner at the farm. They are true to the meaning of the restaurant. The food was creative, fresh local ingredients and absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend this dining experience. Service was geat!

Fairly limited choice on the
Fairly limited choice on the menu . Good service . We ordered the short rib and the fried chicken and both surpassed our expectations . The short rib had good flavour although rather chewy meat - perhaps a slower cooking process required to give that melt in the mouth tenderness which is possible with short rib . I'm not a big fan of fried chicken but this was succulent and very tasty .

Great, but pricey
It's really tasty and service is great, but like most things in Canyons, it's too expensive. $40.00 for a pork chop is excessive.

Initially, we were concerned
Initially, we were concerned that for mainly vegetarians the menu seemed limited. However, we ordered the two fish dishes, and I would say that the Halibut was probably the best I've ever had! The service was excellent.

Had tasting menu with pairings.
Had tasting menu with pairings. High quality ingredients and excellent preparation. Felt that tasting menu was overall excellent value. Slow for a near empty dining room, but pleasant professional service. Outside Yurt provided nice ambiance.

Took a friend here for her
Took a friend here for her birthday. We had an excellent meal. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because although my halibut was delicious, it was barely warm. My husband had the pork chop and my friend had the trout, and they were both awesome. The waiter recommended a very good bottle of wine (we were looking at rose') and it was one of the cheaper ones on the list! We called to tell them about the birthday and they told us to let them know which one was the birthday girl when we arrived, which led us to believe they would do something special, and all they did was put a candle in the one dessert we ordered. Not a big deal, but a little disappointing. All in all a great meal.

Great meal at the Canyons
We ate here with 2 friends.The first table we sat at was in the sunroom and was too hot.We were quickly moved with no fuss.We shared the buffalo ribs and the artichoke fritters to start and both were delicious.2 of us had trout and 2 salmon and both were excellent.I had the kale cake as a side,it was like a potato pancake with kale,yummy.

Everything we had heard and
Everything we had heard and read about The Farm was 100% what we experienced. The food and service was amazing. I just wish we had tried this sooner.

This restaurant was adorable! I loved the atmospherze and the beautiful views of the mountains ridght outside our window! The food and service was great as well. The only thing that bothered me was the Portion sizes...most dishes didn't come with a side and of it did it was quite small. My whole group said the exact same thing "excellent food but it needed a nice Hardy side dish, not just some pretty display of a few tablespoons on potatoes." I would definitely eat there again but might have a snack first.

My wife and I had a great
My wife and I had a great dinner the other night at The Farm.
We had the lamb Tbone. It was delicious but a small amount of meat on the bone.
The second dish was the buttermilk fried chicken done sous vide.
It was some of the most moist and juicy fried chicken I have ever had.
Our waiter Reggie was terrific.

Amazing food, great setting
This restaurant came highly recommended and it lived up to the hype. We went for our anniversary dinner and the food was amazing! We were told to sit in the yurt if possible, but it was booked. The inside is very nice but did get a little noisy. Outdoor dining also looked very nice.
My husband got the ribeye and it was amazing. He said it was one of the best steaks he has ever had. I got the half chicken which was also very good, but after tasting a bite of his meal I was jealous! We also shared the grilled romaine salad and it was delicious. I will definitely go back the next time I am in Park City.

Outstanding in every way!
We had heard The Farm was a great place to eat but it exceeded our expectations in every way! Very interesting menu with local foods, staff was over-the-top and loved being right on the mountain base!

Perfect ending to a great vacation!
Had wonderful dinner at The Farm on last night in Park City celebrating our 40th anniversary!
Really liked the idea of chef using everything grown and raised locally.
Menu had plenty of good choices. We ordered Rainbow trout and lamb dinners which were delicious.
Everyone was very attentive and friendly. Valet service at The Canyons was a plus too.
Wished we had visited earlier in the week for drinks around their firepit!

The Farm is Fabulous
This was the second dining experience at the Farm, and it was just as good 2 plus years later. Great service, and the food is brilliant. Not over the top, which sometimes drives me a little crazy. Just good, perfectly prepared and beautifully presented food. The three of us shared the charcuterie platter and a farmer's cheese platter and these were divine. I had trout, because it's Utah and I must have trout. Just perfection. Great wine menu as well.

Must try in Park City
A friend in San Diego heard we were coming to Park City and told us about "The Farm". She stated that it was the best meal she had eaten, in the states. We decided to give it a try. The view was not what we expected being so high up the canyon (it is at the back of the hotel) and we were a bit disappointed at first. However, the service was impeccable, friendly and courteous, and the FOOD was over the top awesome. Everything locally sourced, fresh, etc. We have a variety of tastes and tried the lamb, rib eye, fried chicken, pork chop, ravioli, and Charcuterie board. Everyone was very pleased and we haven't stopped talking about it. We will definitely return on future trips to the area. EXCELLENT.

Simply excellent food!
It took a while to find The Farm. The Summit Hotel, I guess. didn't expect it to be the success it has become and therefore placed it in a back alley.Our table ordered a broad selection of the menu and not a single dish disappointed, Actually, that's not fair, we were completely satisfied and pleased with everything.
Our server and her support staff were excellent. Everything was timed perfectly and delivered/removed with precision. The wines were varied both in quality and price. There's something for everyone.
We will be back and with the variety and quality of Park City area offerings, that you should realize is a rave.

Excellent experience, foodie vibe
This was a milestone birthday dinner for my wife. It was the middle of the October shoulder season, and early, so the dining room was largely empty. The staff took excellent care of us, were very congenial, casual, and enjoy their work. Food was exceptional. My wife had a fanatically prepared grilled arugula salad and a beef tenderloin prepared sous vide. Tender enough to cut with a spoon. I had a nice pork belly ravioli, and a ribeye frites that could have been very pedestrian, but the excellent grass-fed beef was elevated with, among other things, finely crumbled guanciale. A vintage Sicilian Cerasuolo di Vittoria, while pricey, was crazy good. Highly recommended for a special occasion or if you just can't bother to care about cost.

My husband and I were in Park City celebrating his birthday and since we were staying at the Westgate resort we decided to eat at The Farm. We started off with the Farm cheese appetizer. My only complaint would be that we ran out of crostinis. The cheese, beets, greens, and bread all played well with each other and were artfully presented on the serving platter. My husband had the lamb and I had the halibut. The seared crust on the halibut was perfectly crisp and well seasoned. The lamb portion was extremely small, but beautifully prepared. For dessert we had the bread pudding and all I can say is WOW! Delicious! We had a great time and would recommend The Farm.
