Good Food in Santa Fe
We actually saw the restaurant during the day and liked its location and nice airy atmosphere. Went back at night for dinner.
The waiters were helpful and attentative. The beer selection and wine selection were good. Since it was March the place wasn't too crowded and we had a nice night there.

A nice place serving nice food
Great food. Great service from our waiter, Eric. Great ambiance. Go early (6:30-ish) for a quieter dining experience. Get a table near the window or outside on the veranda for a beautiful dining experience.

Nicely prepared food - portions
Nicely prepared food - portions were proper and not too large. Nice to see the wines priced very reasonably as well. Definitely will return as there's other menu items I'd like to try.

A very good second time
Beet and goat cheese with baby greens salad was very yummy-- even tastier than the first time, over a year ago. The Ruby Trout (from Trucha) was delicious, the Filet Mignon stupendous (rare). The only glass of red wine from New Mexico, a Dulcetto from Vivac, was truly excellent, mild yet full bodied with depth, paired well with both our entrees. We shared a Goat Milk Flan for the second time, still delicious, though the first time we tried it, it was more creme brulee- ish. This time actually flan-like. Ambiance and view of the streets are charming and hip at the same time, though the cushions they have on the booth seat need replacing, as one tends to sink too much. The restaurant always seems slow, bar is hopping.

Nice setting close to downtown
Nice setting close to downtown Santa Fe. Tuna entree was excellent. Pork chop a little overcooked. The short ribs were very disappointing. Service was excellent.

Beautiful outdoor dining!
I found my dinner to be a strange mix of flavors (Planked Salmon over Lemon-Parmesan Risotto and Brussels Sprouts in Mustard) and overly rich with finishing oil but overall the atmosphere is very pleasant and the service was very good. I would definitely give Tabla another try. I'd like to see gluten free options on the menu and would prefer lighter entrees for summer.

We came across this restaurant while walking around Santa Fe. We had the trout & salmon dishes & they were innovative & delicious. Also enjoyed the Sage Margarita from the bar. It is situated in the beautiful St Francis hotel & the outside patio was a great place to dine al fresco.

Very Nice Find in Santa Fe
beautiful outdoor patio dining block off the Plaza - extensive wine list, superb award winning specialty drinks - dinner selection innovative - each dish nicely prepared and presented with care on plate - our group had representative fish, meat and pasta
dishes, all beautifully seasoned and cooked to order - finished with wonderful desserts - sampled lava cake, peach cobbler and tres leches cake - scrumptious!

We dined al fresco in the beautiful courtyard, a bubbling fountain as backdrop, and a great singer, crooning tunes from Sinatra to Van Morrison as entertainment. This place is under new ownership and the food is great. We shared scallops on Meyer lemon risotto sitting on bed of corn chowder that was fabulous! Then we shared hanger steak and fries that was very good. We both had a beet salad with greens and balsamic vinaigrette tha was delicious. The bar was hopping but the restaurant was not busy. It should be!

This was our last night in Santa Fe and no dinner plans. We walked by the restaurant earlier in the day and looked at the menu, so I checked it out on TripAdvisor and saw some good recent reviews. We were greeted at the door at 7pm and immediately seated. The room is simple but classy with a stone wall and fireplace, large windows facing the streets and tastefully furnished. We had the salmon, the bivette steak and the hanger steak. Each was cooked perfectly to our specifications, well presented and excellent sauce. I had the corn chowder, very spicey and tasty (perfect for Santa Fe) and shared a goat cheese salad (very good). We all shared a desert which was also good. Tabla was the best restaurant that we ate in on this trip!

The food and speciality cocktails
The food and speciality cocktails at Tabla de Los Santos were outstanding. We had a party of 8 for a celebration dinner and no one was disappointed with the variety of dishes we indulged in! The service was a bit stilted but pleasant enough although they tried just a bit to hard. That said, we were invited to linger and did not feel rushed in any way. Overall the evening was a great success. Our compliments to the chef and the bartenders!

Ben was the Best!!
The food here was really good and portions really generous. The starters are a meal themselves. You must try the Scallops with Lemon Risotto. De-lish! Ambiance was nice for dinner. Our server Ben was the absolute best. Went out of his way to find me a different Pinot Grigio since I didn't like the one on the menu. He really is the best. Let him take care of you when you dine here! Nice find for us in Hotel St Francis!

We dined at the restaurant in the Hotel St. Francis many years ago when the hotel was running the restaurant. It was nothing to write home about. The powers that be were smart enough to lease the restaurant to a very, very good chef and Tabla de Los Santos is the welcome result. Lovely interior and patio, great service and the food was marvelous. Try the duck egg roll appetizer, big enough for two to share and the short ribs. We had no room for dessert, but next time we'll have that first! A great addition to Santa Fe 's downtown dining scene.

Excellent dining experience!
My husband and I dined here earlier this week-he had the filet and I the chicken dish. Both were delicious!! We both had salads as well-my goat cheese salad was excellent! Loved the humus dip with crackers to snack on first too :)

Wedding Reception for Four
Following a very impromptu, smallest wedding-on-record where all in attendance (two grooms, two witnesses) wanted to have a nice late lunch to celebrate, we went to La Tabla and were treated as if we had 400 in attendance instead of four. The staff was first-rate and went overboard to make us feel welcome; they were hospitable to the point that we felt as if it was an honor for them to serve us on this occasion. We will definitely return to celebrate future special occasions and/or no occasion at all.

Special Anniversary All Around
The menu was intriguing. We had the butter lettuce salad, parm crusted trout and the duck. Presentation was lovely, while taste was very good.
Service was friendly with knowledgeable wait staff.
Visited again for breakfast. Does not disappoint!

Hotel restaurant but quality food
We stopped here the night before Thanksgiving with moderate expectations and were pleasantly surprised.
The food was VERY good and service excellent.
Located on a corner near the Plaza in Santa Fe, this restaurant is worth a stop.
Wine list was adequate.
