This was a truly special meal. This is one we will talk about in the future.Every course topped the last and the service was spot on. We even received a hand written note from our server the next day thanking us for dining at Blue! We had the 4 course menu & weren't disappointed with anything. The amuse-bouche was really quite perfect. Both of us had the yellowtail as our first course and the sauce stole the show. My pork belly which was crisped to perfection & my husband had the ravioli. I had a cobia in a lime sauce & I do believe I licked the plate clean. My husband had the snapper with Puerto Rican spices. Again, perfection. My chocolate dessert was another high point. We followed our server, Joel's, recommendations and we so pleased.

We ordered the Eric Ripert tasting menu with wine pairings and it was amazing. The food was absolutely incredible and the service was outstanding. It was a beautiful way to end an amazing week and a half at the Ritz-Carlton on SMB. By far, one of the best restaurants we have eaten at and hands down the best in Grand Cayman. Dinner here is a must!

Cayman Island Gem
The food at this restaurant is extraordinary. If I were able to rate this restaurant 6 stars I would because it is so far better in quality than many of the other restaurants rated 5 stars. All of the food we ordered on the 4 course meal was prepared perfectly. The amount of food was more than adequate. The wine list was not large but had many reasonably priced good wines. The service was also excellent without being intrusive.

This is truly a culinary experience for foodies. We went to the truffle tasting menu with wine pairings and were not disappointed. Many interesting and unexpected plates like the halibut with beef broth.
Service was outstanding and made the evening complete.

It was a wonderful experiencet. I have gone to many 3 star Michellin restaurants in Paris. The food and service at Blue was as good as in any of them. We did the 7 course menu with wine pairing. Each plate was a work of art. The matching of the sauces with the fish was magnificent. It is a meal i would remember for a long time.
