Decided to take take my boyfriend for Restaurant week, we arrived early and were greeted by the most adorable hostess. She asked if we would like to enjoy a cocktail before being seated (great idea) the bartender (Bob) made us a specialty cocktail called the "Cowboy Killer" General Manager (David) escorted us to our table and was very engaging on what was clearly a very busy evening. Our server Sam, recommended the Salmon and I had the Chicken. Both were prepared perfectly and my chicken came in its own individual cast iron pot. White Asparagus and Broccoli Mac & Cheese were delicious. Service was well orchestrated and their wine list gave us several options in our price range. The service staff was OUTSTANDING from top to bottom.

The food was fantastic and the service was constant but not annoying, the manager was pleasant and sincere about our needs. Loved this place and definitely will recommend.

What can I say about BLT Steakhouse?! It's at an absolute beautiful resort. After you are done eating you can walk around and take in the beautiful views that it has to offer. I love coming here.

We went during restaurant week. Good restaurant week menu. Ladies ordered off the restaurant week menu. Guys ordered off the regular menu. Cowboy Killer Manhattan are great. Popovers and Pate are excellent. Steaks were served hot. Sides are small, in comparison to other steakhouses. Service was great and all missteps were fixed immediately.

Worth waiting for...
I've been waiting for months to come back to BLT!!! It was totally worth the wait. I've been dreaming of those popovers and they were worth the wait. The Wazyu skirt steak was phenomenall!!! Staff was very knowledgeable with the wine selection The souffle was light and delectable...a perfect ending for a perfect evening. :)

Favorite steak house in the valley!
By far my prime choice for a great steak. Every time we dine there, the experience is top notch. Great patios, great ambiance, and outstanding food!
Wagyu Carpaccio off the blackboard menu was amazing! Hamachi, burrata, and bacon are all great choices as well.
Steaks, from the dry aged ribeye, to the NY strip and filet, are always perfectly prepared. My favorite being the Wagyu top cap w foie gras butter, truly a tastebud overload!
We never steer away from the gnocci topped with a scoop of fresh parm, or the jalopeno mashed potatoes.
Of course they never let us leave without eating 2 desserts. Apple pie and Crepe soufflé always bust my belt!
The VIP service we receive definitely keeps us coming back. Thanks Samanda, Chris, Eric, and Jen!

Very good but not perfect
Our steaks were as good as any we've had in a long time. We had the filets.
The crab cakes had lots of real crab in them and had a good texture. Either the cakes or the sauce were a bit spicier than I like them.
The onion rings were a bit doughy.
The ambiance is western contemporary. This is pretty neutral, but the dining room is a large open room which doesn't lend itself to intimacy. Oddly, the do not have blinds in the west windows, so they were unable to block the setting sub from shining directly in my eyes. And the chairs are terrible; maybe the booth seats are better.
Our wait staff was very responsive.

BLT is what we expected having dined in other outposts. Drinks are good, food is well prepared. Love the Pop-overs and the way steaks are presented.

I can't say enough for the staff and service, some of the best. Our appetizers, tuna tartare and tomato with burrata were superb. The Dover Sole was cooked to perfection and the caper sauce was excellent. My NY Strip steak, on the other hand, was no where close to being a prime cut of meat. I had trouble cutting through the thick grizzle on the edge. My desire for a black and blue/very rare steak resulted in a medium rare center and medium outside. Way too chewy for a brand name steak house.

The food is amazing (but be warned, very expensive). In our group we had steak, lobster cobb salad and the Lamb. Everyone loved their dish. The side dishes are out of this world! Great wine list, too. Of course, the popovers are great, but be careful not to fill up on them.

Dinner at BLT Steak
We experienced BLT Steak for the first time during a "staycation" this weekend! Although pricey, the dining experience was top notch and we highly recommend asking for Chris as your server. His knowledge, expertise and attention to detail was second to none! David is the GM and went out of his way to insure our experience was truly special.

Five Star Dining!
We were thrilled to celebrate my husbands 40th BDay at BLT Steak. We arrived early for HH. The bartender, a young guy, made really good drinks. The bartender overheard that we were celebrating a bday and he comped a round of drinks, Wow, what attention to detail! We were seated at a window table with head-on views of Camelback Mountain! We were greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable server. The manager, David, arrived with two glasses of champagne for a Bday toast...Unbelievable and five star service from the manager to the server to the bartender. The food was delicious, aged RibEye and Tiger Prawns. Dinner ended with dessert with the words, Happy Birthday, scribed in chocolate on a plate. BLTSteak is #1 in our book!

Anniversary Dinner at BLT!! Yum!!!!
This was our second time to BLT and we decided to see if it was good as last year and if lighting would strike twice...And yes the food did deliver as one of the best meals I had since the last time. I will say the Hanger Steak, Popovers, Mac and Cheese and Onions rings we fantastic like they were last year! We were greeted and seated by David which I believe to be the manager and he was extremely nice and personable. He asked what the occasion was and when we said it was our Wedding Anniversary he treated us to free champagne glasses for us to toast our celebration! Thank you David!! Nice touch and very classy!! Great food for the price and we will definitely be back again soon!! The girl who was helping out the waiter was very nice too!

My colleagues & I went here after work for restaurant week. The view is spectacular. The popover muffins were delicious. The steak was flavorful & tender. Loved the fig salad. I would return based on the food & restaurant atmosphere.

Excellent food and service
Ate here during Restaurant week for $40 per person which included 3 courses. The menu is pretty pricey so this was a good value. Choices were excellent as was the service and the incredible views from the outside deck. The hotel property is gorgeous.

Took my wife there for her birthday. Very scenic, lovely spot on the patio to relax and enjoy a wonderful meal. The food was outstanding, service was warm and friendly. Amazing popovers served with steak cooked perfectly. My wife ordered the salmon, which was also delicious. From start to finish, a great experience!

We had an excellent meal at BLT during Arizona Restaurat Week. Ordered off both the special menu and regular menu. The steaks were so flavorful and cooked perfectly! The special cheesesteak arancini was a highlight, also the tuna tartare, both seriously cravable! Truly the entire meal, our table loved everything. Service was charming and attentive without being overwhelming. I will definitely be back to this restaurant, and often!

BLT taste buds gone wild!
BLT after a dozen visits always satisfies. The popovers are to die for. So are the figs stuffed with cornbread & goat cheese, fried green tomatos, filet, salmon and chicken. Oh I almost forgot the happy hour little plates and 1/2 price wine. Try the corn bread pudding or peanut butter, banana moose. Just go, relax and enjoy.

Once again BLT delivers! Was introduced to the Top Cap special with lobster mushrooms and was blown away! Chef Eric out does himself with the Short Ribs but I wish he'd bring back the Steak Tartar, it was the best I've ever had! We always end with a carrot cake and peanut butter chocolate moose but our server Peter snuck out an Apple Pie... OMG we died and went to heaven!

Best in Class!
We started our evening with specialty cocktails at the bar, my husband LOVED the Cowboy Killer. Our server Sam suggested the Mission Figs? We were a bit apprehensive at first but decide to take her recommendation and we were glad we did, delicious. I ordered the Dover Sole and my husband opted for the Bone-In Ribeye. We had trouble deciding on which wine to get so we enlisted the help of the Restaurant Manager David for his recommendations. Once again, they were spot on with a Pinot Noir that was in our price range. Well let me tell you, the Dover Sole was picture perfect and my husband even joked about ordering another steak because it was so good. Our dining experience was one of the best in Phoenix, making this our favorite steakhouse.

What a tremendous dining experience. The food from start to finish is wonderful. Some items of particular note are the popovers, which are a signature item for this restaurant, are beyond 5 star status. Another item of note is the tuna tartare starter. It is the finest example of tuna tartare I have ever tasted - incredible and beautiful preparation.
Filets were delicious and perfectly prepared. The peppercorn sauce is particularly good as was the horseradish sauce.
The crepe/souffle dessert is one of the best and most unique desserts I've ever tasted. A must try and large enough for 2 to 3 to share. Spectacular in every way,

From appetizers (double cut bacon-OMG) to dessert (peanut butter mousse w banana ice cream-OMG) there was nothing here that we didnt like. The popovers w unsalted butter and sea salt are a wonderful addition. The steaks are superb!!!

Great All Around Experience
BLT Steak has become my go to steakhouse in the valley. We arrived early to enjoy a cocktail before being seated. The bar was packed with a high energy crowd. Even with the level of business, service was quick and efficient. After our first beverage we were seated in the restaurant. Our server, Chris, was prompt to deliver our menu's, and get a second drink in our hands. Being familiar with the menu, it didn't take us long to decide on our meal. Chris was very good at providing excellent recommendations/suggestions to ensure we fully enjoyed our meal. Our meal progressed without a hitch, service was excellent as was the food. My one disappointment was that the Cowboy Ribeye was no longer on the menu, hopefully it will return.

Excellent Steak reataurant.
Excellent Steak reataurant. Very quiet until the seven of us guys got there. Services was excellent and the the steaks were superb.
If you like bacon try the appetizer, and the pastry puffs were also excellent. We could have dined on these two alone.
There's also some nice fires at the resort to relax at after dinner. Highly recommend.

Arrived on a very busy evening and started out by enjoying a glass of wine before being seated. Bar was busy and our bartender (Angie) was very engaging and helpful. Dinner started with the Manager (David) brining us a complimentary glass of champagne for our Anniversary, nice touch! My husband ordered a 12oz filet that was perfectly cooked, I on the other hand took our servers (Joel) suggestion and ordered the Dover Sole. Again, cooked to perfection. The entire service staff was very attentive without being obtrusive, we watched in amazement at all the activity inside the restaurant and they didn't miss a beat. Thank you BLT for the terrific evening.

A Special Place
We had Joel as our server. We recognized him from our visit in January and he recognized us which was nice. Excellent service, excellent wine, great food, a special place to eat. And the courtyard at the Camelback Inn is a great place to get a cocktail either before or after the meal. We will always come here when we visit the Phoenix area.

BLT in PV still Paradise
Once again BLT Steak in Paradise Valley delivers a great experience. Service is excellent (Ask for Chris-He's the best), food flawless. Steaks are awesome as usual. Lobster Salad appetizer eats like a meal so if you are in the mood, just order it for dinner. Popovers were hot and delicious!! Need I say more?
Only flaw at the moment is that there is no Sommelier. There was a great Somm, a woman (name escapes me). She was great but apparently has moved on so the waitstaff is doping the wine suggesting etc…Hopefully they replace her soon. She was good!

The Man Behind the Man
We had never been here before, and the food was simply divine. Very expensive, but worth it. The popover bread was something different and so delicious and our steaks turned out perfect. We had this dessert that was a chocolate and peanut butter mousse with banana ice cream. It sounded strange, but it came highly recommended. It was a perfect pairing, and something we would order time and time again. Our service from our waiter was fine and there was nothing wrong, but our service from Eduardo, his assistant was OUTSTANDING. He was always there for our every need, and he had a charming personality that made our special occasion even more special. Eduardo was truly the best!

Staying at the JW Marriott Camelback, in Phoenix, don't miss an evening at BT - and you will have a wonderful experience. Our server, and all the servers do not miss any attention to detail. All the food was amazing - the best tuna tar-tare I have ever had. And how can you top "bone in" anything in the meat area? Even filled we shared a peanut butter dessert to die for....so save room!.

BLT Steak - Never Disappoints!
Once again I took visiting friends to BLT Steak located in the Camelback Inn and had an OUTSTANDING experience. We started in the bar for a drink at probably one of the best happy hours in town-it runs until 7pm. The dinner that followed was wonderful - how can you miss with a meal that starts with pate and warm popover? As usual, the food was fantastic with steaks cooked to perfection. The service team was spot on providing attentive service that was not over intrusive. At the end of the evening, we left with enough leftovers for another meal and popovers which warmed up beautifully for breakfast the next day. While the food is wonderful and view the best in Paradise Valley, it is the service team that makes brings me back!
