Food is always good and service
Food is always good and service even better. We shared a delicious, fresh shephard's salad topped with crumbled feta. Both ordered the fish tagine -- hot, beautifully spiced and full of fish. And, an inexpensive glass of pinot noir was just perfect with the food. The maitre de asked us to move to accommodate a larger group and when we did, two small carafes of wine appeared at our table. Classy staff!

I came here for brunch a few
I came here for brunch a few weeks ago with my boyfriend and several members of his family, and they all loved it! The food was very delicious, the service was excellent, and it was a great value as well. We're all looking forward to coming back soon!

Bodrum is the quintessential neighborhood gem as it is not too large that you feel insignificant to the scale of the space while delivering friendly service and offering classic Turkish/Mediterranean dishes. The mezze appetizer plate seemed to be a little sparse (the only negative) throughout the experience, serving size for 1-2 and we should have been advised as such.
I had the Sea Bass tagine which had excellent flavors and tasted someone's lamb tagine which also was very tasty. Looking forward to the next opportunity to try the other dishes.

We've been on a quest for
We've been on a quest for gourmet, thin-crusted pizza and were thrilled to find it here. Also really enjoyed the fish tagine, which was very different from Moroccan tagine, but very lemony and delicious. Turkish bread was excellent, too, and they serve it while you're contemplating the menu. A very nice touch. A constant irritant is restaurants that wait for you to order before serving the bread and olive oil. Are they afraid you'll eat the bread, drink the water and bolt? Anyway, Bodrum does it right. Disappointed to learn they have a narrow delivery area, so we’ll have to return to the restaurant.

Bodrum is a lovely neighborhood
Bodrum is a lovely neighborhood restaurant serving delicious, quality food at a reasonable price. The flavors of their mezze and tagine were excellent. The bread and olive oil are also wonderfully tasty and the pizza (though my friend and I didn't order one) looked divine. The service is attentive but not obtrusive and the ambience makes for a lovely meal.

Amazing, tasty, fun
Loved Bodrum. Started with a bottle of Pinot noir and labaneh for appetizer. Warm olives in oil and fresh bread were delicious. Nice atmosphere. Also ordered red lentil soup and chicken kabob. For dessert, baklavah. Enjoyed the atmosphere and good service. Also reasonably priced.

Turkish done right
Delicious moussaka highlighted a pleasant dinner. The only discordant note was the man at the adjacent, closely spaced table who clearly did not understand the basic courtesy of speaking softly in the presence of strangers (us). Good value

They're located on 88th Street but won't deliver below 82nd Street.
We'd love to order in from them but can't, Wish they'd change their delivery policy.

Excellent thin crust pizzas from wood-burning oven. Tasty Mediterranean spreads. New Turkish rose' on wine list is well priced and delicious!

Very good food at good prices
Noisy and cramped, but worth it for really good food at very reasonable prices. Excellent bread. We shared a delicious appetizer assortment. I had the lamb stew which had lots of nice, fresh vegetables. Could have had more lamb in it though.

While many of their menu items are perfect, their pizza and the wide selection of styles is unsurpasses on the Upper West Side.

Great for Brunch
Awesome sampler plate! Servers were wonderful, host was in in a rush. All in all good experience, the food is great.

Great evening at Bodrum!
Bodrum is always reliable and great to have on the Upper West Side. The food is very good and well priced. It is small and cozy and has good outdoor space if weather permits. The appetizers are very good and we did not have the pizzas, but the table next to us did--they looked great. We went on a Monday night and bottles of wine are half price. We had wine, shared a salad, four entrees and shared a dessert (three coffees) and the bill, with a very generous tip, was $40 per person. We stayed over three hours and nobody rushed us (it was a Monday).

my favorite place
I love Bodrum, and have been going for years. It's my home away from home. Really nice people (and owner, who is always there), fabulous food, warm vibe. It's real food, beautifully prepared. The lebne is to die for, but everything is delicious, all the turkish food, but also the pizza! Never had a bad meal in all the years I've been coming.

Baba ganoush to die for!!
Really cute little neighborhood spot. Thin crust pizza does not disappoint in structure or intent but a bit more kick in the sauce would be good

I love this place. The turkish coffee is superb. Bread warm. Hummus yummy. The ambiance is just right. Relaxed. Perfect.

Bodrum was a very enjoyable dining experience due to the seasoning of our varied dishes that included meats, chicken and vegetables. Service was thoughtful and prompt. This was my second visit and I will return soon.

I have always enjoyed eating
I have always enjoyed eating at Bodrum. The babaganoush + other spreads are excellent. Pizzas from the wood burning oven are tasty. There are good choices on their reasonably priced wine list.

Bodrum Turkish Mediterranean
Bodrum Turkish Mediterranean is a gem of a place -- consistently wonderful food, nice casual atmosphere and friendly service. We could eat here several nights a week and be very happy.

Best pizza on the West Side
Besides unique toppings the crust is super thin and the value unmatched .

A great neighborhood restaurant
Bodrum is in my neighborhood and is one of the best restaurants around. It is priced reasonably and has consistently good cooking. I love the Turkish selections on the menu, but everything else is good too. The pizza is also recommended. It is lovely in good weather with the outdoor tables and cozy in the winter.

Something for everyone
My 78-year old mother was concerned there would be nothing to suit her narrow palate, but she very much enjoyed her chicken dish. There are also vegetarian selections. My kafte was juicy and flavorful, and the salad and veggies fresh and delicious. We sat outside on a pleasant weekday evening and very much enjoyed our meal.

I always enjoy eating at Bodrum.
I always enjoy eating at Bodrum. I have been going there fairly regularly for 5+ years, which says something since I a . Their bread baked in the wood burning oven is delicious. Their spreads are all tasty; their babaganoush is the best I have ever tasted. They have a good wine list with a range of choices at moderate prices. Their thin crust pizza with merguez + fennel is a particular favorite.

Enjoyed every morsel. Tried Babaganoush, Kofte, Mousakka, calamari All excellent. We will be back.

I come to NYC regularly and have dined at many Turkish restaurants - a favorite cuisine - this was an excellent find -the SIGARA bareks were crispy and delicious - I also had a zucchini appetizer that was unbelievable ! Main course was lamb shank and was tender but a bit fatty but the whole meal was truly exceptional . Would recommend to anyone

one of my most favorite places
I love the relaxed ambiance -- informal and comfortable. Our waitress was personable and very friendly, and what I loved most, she didn't rush us to pay our bill. My dear friend and I enjoyed delicious food, talked, and had a wonderful time.

Bodrum is a nice experience overall
Its a pleasure to be there, you know you won't be disappointed in any aspect of the experience. Only wish it was larger

Good selection of Mediterranean
Good selection of Mediterranean offerings - Greek, Turkish, Italian at decent prices. Serving sizes were enough to satisfy and keep you going back for more. Staff was attentive and courteous, generous with their own flat bread which is great with olive oil or with the mixed appetizer plate. It is not a very big restaurant (if you don't count the sidewalk tables) and noise level indoors can be loud. It was completly full on a Thursday night and I was glad I had made a reservation through OpenTable. We arrived on-time and was immediately seated.

Excellent food, considerate service
I brought group of seven here on a Sunday night and we had a terrific experience. The food was prepared beautifully and tasted delicious. Our server was attentive and patient as we took our time to decide on dishes. We spent a good 2 hours plus here and were never made to feel that we had to go (the crowd was good, but not packed; it being early Sunday evening may have had a lot to do with that).
I've eaten here before but this time introduced five friends to the place -- and all were delighted with everything from the setting to the cost. I'll be back again many times....with friends.

Added it to my favorites
First ate at Bodrum a month earlier and did not hesitate to go there again when friends from Illinois visited. The meal was very good and the table was ready for us when we arrived. Wait staff was, as before, very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go again.

Went with group of 6, great atmosphere, service and all around the food was excellent. Not an issue with 6 hard to please diners.

Reasonable and delicious
monday nights 1/2 price bottle of wine leads to an $18 bottle of syrah... and a dinner bill that includes wine, apps, and entree for $38 a person including tip. Food is delicious.
