Beautiful Vietnamese Food
What an inventive menu. Lots of non-meat options that are amazing, like the white asparagus dumplings or the crispy spring rolls (not your run-of-the mill spring rolls). Beautiful presentation. Pho is authentic, as are all dishes I've had there. Great place.

I have attended your parallel,
I have attended your parallel, multiple of times. It had been a while since I have been in the restaurant, but the last two times I have the waitresses have not been all that friendly and I state that by their body actions. One can very easy put on a fake smile to get through work and intereact with cutomers. I deal with customers first hand as well, but when you get customers that are friendly and enjoy your service it makes the person waiting on you just as happy. With such a beautiful restaurant it is dissapointing to see a person come across not as happy and putting an act on. When you have bottomless mimosas your waitresses should not assume they are dont just because a tap is paid. Why? because we were still enjoying our time.

This was the first restaurant I went to when I moved to Denver in 2008. It's where I take all out-of-town guests because they are always charmed. I know the menu like the back of my hand: my favorite dish to share is the calamari. Nothing like you've ever experienced. If you are looking for something light yet filling, get the pho. Start it out with a moscow mule (served in a copper cup of course) and end with a Vietnamese coffee.

We had the lunch special which
We had the lunch special which included a delectable crab cake sandwich, a dressed greens salad and tomato bisque. The taste of the tomato bisque was wonderful but, it should have been a little bit hotter. It wasn't cold - it just wasn't hot like soup needs to be on cooler day. Everything was fabulous with this one exception. The service was great. The environment was (as always) very cool. The dining space is very small but, we've always been very lucky to get a table - especially during the week - especially with the help of Open Table.

Amazing food and service
Parallel Seventeen provided the best food and service we have experienced in a long time. Highly recommend the pot stickers, egg rolls and pho, just to mention a few items. Went back three times in a couple weeks and will continue to go back often.

We are a low key couple that looked for a special place to relax and reflect on 40 years of marriage and Parallel 17 provided the perfect Sunday afternoon atmosphere, drinks and food. The calamari, the crepe, pho and yellow curry were as good as anything we've had the pleasure to eat. Highly rewarding experience.

Unusual Asian Food
Claypot chicken and Duck confit were quite unusual and very delicious. Wines at 1/2 price were great! Good for all age groups and outside on a summer night was terrific!

Great HH with food to match
My wide and I decided to try I while on our way to a museum function. It happen to be during HH and eat a surprise. The fish tacos, pork bun, spring rolls and the calamari more than filled us up and all tasted great. Fish tacos were our favorite. We will be back for more.

Wonderful Dining Experience
We tried Parallel 17 based on a friend's recommendation and were very pleased that we did. Dave, our waiter, offered us great recommendations. I had the Northern Style Yellow Curry entree, which was delicious. My husband had the Double Cut Pork Chop, which was a wonderful surprise in taste combinations. I highly recommend the Five Spice Banana Spring Rolls! It was a wonderful dining experience.

Everything is delicious
This restaurant is our favorite. We have people in our family with special food needs and never have trouble finding something for everyone, and it all has so much flavor. The Pho is incredible, but my favorite is the spring rolls. They are a must.

Heard about this on "Bizarre Foods" and I was completely satisfied. Great service, Jellyfish salad was awesome, as was the pork chop and the clay pot chicken.

Went for Happy Hour and loved it ! Fish tacos, spring rolls and pork buns were all delicious. Also they have the most addictive pomme frites in town. Can't wait to return.

Good food but few entrees
P-17 has a nice environment with excellent service. The menu is too 'tapa-centric' for me. The food is heavily influenced by Vietnamese cuisine, there are very few entrees. You pick from a variety of appetizers and small plates. My wife loves this type of menu; I do not. I really wanted an entrée, but there were only about five to choose from. Her food was delicious and mine was good. I had tuna tacos tartare which was quite good. The salad with vermicelli noodles, roasted pistachios and chicken was interesting, but nothing special.
P-17 definitely has gotten creative in the offerings, perhaps too much so. Prices are fairly expensive so be sure you want to graze and look at the menu before arriving.

Best uptown find
If you have never tried P-17 its a DONT MISS destination. I have been several time and you cant go wrong no matter what you select from the menu. Its worth the drive from any destination. A friend from Philadelphia was in town and she really enjoyed this destination.

I am a pho fanatic so I had to try it. Unfortunately, it was the one thing of the 5 we ordered that was mediocre. The creeps, quinoa salad, and banana dessert were exceptional however.

P17 is one of my local favorites!
I've been coming to P17 since they opened 8 years ago and never left disappointed. They have a great lunch menu including bottomless pho, are a wonderful spot to meet friends for weekend brunch (amazing bottomless mimosa's) and a fantastic location for a romantic dinner date! They have a stellar patio, offer monthly wine dinners, cooking classes, they are kid friendly, and they have TV’s if you want to catch a game. They are just all around the BEST!

Don't miss the wine dinners
Parallel 17 has wonderful wine dinners once a month. The dinner consists of four courses served with a different wine for each course. We've been to a number of them, the food is always exceptional and the wines are good. The price can't be beat at only $35 per person!

Chicken and Waffles!
We were able to hit up P-17 on several occasions before this visit and have had similar experiences to this one.
We knew we wanted to hit up bottomless mimosas with friends somewhere centrally located in the city with a patio. Boom. P-17 is that spot!
Shared apps: Beet Tartare, Chicken Potstickers
Shared Drinks: Bottomless Mango, Guava, Strawberry, OG Orange mimosas. (PS - they also have bottomless beer and bloody marys!)
Party of four; foodies and imbibers we are . . . We had little to no criticisms about the appetizers and/or drinks. Our waitress took great care of us and we really appreciated the intimate vibe and ambiance of this establishment.
Will be back soon . .

Found this gem through OT. We were visiting Denver and invited a local friend to join us for Sunday brunch. We arrived at 10 and were the only ones in the place. By the time we left at noon it was packed with people sitting outside. The menu is a deal. Three courses for $20. I had the lettuce wraps and my partner had the pot stickers. Both had unique flavors and convinced us that Asian fusion for brunch was the right choice. Second course was Vietnamese chicken sandwich. It was loaded with thin pieces of chicken that had been grilled with a spicy sauce. What a wonderful way to wake up. It was huge. Had to take half home. Grapefruit cotton candy was interesting enough to have again. Attentive service, fun interesting food.

Birthday Brunch Funtastic
My girlfriends an I went to Parallel 17 to celebrate a birthday and catch up. The food was delicious (stuffed french toast, sweet potato hash, and chicken fritters and waffles). Average cost for Brunch items is $12. They also have a great refillable mimosa or Bloody Mary (they also have a Bacon Bloody Mary!!) option - $14. Its very cozy inside-too chilly to eat on the great patio. Im thinking this would be a great people watching patio this next summer! The service was kind and knowledgeable. We will definately be going back again, soon. The only thing I would change is the portions on the chicken/waffles, it was a bit on the dinky side, it would have been perfect with an addition of eggs or a fruit salad or something. All in all a winner!!

Novel and Delicious Menus
Small plates and entrees all very interesting - and well executed! I hope they can expand - table placement was tight!

Excellent food and wine/drinks
We tried the 3 course tasting menu and it was excellent. We asked our server to select the wine pairings for us and she did an outstanding job. The food was excellent and the portions were quite large for a tasting menu. I would definitely go back. I took my husband there for his birthday. Neither of us had been there before but wanted to try it. Definitely glad we did. It is very close quarters and not at all romantic given the close proximity of the tables to one another and the noise level/seating arrangements are not great - trying to maximize seating for a small space. I recommend the restaurant but likely not for special occasions if you are looking for a quiet spot or enjoy a nice conversation.

Pleases as always
It had been a little while since we'd been to Parallel Seventeen, but it was creative as we'd remembered. And the appetizers were full-sized too.

Monthly wine dinner
P17's monthly wine dinner is wonderful. Four courses with four wines at a very reasonable price. We've been going nearly every month and each month is incredible. The four courses are always delicious and very interesting. This month was no exception. You just can't go wrong. The entree was salmon on an incredible green curry sauce that was fantastic. The individual soufflé dessert was so delicious. If you haven't done the wine dinner at p17 yet, don't hesitate!
