The food and the ambiance
The food and the ambiance were excellent. The service was overall good, but a bit slow at times as it seemed our waiter was handling a large party at another table simultaneously and that seemed to take all his attention

Great food and friendly service
Great food and friendly service with modern, comfortable ambience. An innovative menu of well-prepared cuisine has given my family and friends a number of memorable dining experiences. Whether main courses, or a combination of starters, or the excellent choice of wines and creative desserts, knowledgeable servers deliver a full table of "can't wait to come back" -- to Leonora and Vail!

Wonderful, esp if you like tapas
Our experience here was fantastic on all fronts: great service, lovely restaurant, fantastic food. Three of us shared a number of small plates and three desserts. Our favorite dessert: the white chocolate soup. It is melted white chocolate poured over a dome of milk chocolate with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and berries underneath. It all melts together into a wonderful soupy dessert. Also had the baked alaska which was wonderful but not quite as wonderful as the white chocolate soup. Our favorite small plates: the tuna tartare, the asparagus tempura, the flatbread that was like a margherita pizza (this is the size of maybe a 12" pizza--perfect for splitting among the three of us with all the other food). Daniel was our waiter--very good!

Food was terrific ,lots of variety and small plates gave you opportunity to try a number of different items.
Priced reasonably for a high end restaurant with excellent food!
Would go back in a minute.

We had a fantastic experience at Leonora from beginning to end. every person working there from the person who seated us to our waiter and the support staff -- were spot on. The food was exceptionally lovely. We enjoyed the sliders, cheese plate, bread salad, strawberry salad and steak -- a wide variety of dishes all beautifully prepared and delicious. One of our sons ordered coffee creme brûlée for dessert and it was as good as the items from the main menu.
We loved sitting outside. They are pet friendly and even have a dog and cat menu.

Food was not as great as I
Food was not as great as I would expected. Fish was fresh but the pig was sub-par. Service was great, hotel and ambience also!

Leonora provides excellent cuisine, attentive and friendly service in
an exciting interior setting. Food preparation at Leonora is an art form,
enhancing an almost hypnotic immersion in atmosphere and comfort.
Tapas and appetizers, are substantial, and main courses deliver a
a memorable dining experience. Don't miss Leonora's amazing lamb,
and the desserts, especially the unusual cheesecake, are sublime.
A world-class chef, an understanding restaurant manager, and servers
who really care about food preparation and allergies, make dinner at Leonora
an exceptional pleasure.

We visited on a Monday night in the off season. It was pretty dead. The Sebastian, their bar, Frost, and Leonora are beautiful.....great decor and art. We will go back again during the peak ski season.

We were so happy to have discovered this gorgeous restaurant with gourmet food. Contemporary, chic setting in warm earth tones, unbelievable food presentations with tastes to match. We had the three course prix fixed menu which was a great deal and the food was exceptional. Since it was our anniversary, they also poured us complimentary champagne, a very nice touch. The server was very knowledgeable and experienced. This is a must if you are looking for a nicer restaurant to dine at. I would say it's also the prettiest restaurant in Vail.

Great food and service
Went in the off season for a prix fixe menu. Everything was very good although I think they keep it very simple this time of year. I bet the winter menu will blow you away. The "house" wine was terrible jug wine that sells for $4/bottle. Skip that and pay for something better. Overall good food and service.

i took a group of 4. wanted something a little different, as most of us work in the restaurant industry. we opted for the the 3 course prefix dinner, and ordered a few additional apps. we enjoyed the calamari and the fried olives. Most of us chose the steak entree and we all enjoyed that dish. However, the potato portion was a bit underwhelming. The prefix was a great deal considering a glass of wine and 3 courses were included. My only suggestion would be to include more than two entree options. Although the prefix menu streamlines food prep, it doesnt showcase enough of what the chef can do. Our sever was exceedingly accommodating and prompt. he really enhanced the dining experience. all left happy and impressed with our experience.

Trendy, intimate and exceptional
In Sebastian Hotel, tiny space (15 tables)offers superb service, trendy atmosphere, hipster crowds. specialty drink menu yielded the Antioxidant, fresh citrus, pomegranate raspberry liquor, vodka. Fixed price dinner menu limited. Kobe sliders succulent, crispy sweet potato fries. simple greens salad was huge, plenty big to share. Hanger steak done perfectly, incredible tempura veggies, overly rich dabs of potato confit that did not add to the plate. Partner's 5 ounce portion of Atlantic salmon (fixed price menu), cannelloni/kale, tasty but ordinary. Baked Alaska had bland, chewy bottom;peppermint ice cream, chocolate mousse and cookie crumbs very delicious. reservations a must. Come to sample tapas, Spanish sangria. Service was perfect!
