ING cannot be beat for imaginative
ING cannot be beat for imaginative food at a reasonable cost. 10 courses of great food with drink pairings for around $100 is a deal in Chicago. What really makes ING stand out to me is the food, which far exceeds the food at many higher priced restaurants I have tried.

Try something new
The tasting menu was filled with such a wide variety of taste it was to pick a favorite. They meaning iNG played with your senses in a fun and interesting way. I would highly recommend this place.

Unique, fascinating, edgy. Mixologist, Emilia is a superstar. Created non-alchoholic pairings for each incredible course since I do not drink. Flavored Tripping is wild and Chef Cantu's molecular gastronomy is wild. Highly recommended.

Like eating @ Willy Wonka's Factory
This place is absolutely amazing. Feels like fine dining combined with the magic of something out of Willy Wonka's chocolate factory. Definitely a must do at least once in your life, and with different options ranging from $70 to $105 per person I felt like I definitely recieved value. Yes it is pricey, but it was dinner and a show combined in one and a truly memorable experience.

Best meal of my life!
Absolutely one of the best meals of my life! Each course (we had 10) was more extravagant then the next. The flavors were amazing, and flavor tripping was amazing! The food is fun and inventive while being brilliantly delicious. The staff was top notch and incredibly accommodating! I can't pick a favorite part because everything was excellent!

This was definitely an interesting
This was definitely an interesting place!! The miracle berry sour to sweet was a neat experience.
We did the 10 course dinner with drink pairings. The food was delicious, the drinks were just ok.
The service was outstanding.

Wonder Years Menu Rocks!
My wife and I had such a fun double-date at iNG for the new Wonder Years menu; really fun menu that will bring you back to childhood. Enjoyed all ten courses with a few stellar dishes including the duck n' waffles, the salad course and the banana split dessert. With the miracle berry the desserts are actually fairly healthy, so you can consume ten courses guilt free! Nice ambiance and as always the iNG staff will truly pamper you; such a wonderful group of people. Really enjoyed the included pairings as well (variety of wines, craft beers and some whimsical cocktails). This is not just a great meal, but a true dining experience; this menu is not to be missed!

This was our second trip to
This was our second trip to iNG and I can't recommend it enough. Our first time was NYE, we were blown away then, and wanted to see how they did on a 'regular' night. We've been to a lot of the great restaurants in Chicago (Next, Alinea, Spiaggia, etc.) and this ranks right up there with them for less money and in a far less stuffy atmosphere! The wine/alcohol pairings are hands-down the best I've ever had. Looking forward to next time.

What a treat!
The food was a wonderful blend of flavors and a feast for the palate as well as for the eye. All of the servers were very professional, knowledgeable and genuinely seemed to enjoy themselves. There were ten courses; my son had them with the alcoholic beverages and the bartender made special non alcoholic beverages for me what were creative treats as well. From appetizer, soup, two entrees and four desserts, I was very full but still did not want the experience to end. My son is a hospitality major at Kendall College who chose iNG among any restaurant in Chicago when I came to visit. This exceeded our expectations!

Thanks, it was wonderful!!!!
Everything we drank and ate was amazing. We especially liked the duck & waffles and the bannana split courses. The drink pairings really accentuated the food. It was a fun and tasty dining experience. My son had the non-alcoholic drink pairings and they were amazing. The bartender should receive a PhD in mixology for their creativity and bold flavors.

Great service with fun and delicious food. It is not just dinner, it is an experience. You can tell that the manager truly cares about his restaurant.

Innovative and fun food
I had "The Wonder Years" menu at iNG, based off dishes from Chef Cantu's childhood. Some of my favorite courses were the duck waffles and banana split course, as well as the Hidden Valley ranch dressing inspired course, and I don't even like ranch dressing! Miracle berries are strategically used a couple times through the meal so you'll "flavor trip" on the first course as well as the duck waffles. Service was just incredible, very on point, friendly, knowledgeable and not at all overbearing. I could appreciate the whimsy and thoughtfulness that went into creating each course, even those I did not particularly enjoy flavor-wise. They'll be switching menus soon and I can't wait to see what the new theme will be. I'd definitely come back!

Staff were extremely accommodating, informative and attentive, but way too serious-- they need to lighten up and stop taking themselves so seriously-- dining out is supposed to be fun!!

It was an interesting excursion in the world of chemistry in the food. We enjoyed miraculously changing taste of food, the explanations, the creativity, the presentation, the vibe of the place, - EVERYTHING!..BUT both of us agreed that we are not sure if we'd like to repeat this experience any time soon. Don't ask why because we don't know what was missing there for us. Maybe we are not those fanatic foodies that are crazy about all this chemistry stuff. Maybe be it's us, not them... But nothing WOWed us enough to rush back and experiencing "miracle berry" once was quite enough for us. Maybe for you it will be different, so go and taste for yourself, but for us it was one time pleasure.

When culinary meets chemistry=FUN
This is our second time to iNG and it continues to be fun and innovative, The menu was based, albeit loosely!, on childhood favorites and we marvel at the twists of the chefs' minds. A favorite was the "alphabet soup". And the drink pairings were also well thought out. We especially liked the root beer float concocted with Makers Mark. This is an event dinner with excellent pacing and perfect for foodies to exclaim at the creativeness. Not for fans of large portions and familiar presentations

The Wonder Years Menu. Superb
After dinning in several of Chicago's hot spots...we finally ventured to iNG."The Wonder Years," menu was a blast from the past. Each course has unique elements that converged to create so many different, complimentary flavors. Every bite was a flavor adventure, while maintaining the depth & balance of the overall dish. The cocktail pairings were inventive & creative without being over-the-top. Our server was amazingly helpful, friendly, & attentive. iNG is definitely worth the splurge & an incredible experience.

I wish I lived in Chicago so I could go every new menu!

ING does it again!
Love the creative menus and great tasting food at ING. Their new "Street Food" menu is wonderful. Service is attentive and friendly. Overall, a great dining experience.

LOVED the Street Food Menu!
iNG has a new executive chef and pastry chef and they have created an amazing menu featuring street foods from around the world. I have made it to all of iNG's tasting menus, and this one is ranks among the very best. Outstanding savories, sweets and pairings (the beverage pairings are included with the cost of the meal and feature a variety of cocktails, wines and craft beers -$105 per/person for ten courses and eight pairings; six course also available). As always service at iNG is top notch; professional and attentive yet extremely friendly and there is such a comfortable, fun ambiance at iNG. This menu is a must - in fact we loved it so much we have already reserved a return trip! Two big thumbs up to iNG for the Street Food menu.

Fun & Fantastic
iNG definitely is the champion for fun tasting menus with pairings at a great value. All courses were amazingly concentrated in flavor.

Street Fare degustation
An enjoyable array of delicious deconstructed dishes from around the world. Tough to choose a favorite but we especially enjoyed the Spanish elotes, crabmeat, and dessert. Everything here is so beautifully presented and unusual. If in doubt, have a look at their youtube video about the current menu/cuisine. Bon appetit!

Didn't really know what to expect. This place isn't fine-dining more casual-dining. Still Chef Cantu took 10 simple street food dishes & deconstructed them all with great presentation & flavor. The beverage program here throughly impressed me. Overall a fantastic experience. I can see 1 Michelin star in the future.

Amazing cutting-edge cuisine
The concept at iNG is a tasting menu that changes every couple of months & is built around a theme. The current theme is street food. The 10-course menu includes deconstructed and re-imagined street food from Thailand, Mexico, the US, the Middle East, Italy, Korea & China. The "Poor Man's Lobster Roll, for example, is a perfectly sautéed piece of Monkfish with a purple potato salad, celery root sauce, fried celery root and croutons, all arranged into a work of art on the plate. In fact, every plate is is arranged so artfully that you want to take a picture. Most importantly, each dish was absolutely delicious - flavorful and a great blend of flavors. Beverage pairings included not just wine, but cocktails & beer as well. Music a bit loud.

We had to come for the "international street food" menu, and we were not disappointed! IMO, the best way to get the most out of your meal is to talk to you servers, ask questions, be curious.

Best tasting menu we've experienced
My wife and I enjoy seeking-out tasting menus. We've found great ones in Paris, Zurich, NYC and Chicago. iNG topped them all at a most pleasant price!

Another Amazing Dinner at iNG
I loved the Street Food themed menu so much at iNG when it first started that I returned last night for a second time. I am so glad that I did; while the meal was phenomenal the first time, they made some tweaks and somehow managed to make it even better! I loved all ten courses and really enjoyed the beverage pairings as well (variety of wines, craft beers and craft cocktails). As always the staff at iNG is amazing; attentive and knowledgeable, yet so friendly and down to earth. Eating at iNG is not just a great meal, but is an entertaining and memorable dining experience. I already have my next reservation booked and cannot wait to see what this creative and talented team comes up with next.

We Went Flavor Tripping!
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Street Foods from around the world. The food was fun and full of flavor, the beverage pairings worked with each course, and the service was excellent. They also present my wife with a fun science experiment for her birthday.

Wonderful evening at iNG. Always appreciate how pleasant and welcoming the staff are from the very start as they welcome you at the door. As expected a very inventive Street Food menu. The favorite at the table was the outstanding rice dumpling served in a takeout box. Papaya crab-lime, falafel and baba ganoush, and churro were excellent as well. Only complaint was that the pork in the Fork Roast and the Korean barbeque preparations were excessively salty and were served as consecutive courses. Our server was very knowledgeable, cordial, and brought out a special course to accommodate dietary restrictions. Looking forward to going back for the next menu.

we really enjoyed our experience
we really enjoyed our experience at iNG and thought all of the courses were presented beautifully and that the overall presentation was very appealing. The disappointing part of the experience was the size of each course. Some people in our party left feeling hungry and had the need to have a snack upon returning back home. They felt they had eaten ten appetizers. Perhaps a larger portion on the plate would be more satisfying to the patrons who are paying large dollars to have this dining experience.

A great experience
We dined at ING over the weekend and had a great meal start to finish. It was on par for us with Fat Duck outside of London and outshines it's overrated neighbor (NEXT) by far. My advice to serious foodies in Chicago - don't miss this! This is world class dining in a warm and casual, yet elegant, atmosphere. Service was warm, efficient, and knowledgable - the food was very tasty and the use of interesting combinations was executed flawlessly. We dined with a family member who travels extensively and has dined at the finest restaurants in the world - he was impressed with ING and we will all be returning when the menu changes in November.

Proposal of epic proportions
Trevor was extremely accommodating and made sure that not only the food was memorable, but was able to help with a proposal at the end of the meal by using some moto inspired showmanship by using a balloon deflated with liquid nitrogen. Highly recommend this place, and enjoyed the cuisine immensely
