We went for brunch and really enjoyed ourselves. The Pork Belly Benedict is really delicious. Their special Bloody Marys are delightful. And the general vibe is chill, which isn't the easiest thing to find in the West Village. Service is quick and full of good humor. Recommend!

We walked in before our reservation and they sat us early. Walking us through the bar area, between the din of an after office happy hour I thought, "This din is going to kill any sort of romantic mood" - - Fast forward 30 minutes and the happy hour crowd and been replaced by 2x2 tables full of eager diners, the lights had been dimmed and the candles were doing their magic. Place ended up having a great ambiance...which was then completely upstaged by the food. Holy Schnikes! My wife and I had 4 apps and remarked "'there wasn't a single thing wrong with any of those dishes" - - The Pork Belly is TO DIE FOR!
new favorite drink - Your So Cool cocktail of d.h.krahn gin, watermelon, lime, jalepeño, mint - - so good, we had 2!

I don't know when Swine opened, but I'm so glad they did!
Seriously stupid good pork here. We had the pork belly appetizer which was wonderfully seasoned and nicely crispy on top and bottom but super moist in the middle just as pork belly should be. We had the Pulled pork sandwich, the burger with bone marrow, and even the plate of housemade pickled vegetables were spot on. We will be going here again and again. Not to mention whoever picked the music Wednesday night the 28th of August should make the soundtrack for life. Serious good music. Love!

We had a reservation for 8:15 on a Saturday night, but came almost a half hour early thinking we could drink at the bar if our table wasn't ready, but it was, and the helpful waitress seated us right away. The cocktails were interesting and tasty, and the food was great, especially the watermelon salad, yum! Music was fun, lots of Britpop.

My favorite burger
A brisket burger with bone marrow! GET IT. I almost hate to focus on the burger because Swine is so much more than that. What I really love is all the small dishes, and I recommend getting an assortment of them for the table and sharing them so you can try as many as possible. Be sure to get something with pork at some point in your meal.

The Monday night half price bottles were great. The pork chop outstanding and the flour less chocolate cake was perfect.

I chose swine cause it was one of the few restaurants that accepted reservations for a party of 12 on a friday night, and we had a great experience!!! Great ambiance and amazing food!! Would def go back!

one of the best burgers ever ...
My wife and I were craving a more "carnivorous" meal after trading the BBQ of St. Louis/Kansas City for seafood in Providence. The bacon fat cashews were marvelous while the white bean anchovy crostini were fine but the ratio of white bean to anchovy was a bit desiring. We also had the duck prosciutto with ricotta and strawberry which was fantastic (though perhaps the ricotta wasn't essential.) The brisket and bone marrow burger topped with Tarentaise cheese is mind-blowingly flavorful and the bun is perfectly proportioned. Easily one of the top 3 burgers I've ever had (and I've had 'em from Kauai to Cambridge.) A noisy, bustling atmosphere but it doesn't need to be quiet given the cuisine. The service was friendly and efficient.

Good but not great
I was very excited to try Swine as my husband loves all things pork-related. If I see pork belly on a menu I know we have to go. However, as soon as we arrived rather early on a Saturday night we were informed that they were out of the pork belly and had only 2 of the pork chop left. That was disappointing and the serve was slow but everything else was right on point. My husband di end up getting one of the last pork chops and it was juicy and fantastic. Next time I think I'll try brunch instead.

Pig Newton a hit
Thought the menu was interesting and execution was good. Lots to choose from even if you weren't in the mood for swine.

While the service was a bit slow (it didn't matter to me, I was in no rush, and the waiter was cute and apologetic about it), the burger MORE than made up for it. It melted in my mouth and even the chipotle dipping sauce was delicious. It was also the perfect size, not too big so I could still have a fun night out after eating it. Really liked the back tables for two.

Food was great- the deviled eggs required a second order- spicy and delicious! Pulled pork and short ribs were perfectly prepared! We we're sat upstairs in the bar which was not really conducive to a full blown meal but we made it work. If you go for dinner vs a bite ask to fit downstairs where it's more a proper dining room. Drinks are focused on whiskey but the wine list was decent.

Delicious and Fun!
After a disastrous cab ride through traffic and a terrible rain storm, our party arrived at Swine in a pretty terrible mood. We were greeted and seated quickly with drinks offered, quickly made, and delivered -- I recommend the Pig and Fig Old Fashioned! The meal continued in form, fun and delicious - we loved the Potato Chip Nacho starter and all of our meals were great, including pulled pork, brisket and bone marrow burger and a yummy salad. The stand out on the table, however, was the pork chop - words cannot describe the deliciousness of it all.
My only complaint is that they were out of the bacon fat cashews, which I was excited to try. Nonetheless, a highly recommended upscale casual meal!!

The food was amazing and the portions were big! Our server was so helpful from helping with wine selection to describing in detail all of the great food offered on the menu. It was a great night and I will definitely be back

Really was pleasantly surprised by the food and service here. In a fabulous neighborhood to explore before and after dinner too! Drinks were very unique and the food of great quality.
