We chose Ciccio as a spot to try before attending a play i Soho. It turned out to be a great choice. The waitstaff were friendly and very knowledgeable about their menu. The food was simple Italian fare, but done meticulously. We will definitely return.

Lovely food, nice ambience
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for ambiance is that the place is a little noisy. I've been here before when it was less crowded and it wasn't so bad, but on a busy night I found it hard to have a conversation. But the servers were all super charming, the food is delicious and it's a lovely little neighborhood spot. I'll definitely go back!

Truly the type of a hidden
Truly the type of a hidden gem of a restaurant that characterizes the best in New York dining.
While the food itself is great, the warmth of the owners and staff make this a special, don't miss dining experience.

Nicely done! Good solid cooking
Nicely done! Good solid cooking at a very reasonable price. The service staff was friendly without being intrusive, and very knowledgable.

Small and run by a team of bustling Italians, Ciiccio has a very fun and intimate ambiance. The menu is not large, with plates to share, a few soups and salads, some pasta options and a couple of larger plates. This makes sense given the small kitchen and dinning space. Roasted carrot salad was very good, as was the vegetarian lasagna (think light and not smothered in sauce). We also enjoyed the fish/shellfish stew. One knock is the very limited Italian wine list.

Real Italian food
We had a group of 7. Don't think you could fit a group much bigger in this little restaurant. The breadsticks were great. The meatballs and pasta fresh. I was too full for dessert.

Fantastic little Italian gem!
This restaurant is a tiny little gem of an Italian restaurant which reminded my friend if her time in Italy. Everyone dining here seemed to be having the best time! The food was delicious! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that OpenTable screwed up and overbooked the restaurant so that we had to wait over 1.5 hours to be seated. However, the staff did the best they could and comp'd us drinks and appetizers at a little table in the bar area. We were pleased that they made the best of a bad situation.
Would recommend the restaurant highly to all!!!

Eat in NYC - Feel like in Italy!
This is my new favorite place to eat Italian in NYC! the food is delicious, the place is so romantic, great service, good wine... everyone i take there love it too! I had the eggplant for appetizer which was amazing, than the gnocchi which is home made and gluten free and my friend had the pappardella which he said was amazing (i didnt try, im a vegetarian), we also had a very good wine and divine tiramisu in the end. It was suppose to be one of those quick meals and we ended up staying there for 3 hours. The chef is a young Italian and he make everything home made, good old fashion way, and you feel it on the taste. Highly recommended!

Great Food, Questionable Service
I took a few of my friends to this restaurant, wanting to give them bank for their buck. The ambiance was fantastic, the menu selection was great and the alcohol selection was fine too. Our meals were delicious, and the service speed for the meals was pretty good. The issue came at the end when it came time to pay the bill. We had not requested to split the check, but figured that once we did receive the check that it would be easy so split if we clearly labelled whose meal belonged to who. That was not the case. The server confused who was paying for which meal, and we spent about 30 minutes trying to clear up what had happened. It was quite frustrating
Other than this moment, everything about the restaurant was a solid experience.

Lovely and delicious food
The ambiance was wonderful and the service exceptionally good. This was topped by the amazingly delicious food served. We had the burrata salad followed by the ravioli and gnocci. All of them were excellent. Finally we ordered tiramisu and got a giant slice that tasted wonderful. Thank you Ciccio for a wonderful dinner.
