We came early on Sunday with kids: the restaurant is well set up for kids (and other diners who understandably want nothing to do with them) because it's large so you can keep family parties in one section. The food was great, service very efficient and pleasant.

It is a fun way to put a twist
It is a fun way to put a twist on a pizza night and taste topppings you wouldn't normally find on a pizza/flatbread. We used to live in Burlington, Vermont, and frequented the Burlington Hearth quite often. The Tribeca Heart has a more NYC feel, but was equally as great and enjoyable. It is dark and cozy, and perfect for a cold winter's night. (Although, I enjoy flatbread so much I would visit every season of the year, not just winter.) The evolution salad is also one of my favorite salads on earth. It is a dinner that is sure to please any pallet and a fun dining experience. Make sure you go half and half on your flatbread, too. It is a great way to try more of their innovative flavors.

We enjoyed the food very much
We enjoyed the food very much and our waiter was very helpful. Unfortunately, we were told by a manager that we had to pay $45 to eat cupcakes at our table- not for any kind of cake-cutting service, just literally to eat our cupcakes. That was a bit disappointing.

I am a long time patron of Flatbread in Warren Vermont. Spending most Saturday nights there after a day of skiing at Sugrabush. That being said... the food was as expected... wonderful...

Great pizza! Lots of different combos available. Friendly service and quality food. Had the vegan pizza (added kalamata olives and onion) and loved it!

Great Food! Very reasonably priced!
I love this place...most particularly the food. The flatbread itself is a great thin crust but the toppings are what make the difference here between this and any other purveyors of thin crust pizza. And there's a Winter Salad with pecans and a citrus dressing that's out of this world--I'm sorry to see Winter end for only one reason: this salad likely goes off the menu soon. So hurry!

Great for groups and parties!
I had a 10-person birthday gathering for my husband and the staff was SENSATIONAL. Our guests had never been to a Flatbread before and they were all impressed. We split 5 flatbreads between the group and the favorite was the Pear Bread. I recommend for both a dinner for two, or a large group. Great job! It really was a pleasure.

The food is amazing. Just as good as the flagship store in Vermont. Better than pizza in little Italy, or anywhere some might say. On top of it, it's all organic, farm to table and GMO-free! There is no better place for pizza, period.

This is a great spot for a casual but delicious meal before going to an event at the Tribeca Y across the street. The service was very friendly and the flatbread was yummy and plentiful. Definitely a good alternative to the very pricey restaurants nearby.

Delicious thin-crust pizza and beer
We had the Medicine Wheel pizza, which is a basic pizza with homemade tomato sauce, mozzarella and other cheeses. We added heirloom cherry tomatoes and mushrooms. It was delicious! The pizza is baked in a wood-fired oven. Several beers on draft are available. We checked in on foursquare and there was even an offer for Vermont beer. Service was friendly, helpful, and attentive. We would definitely go back.

Had a nice easy dinner. Wait staff was attentive but not constantly at the table. If you are in a hurry you should let tm know, but we liked that we weren't rushed through dinner.

An intriguing blend of specialty
An intriguing blend of specialty pizzas, which is a welcome respite from the dime-a-dozen NYC pizza shops. Focus is on balanced flavor profiles, sourced from local and responsible growers. A fairly decent craft beer list which, also focuses on the smaller, local breweries (I would have liked to have seen more Vermont beers on the list, given the restaurant's roots). All in all a quite enjoyable place.

Our first experience with American Flatbread was during a visit to Burlington, Vermont. I was pleased to learn a NY branch had opened. The pizzas on offer are diverse with interesting combinations. The salads are also top notch. Evrything is very fresh. Although I don't get the extensive (and often expensive) wine list—maybe the high roller Tribeca denizens don't find it pricey—the beer list is just as extensive and reasonably priced. This would be a great place for a large group. I live in Park Slope and Ithink this place blows the precious Franny's away on price. I'd rather make the trip to Tribeca.

Excellent pizza choices. Something for everyone to enjoy and not feel guilty about because they use all natural and organic ingredients. We need more restaurants like this!

This was my first time at the TriBeCa location. In short, it was a NYC style location. The atmosphere was very different tom the Burlington, VT location. Once I bit into the New Vermont Sausage, it was just as good. I wish I could have gotten the Zero Gravity beer I'm so used to having. Maybe in the future?!
Overall, it was amazing and I will return again.

I've been to Flatbreads in NYC several times now, each time the food is very good. Love the Medicine Wheel and Cheese and Herb pizzas best. Love that they have gluten free crusts. Love the Revolution salad. Servers are accommodating with allergies and very nice too. I plan to go back many more times.

Delicious brick oven pizza
If you love brick oven pizza, then you should dine at American Flatbread. The food here is good. There are even gluten free options.

A little bit if Vermont in NY
Had my first experience With American Flatbread while skiing in Vermont many years ago and always made sure to plan two dinners there every trip. So I was excited to hear that the TriBeCa location opened. The pizza was delicious - just had a regular pie - I am not into the fancy pies although the pie with the figs sounded really good- I had to stick with what I traditionally ordered. So.... I must say that although it was delicious--it wasn't exactly the same as what I got in Vermont-- they really set the bar high there. That said, I highly recommend Amerrican Flatbread - diverse flatbread options, great wine list and friendly service.

Great food. Nice staff.
We were a party of 5. We ordered 3 salads and 3 various flatbreads, the vegan and margarita pzza were delicious. The turkey netball was not cooked enough, meat tasted rare. We were all full when we left. Prices are reasonable for food in the area.

Having experienced the original American Flatbread Pizza, I can say that the adaptation for NYC has been successful. The ambience is calming and quiet, and the openness of the space is very comfortable. The staff are polite and capable, and provide an interactive atmosphere that accompanies the good service. Children are no problem because of the open space and the attitude of the staff, and it even seems to be a comforting influence-or maybe they're just all quiet children :-)
Enjoyed dinner there with my family, and would absolutely recommend it for anyone looking for good food, good service and a great atmosphere - and I think that's most everyone in NYC. Good job guys!

Vermont in the Big Apple!
We've been to the Waitsfield and Burlington restaurants and thought we would try out TriBeCa Hearth this week. It was awesome...and made us long to return to Vermont!! Thanks TriBeCa Hearth

about 6th time i've been to this restaurant. service is always good and they are attentive.
we actually decided to sit at the bar and eat because the dining area was louder.
the overall quality of the food is very good. i wanted a margarita pizza which they took off the menu, but they
did try to provide, but it seems they don't keep fresh basil on hand. i wouldn't call it classic italian, but i guess
that's why it's called american flatbread.
another note, is that my wife loved their previous gluten-free pizza, but it seems they've switched the recipe, due to what
the manager explained that the previous dough made it too costly (um, isn't the average price of a condo about a million dollars in tribeca?). we gave our feedback to the manager

American Flatbreads is great!
Awesome take on farm-to-table, is a great casual dining experience for pairs or groups. The spacious interior is well-designed, and matched by a small but excellent beer list. It's the sort of place where anyone can find something they love, all at a reasonable price.

They aim to please here. Flatbreads, salads, and nice simple wine list.

The food is amazing but the service is still awful. I don't think this place has quite got their service figured out. However, the food is so amazing I can't help but keep coming back and hoping they improve the service. Their pizzas rank as some of the best I have had in ny since I moved here 10 years ago!

A typical food transformed into a truly artistic meal. Tribeca Hearth elevates pizza from street food to something much more. From the ingredients to the atmosphere, to the local energy pulsing through the restaurant, TH has truly imprinted itself on the neighborhood. Fantastic meal, terrific service this place should remain a heavy hitter in the area for quite some time!!

Farm to table pizza
Love going to American Flatbread up in Vermont near Sugarbush, so was ecstatic when they opened a Manhattan outpost. Although not the same ambiance as Vermont, for instance, no outdoor fire pit, still fabulous pizza with amazing salads! The turkey meatball appetizer melted in our mouth. We saved some of the 3 meatballs to place on the pizza. Superb!

Fantastic, truly astonishing
Fantastic, truly astonishing pizza.
Perfectly crispy and the flavor of the wood-fire seeps into every bite.
You can tell these chefs have mastered their craft.

Great place for a team lunch
On a rainy day, my workmates and I had a great lunch at American Flatbread. We shared a variety of pizza which came quickly. We all can't wait to return.

Loved everything about it!
We went with a coupon from PULSD and everything was amazing. The service was just perfect with a lovely waitress that couldn't have been more attentive. The turkey meatballs were amazing as was the quinoa salad. Pizzas were delicious. The sausage and pulled pork were our choices and the individual portions were huge.
Even got dessert with the offer and a bottle of wine as well.
We cannot wait to go back!
