Chef Harold Dieterle and Alicia Nosenzo, co-owners of the acclaimed West Village restaurants Perilla and Kin Shop, will open The Marrow at 99 Bank Street in the West Village. The restaurant will feature a contemporary German and Italian menu, inspired by Chef Dieterle's ethnic heritage. Guests can expect a wine program featuring nearly 400 bottles with an emphasis on German, Austrian, and Italian producers.
