FABBRICA, Italian for "factory", is the latest addition to Williamsburg dining scene. Our name is an homage to the neighborhood's glorious industrial past, with Domino Factory being its staple.
FABBRICA's Executive Chef, Simone Bonelli, is a master of innovative Italian cuisine and an advocate for highest quality local ingredients. He has established a reputation as a talented Molecular Gastronomist and has been praised by New York Times' Frank Bruni.
FABBRICA's vast factory-like theatrical space decorated by a local artist is the perfect venue for as many as 200 of your guests. We partnered with local musicians who are featuring their best works live here at FABBRICA.
FABBRICA also features an authentic Italian coffee shop in partnership with Lavazza, as well as a pastry shop and a gelateria.
We are looking forward to making your event special and will be happy to accommodate any requests!
