Samba Brazilian Steak House offers a unique and exciting dining experience for any special occasion or event. The semi-private dining rooms provide an area separated from the main dining space but still open enough to experience the energy of The Mirage. The Rodizio menu is the ultimate all-you-can-eat barbecue, offering unlimited portions of marinated meats, and poultry skewered and slowly roasted over coals in a special Brazilian rotisserie. These items are served with traditional side dishes of black beans and rice, sweet fried plantains, creamed spinach, farofa carrots, and a bottomless bowl of “Samba Salad” tossed tableside. A portion of the main dining area is available for larger group of up to 80 guests.
