Chef Adam Dulye’s menu is written daily to allow for use of the highest quality ingredients. Rooted in classic techniques, the cuisine is rustic but elegant American fare. The beverage program was a semifinalist for the James Beard Award for Outstanding Bar Program, placing a heavy focus on craft beer, while ensuring the wine list is of the highest quality. Two semi-private dining options are available for 10 to 25 people to enjoy a 4 course tasting menu with beer pairings: one at the front of the restaurant and overlooking the open kitchen; the other at the back of the restaurant adjoining the 2-story stone cellar. Full buyouts are also available every night of the week for up to 68 guests seated at tables, and up to 100 for an unforgettable cocktail party.
