The bar itself is an approachable, urban setting featuring an array of Italian beers, aperitivi, wines and expertly crafted cocktails. The main focus of Bar Toma and the heart of the Pizza Parlor is the wood-burning, Valoriani-designed Mugnaini oven from Tuscany that reaches around 800 degrees. Guests in the Parlor can choose to sit at the 13-seat Pizza Bar or at a nearby table to watch the chef’s fire pizza to order.
