For an intimate and relaxed event that allows your guests to indulge as they mingle, consult our “tray passed appetizer” menu. We offer a choice of lunch and dinner menus with several courses and a variety of prices and options. Our special “tasting” menus, which offer three or more courses served in smaller portions, are an unforgettable experience.
For the most spirited, SOL offers truly unique events such as a customized margarita bar with a private bartender, original signature drinks, private tequila tastings from the 60+ premium tequilas from our bar, or wine tastings and wine dinners. The Best of Baja in the heart of North Scottsdale at the Scottsdale Quarter, SOL Cocina offers an upscale, yet inviting dining experience. Executive Chef Deborah Schneider, a James Beard nominated cookbook author and authority on authentic Mexican cuisine, has created a menu of contemporary and gourmet interpretations of coastal Baja dishes, including antojitos, street tacos, cocktels de mariscos and main entrees made with fresh seafood, wood grilled meats, local produce and salsas that are all made in-house daily. A variety of dishes are available vegetarian, vegan and gluten free. The vibrant bar offers inventive hand-made cocktails and more than 60 artisan tequilas.
