The Raw Bar has our own Duncan Ly that caters to all events and we would be happy to organize a reception style menu for you or we can also offer a custom minimized menu to maintain your budget.
With the private dining area you also have the convienience of renting audio/visual equipment directly from the hotel to cater to any of your party needs.

Raw Bar at Hotel Arts features urban contemporary cuisine in a lounge-style setting. Chef Duncan Ly and his team display their talents at the chef-attended action station where Tuna Tataki and the Sous Vide entrees rain supreme.Their creativity is showcased each weekend with Chef Ly's multi-course Degustation Menus (tasting menus) with pairings (available on Thursday, Friday and Saturday for dinner). Menus change weekly so please contact Raw Bar to learn what Chef Ly is preparing this week.
Raw Bar also has an extensive wine-by-the-glass program and an avant garde cocktail menu that is winning awards and fans everywhere.
