From rehearsal dinners to business luncheons, Paul Martin’s® located at Irvine Spectrum Center has the perfect space for your group. We offer a variety of options that can be customized to meet your special event needs including in-restaurant events, full restaurant rentals and private room bookings for groups ranging from 10 to 75.
The restaurant boasts several areas ideal for cocktail receptions, group dining and presentations. In addition to larger private dining rooms, our sleek, semi-private wine room can host up to 14 guests for a more intimate setting. For a social occasion, the heated patio and cocktail lounge are perfect for 20 to 40 people.
All of our private dining rooms are equipped with complimentary Internet and audio/visual capabilities with complete WiFi connection, a 50 inch flat screen monitor, and full computer connections.

Paul Martin's serves up dishes aimed at taking diners back to the American farm with meat raised in a humane and wholesome way, locally sourced organic produce, fish from conscientious fishmongers, artisan cheeses and cured meats from small local purveyors and custom-made bread from expert bakers. The California-centric wine list twists and turns, by glass or bottle, through the Golden State's fruitful vineyards, with an occasional stop for an Oregon Pinot Gris or a Washington dry Riesling. Behind Paul Martin's elegantly rustic bar is an interesting array of local craft beer and spirited cocktails with fresh garnishes.
