Sou'Wester offers American comfort food inspired by our region. The semi-private room at Sou'Wester seats up to 16 guests and offers views on the Tidal Basin and the Jefferson Memorial. For a unique corporate event or social reception, we also offer the possibility of exclusive use of the restaurant. The warm and inviting dining room, which overlooks the Washington Channel and the Washington Marina, accommodates up to 200 guests for standing receptions and 80 guests for sit down events. The menu reads like an international collection of well-recognizable dishes including: She Crab Soup, Green Curry Bluepoint Mussels, Ahi Tuna Crudo, Crispy Pork Belly BLT, Tempura Blue Prawns, Lentil Falafel Flatbread, Five Spice Lamb Loin, and Roasted Duck. Our desserts are an ideal complement to the eclectic menu, such as Green Tea Parfait, Vietnamese Iced Coffee Sundae, Chinese Silk Pie and Chocolate Ganache tart. An affordable wine selection, distinctive beer list and an original cocktail menu is also offered.
